I strongly recommend people to stay away from this company. First, their call centre in a non-north America country which means that they have individual working for them that cannot communicate in English. Second, to get to talk to someone that cannot communicate well, you have to wait an hour to two hours. Third, you can never get a hold of a manager because they are always to busy. My experience was so bad, I just cancelled my flight without caring about getting any refund or change. On the contrary, they even charged me 75 dollars more to cancel my ticket. But guess what! I'm happy with the lost of my flight ticket and cancellation fee because I never have to deal with such a sh*t of a company. Beware people!
