Flighthub is horrible. Please stay away!. I finally got through to speak to a customer service personnel wanting to get an update of my flight cancellation. Flighthub told me first I need to cancel my flight (my flight is on May 16 flying to Paris. IT IS cancelled according to the Airlines and I still need to call you to officially cancel it? WTH!). Then flighthub told me they will issue a voucher/credit but it expired 12 months from the date i booked(in my case it expired Dec 2020 this year since I booked early. It is different from what's listed on their website! But they said the website is not usually updated. Flighthub suggested me to call the Airline to clarify and if it is different from what they have told me, the Airline need to email them and let them know under my booking number. I was stupid enough to call the Airline to clarify the expiry date of the voucher. The Airline said FLighthub is incorrect ( it should be 24 months from the date of departure for Air Transat) but my money is with Flighthub, so it is up to Flighthub what they want to do. Airline won't send an email to FLighthub because Travel Agent should be the one who clarify with the Airline and NEVER the customers! I called back to flighthub and told them what the Airline told me and at the same time Flighthub says to me to get a voucher/credit, the customers need to pay $25 per passenger! Even they get the vouchers for free from the Airlines! IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF since they know in my case my only option is to get a voucher/credit, so they make us pay $25 per person to issue us a voucher! What a disgusting gesture in this difficult time. Zero respect for the World situation! So everyone, please STAY AWAY from this agent.

Based on Flighthub's COVID site, both Airlines gave until mid 2021 to complete travel. However, Flighthub only gave us 1 year from booking (aka by Nov 2020) to complete our travel to the SAME destination. We only booked the destination (small city) for a wedding that was cancelled and will not be travelling otherwise. This also was not outlined by flight hub until after the cancellation was processed so we couldn't make an informed decision. When calling, the customer service representative did not want to check the company's site and were stating policies that she claimed were not written anywhere on the website and said I should know better. She also put be on indefinite hold when I was trying to understand why her policies were so different from the ones stated on the COVID flight hub site. Will NEVER be booking through Flighthub again because I don't want to support this kind of service. Very unprofessional service and seems like they are not transferring the customers' flight credits back to them an keeping them for themselves. If there is a logical reason for this, they did not explain it at all.
Do not be fooled by the cheaper "sticker" prices book through the airline or a reputable company.
Flight hubs prices may look cheaper but they will rip you off one way or another. Charging for luggage they promised on the phone to be included.
Changing flights and flight times as they will.
And charging a rebooking fee during covid pandemic. Flighthub will cancel the flight, change the time, split up family members, and after all that and/or during a global pandemic you'll like to think about flight "vouchers" you'll have to pay an additional fee of $75 per ticket! (NOT subtract $75 from the vouchers... WE NEED TO TAKE MORE OF YOUR MONEY)
Will never use flight hub again and will do everything I can to let everyone else know how terrible this company is. Although I have a feeling they won't be around much longer.
FlightHub is charging people for rescheduling their cancelled flights due to COVID. Shame on you!

If it was possible to rate this zero stars I would. They take your money and don't give a crap about you after that. They cancelled my flight and left me stranded in another country. They hung up me every time I tried to call and get things sorted, they ignored all emails. They refused a refund and didn't even offer as little as a future flight voucher. I have never dealt with such a terrible booking company and I hope that nobody else has to be out through the same issues. Do yourself a favour and check out flight hub horror stories on Facebook before booking. I wish I had seen it first because it's VERY accurate.

I was given a 6 month credit after cancelling a trip during COVID-19. I cannot rebook and use by the time it ends as we are still not allowed to travel. Our countries borders are closed to the United States and we can't leave the country to go anywhere. I have called 3 times today and they will not let me talk to a manager, says they are not taking calls. If you ever book a trip do not go through Flighthub! I had no trouble with Expedia doing the right thing. And the airlines are giving longer credits as no one can use them now. It's booked with air canada! If flight hub contacts me and does the right thing by either refunding or extending my credit I will remove this review!
I use flighthub often! It's fast and easy. I recommend it to my friends.
Logged on it was easy breezy to book my trip to Florida and the price was better than other web sites.
Yes, I booked a trip and because of covid-19 I had to cancel my trip and I asked for a credit, but I got a credit just till Aug 31, so I don't know if I will be able to travel, because of the travel band... If you would extend it, I would be happier... So I not happy at all...
Do NOT book with flighthub!
I booked 2 two-way tickets last year for Europe over the phone. I asked whether baggage fees were included in the price I was given, and the agent I spoke with said they were included.
That was NOT the case. When we showed up at the airport we were charged $140 CAD to check our baggage, and another 120 EUR to check our baggage on our flight back home.
Immediately upon arrival I contacted flighthub and spent over 50 minutes on the phone with them while they dodged me from one agent to another, promising to call me back with answers, promising to retrieve the recording from the original phone call, promising to solve my issue as soon as i sent them an email with copies of my receipts. I called them every week for 4 months - needless to say i got zero answers, my emails were never responded to, and no recording was retrieved (I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the request to retrieve the recording was never actually submitted).
Flighthub has TERRIBLE customer service. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, they are dismissive and negligent.
Never again am I booking ANYTHING through them- this experience was a nightmare.
As a masters student with debt, I feel deeply violated and ripped off. The unanticipated costs of the baggage made a huge difference for me, not to mention the horrendous waste of time trying to get answers from flighthub.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
With the covid19 situation my return flight that I booked through Flighthub was cancelled. Flighthub sent me an email to proactively cancel my flight, but when you do that, the whole itinerary is cancelled and they do not tell you that. My outgoing flight through United had not been cancelled, so that money plus Flighthub's fee were not refunded. I was offered a credit though United, but because I had to cancel my entire trip there was no chance for a reund. Plus I am still out the $125 Flighthub charged.
I tried calling a customer service representative to get help with the purchase of my ticket, and I spoke to two people, and it was the most unprofessional service I've ever received. It almost makes me not want to book with Flight Hub again. I'm not even excited for my trip because they made it so awful.
The information provided are misleading and absolutely inaccurate. I have verified cancellation policy with the airline and the answers provided by flight hub is not true, they seem to make up there own policies as they see fit. I have spoke with three different people at customer service and received three different response. This company does not seem to help customers at time of crises with covid 19, but also will charge a service charge of $25 per ticket to make alternative changes or cancellation. While the airlines are making efforts to waive cancellations and changes and offering 24 months to use the credit for a future flight. However flight hub will only permit a 12 month credit from time you purchase the ticket to rebook and use. In addition only valid for the same itinerary you cannot travel anywhere else except for your original booking destination which is absolutely ridiculous, and given the fact my ticket was purchase in February 2020. Now I have approximately 9 months to use and fly to the same destination and flying restrictions have not been lifted since I am flying from Canada to the USA. After reading this I hope customers will change there mind before using flight hub as an online travel company you do not need the grief when you need to make alternative arrangements they will definitely want you charge you and make your travel experience a nightmare...
Due to Covid-19 my flight was canceled. American airlines promptly refunded my money but Flight Hub has been fighting against me to return it. I was required to request a refund through flight hub which I did on April 3rd and they said it could take up to six weeks. I sent all required documentation plus the email from American saying the flight was refunded. I was also told since the date of my flight had already passed my request would be a priority. I called back today April 30th to check on the status and my request was never even looked at. After calling 2 times and spending over an hour on the phone with 2 different agents they now tell me they need to verify with American and it will now take up to 12 weeks to receive my refund on top of the 4 I already waited. Really? It takes 4 months to refund my money that they already received from American airlines 4 weeks ago. Something is not right and scammy about that to me. I will not be using them in the future, nor do I recommend them. They had no trouble taking my money nut plenty of problems returning it and the cancellation was not my choice. I would steer clear of them at all costs.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
