So currently my airline (WestJet) is offering free waiver for cancellation of trips as well as a TWO year credit.
What does Flight Hub do?
1) Charge $25 cancellation processing fee (for each trip, so if it's a round trip that's $50)
2) They only give you one year credit FROM BOOKING DATE not even from travel date and it has to be SAME ROUTE of EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE
3) Poor customer service that does not help clarify things but instead hide and complicate things. They do not even permit you to speak to a manager to get more clarification
So some context is I was planning to go Vegas with my girlfriends for a bachelorette and it got postponed to next May 2021 due to Covid-19. There is no way in hell I can go to Vegas before Jan 2021 so I clearly think Flighthub just ripped us off if westjet is giving us two years credit and not for the same route. This is a total SCAM to scam customers of their money especially because the credit can't be used if the flight is of lesser value than your current flight. These are the best con artist i've seen ever in my life. Regret deeply not booking directly with the airline.

Flight hub is a terrible. I have never seen agency like flight hub in all my life. I bought a ticket from flight hub 6 months ago. When I went to the airport for my trip I witnessed that Lufthansa flight was on strike. Flight hub and Lufthansa company did not send me email about the cancellation of flight. I was in a bad situation I had to go back to hotel. I called to flight hub company and stayed on the line for about 12 hours each day. They did not book any flight. I had to back to my home country. I book another ticket with Qatar airline and paid by myself.
After talking on the phone for hundreds hour and sending email they gave my money after 4 months. They are not responsible. I do not recommend this company. I can rate -10 for flight hub. Their policy is not reliable.
I bought another ticket from Qatar 2 months ago. Due to Corona virus I requested a refund they, refund all my money. It just took 1 day for refund.

Avoid Flighthub at all costs! Booked a flight to Hawaii that was scheduled months out. The 1 hour scheduled layover eventually turned into a 5 hour layover. Then the flight was canceled. Tried to get a refund. No luck. After more phone calls than I can remember... each lasting over an hour and each call involving flighthub transferring me to another customer service representative (multiple times), I still haven't gotten anywhere with them. No refund. No ability to reschedule my flight. They're horrible to deal with.
I bought 2 tickets for panama 4-3-20 I can't travel because of Covid-19 the state of Florida was in a state of emergency doesn't want no one to travel outside of the country and I am a profesional health worker and no one in my job cannot travel outside of the country because to protect our older patient but FlightHub went and took 150.00 for cancelation feed how inconsiderate I call them no one answer the phone I email them and they say is there policy. I would not recommend this side because I seen some email and they say no cancellation fee if you can not flight because Covid-19 false advertising
Had to call them so many times over the period of one month to get any information on my flight cancelation. They kept transfering my calls with each transferred person saying they don't have access to my information and continued to transfer my calls and ending the call giving excuses as to why they couldn't help me at that moment. I've been hung up on so many times after having to stay on hold for hours at ones. I till date don't know how much credit I've got for my canceled flight. I did not get a straightforward answer for any of my calls.
Extremely disappointed to have dealt with them at all. I've wasted SO MANY hours. All I did get from them is high blood pressure.
They were quick on taking my money though... Had to give them at at least!
Sad excuse for a company...
This is my second time when i booked flight through flight hub, this so easy and convenient..
Due to Covid 19 the airline dropped one leg of my original booking. When I called Flight Hub I was assured that they will check and call me back. As soon as I got off the phone I got an email from Flighthub.ca advising me that my booking has been cancelled and I have a credit to use for future flights. I have been on the phone for 2 days to try to reinstate my booking since I have never gave a consent to cancel in the first place. I have been advised that I have to pay the fare difference and handling fee. I was on the telephone for total 6 hours and spoke to 5 agents. Each time I had to explain my situation. Nothing resolved. Big joke. Stay away from Flighthub!
Only one star because there are no less.
There is no tracking of my credit in 'my account' so if I lose track of the 'credit email' too bad so sad
Gave a 2 stat because they have a lot of bot bump up reviews that detect the one stars. Terrible company. They shown and booked a flight knowing that all flights from LATAM from Montevideo were suspended till new notice, this was confirmed by the company themselves.
Cancelled the reservation and they give me a "credit towards future travels" on same company. I just needed a refund given that the flight was never available from the date they booked, there were no flights even 20 days before as per the airline themselves!. Flighthub do this in order to collect cancellation and rebooking frees.
A total scam geared to take advantage of desperate travelers stuck all over the world trying to get home.
*Will dispute the charges and keep on posting this same review every week in different sites untill I get things done right!
I encourage people in the same situation due to the COVID-19 Pandemic to do the same on order to protect other travelers from this opportunistic and even predatory companies.

Their return policy is not something that you read in your ticket return policy.

Our flight was cancelled by airline, flighthub would only give us credits and then charged us $25 pp for the cancellation even though our flight doesn't exist anymore! Asked to talk to a supervisor and they said they are all busy and they hung up on me!
Definitely showing their true colors during these times!
DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB! THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! Due to the Covid19 shutdown, our tour was permanently cancelled, but Flighthub will NOT give us a credit. They call it a credit, but you have to take the SAME trip at a later date. The tour cancelled permanently, so Flighthub is stealing over $5600 of our money. We have asked to speak with a supervisor; "SOL" said we were not allowed to speak with anyone else.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
