I've been trying to get a refund from flighthub for the last 3 weeks.
I completed the online refund form 3 times and they kept telling me I will get a call within 24-72 hours each time I called them. The calls never came.
The last time I called flighthub the employee was rude and disrespectful then hung up on me.
How can I get my money back.
Booking was all right. Same as any other travel sites. Your site doesn't have an option to reserve seats. You site has no online live chat. Some travelers do need to contact you & calling that toll free number is not convenient when overseas on a mobile phone. As a matter of fact, the toll free doesn't work on overseas calls on a mobile phone. The caller has to pay international long distance. I found that out when I had to call because my booking got canceled.
Easy, user friendly and up to date! I went to the site and had no difficulty in securing my reservation.
Had to cancel my flight that was due to go to New Orleans yesterday due to COVID-19. Phoned and spoke to rep who informed me that I would only have 12 months from date of booking to reuse and that I could only use it to go to the same destination. Plus I would be charged a handling fee.
I phoned Westjet who the flight was with (and who are offering 24 months to use any credit if you'd booked directly with them) I was advised that legally, flighthub had to offer 13 months from the date of departure.
I tried to phone Flighthub back to get to the bottom of this, only to find my number had been blocked! Unbelievable.
I strongly recommend you book with a reputable company, not this bunch of crooks.

Called info phone number to confirm flight protocol and clerk was able to address my concerns.

I strongly advise that everyone stay away from booking flights on Flighthub. In uncertain travel time it is imperative that we are able to trust our travel sources, and Flighthub has been absolutely AWFUL to deal with. After my return flight home from Bali through the Philippines and back the US was cancelled due to coronavirus, I had my mom call from the US to see about getting my partner and I on a new flight or refunding us, to which Flighthub PROMISED they would refund us and give us a call. My mom told them we would not be able to get a call because we were overseas but they wouldn't help her beyond that. So I went to the store to get a SIM card to call them a couple days later and was not able to get through. I also called Philippines Airlines (the airline my flight was cancelled on) and was not able to get through. We finally decided to pack our bags and go to the airport to try to meet Philippines Airlines in person, but their office was CLOSED. We ended up buying new tickets because a travel ban was going to be instituted in Bali a couple days later and we needed to get home ASAP. I emailed Flighthub to say I would call them when we returned to the US to get a refund, no answer. I called as soon as I got home, over and over again, holding for hours or getting disconnected. I was told on one call to submit a "cancellation request" but could not due to the flight already being past. Then I was told to submit a refund request, which I did, twice. Every time I called they would give me the run around. The last call I made today they finally admitted they would NOT be giving me a refund even though they told me they would. Besides flat out lying, they also gave me the run around SO many times and gave me kept telling me to do different things that never yield any results. So they are liars and a company that evades and jerks people around. Save yourself the time, energy and money and NEVER use Flighthub.
Flighthub booking no. ******* (Swiss airline)
I know we have covid 19 problem going on worldwide and flights are being cancelled but this company is not helping their customers. I have a flight booking on 11 April 2020 to india which is probably cancelled and They are giving me $#*!ing credit of $1595. 11 with a condition that it has to be used before feb 2021 and with same airlines, under same customer name, and it has to be same location. What the $#*! is this? Every rule and policy is made in their own interest.
Now what if i don't want to travel to same location, or what if I don't want to travel in upcoming one year/ till feb 2021, or what if i don't get the same airline to india on my required dates
If you call them they will tell you to contact the airline directly and if you call the airline they tell you that it has nothing to do with them
This company is a piece of $#*!, greedy and only works according to their own interests
They cancelled my flight without telling me. When I got to the air port they just bounced me between servers (flight hub to airline I was flying with). Everyone was saying it was not their fault and in the end it cost and extra $360. This was a horrible experience and I will never use the site again. Be careful when using multiple services to book your flight. They all just point the finger at someone else if there is a problem.

Do not book through flight hub at any cost. When you call customer service you will get someone in another country that cannot speak nor understand your issue and give you a solution.
They just clearly are a company Robots.
I never had such a challenge in my life but to call and explain the situation to flight hub.
I would never again use flighthub to book any travel- I had my return flight cancelled by the airline because of travel restrictions.
Flight hub asked me to contact Cathay Pacific the airline to get my refund but Cathay pacific replied back to that saying any ticket booked through an agent is not directly refundable by the airline to the customer and any refund should be going through the travel agent which is not far fetched.
What is far fetched is despite conveying this Flighthub they keep insisting that I have to personally talk to the airlines to get my refund and them pointing me back to flight hub I have been on 8 different phone calls only to be said sorry we cant do anything on our end and moreover they will not even escalate the call when asked for a supervisor blaming the Covid 19 situation for it. It is only common sense when some one takes money for a service on behalf of some one else and the service is not provided isnt it decent for the one who took the money to return it instead of trying to give you a run around.
I booked with FlightHub in December before the Covid19 crisis happened. Then when countries started shutting down there borders around the world, I contacted them about canceling my flight. I waited for 4+ hours everyday for several days in a row only to be told to fill out a form online to get a travel credit or refund. A week or so later they send an e-mail saying the results are availble. I go to the booking and it just shows the flight is Confirmed. Spent another 4+ hours to contact them and all they could tell me was that my flight was ineligible for the refund. They did not explain why it was ineligible even though there policy stated that any booking made before March 13 was eligible for a refund. I contacted British Airways but they said I had to talk to FlightHub because I booked through them.
This was the worst booking experience I have ever had and will never book from them again. I hope others will do the same.
Horrible customer service. Needed multiple emails to be told it is not their problem, it's the airline. No help, no links, no nothing.

Everything went well, only hiccup came when I wanted to choose my seat and for whatever reason it just went to a blank white screen but other than that small glitch I was extremely happy with everything and how easy and intuitive everything was on the site... may have been my first time but it certainly will not be my last

If I could give them a sub zero I would. They don't deserve a 1... In this pandemic where flights have all been cancelled, these rogues are charging a processing fee for basically telling you, you cant travel... There is a growing movement to #BoycottFlightHub. We will sign a petition against them to the Canadian government.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
