Customer service is an absolute nightmare. I just got off a 2 and a half hour call trying to rebook a cancelled flight. When you do rebook, it has to be the exact same flight, same route and same passengers. Finally, I was told they cannot use my credit towards the flight I requested. He finished by saying, call back tomorrow, maybe it will work then but I cant make you any promises. What?! How is that even possible?!
I had to cancel a flight back in July within 24 hours of booking. First of, Flight hub does not have the "24 hour" free cancellation so I had to pay 15$ to cancel my flight. Since July, flight hub has been charging my credit card 5.95$/month and when I called customer service, they won't entertain my call as I don't have a booking reference! Flight hub definitely win the worst customer service this year!
Had many problems with one ticket. My flight is in 3 days (this sat 21 jan)
And when I called the mother company to confirm the flight, I found that the flight baggage allowance is different than what I was told originally from flighthub... 1 buggage instead of 2 which I originally confirmed with flighthub to be 2... so I called flighthub and asked for their supervisor, was transferred to a supervisor that told me(we can not do anything, you should have confirmed with the original company from the first day)
So I will leave the comment for readers to decide if this is a company to trust, is this a supervisor?!
Of course this was not the only problem, there was originally another problem, where I found another added ticket booked for me, which I did not order, where the agent that I called seemed not professional at all, which I realized later (wrong ticket and wrong baggage info), however the problem of extra ticket was solved after many calls and after hearing the conversation, still now problem of baggage, the most important is that their unexperienced team, this supervisor that does not want to offer any kind of help.
I would not do this mistake again.

I booked a round trip flight for my daughter to come home for the holidays. The morning she's waiting at the airport she finds out that her ticket doesn't exist. Flighthub had cancelled my transaction WITHOUT telling me! My daughter was stranded at the airport and was told the only flight she could get out that day was going to be over $1,000.
Luckily we were able to find something cheaper on GOOGLE FLIGHTS. Horrible customer service, the woman just kept saying "we're sorry for the inconvenience" but offered no help nor took any blame. Even when I asked to speak to a manager she said they wouldn't say anything else. NEVER AGAIN, ALL OVER TERRIBLE EXPERINCE.

I cancelled my flight and transferred as future credit in flighthub in Nov, 2016. And I booked a new flight using my future credit with a flighthub agent in Dec, 2016. The agent told me that the flight ticket price is about $300 and my flight credit is over $700, so I will only be charged a rebooking fee for $100. HOWEVER, when I checked my credit card statement, flighthub charged me over $300, which is exactly the full flight ticket price. I called the customer service and they made up excuse, like my flight ticket price is over my flight credit and other BS. But I wrote down everything when I rebooked the flight, they cannot fool me! How can a big agency like flighthub make this kinda mistake. I didn't receive any refund and I am sure I am not the only one experience the bad experience with flighthub. When you did something wrong like this, I don't accept any apology until you fix it. NEVER EVER BOOK FLIGHTS WITH FLIGHTHUB. My booking reference is 032-151-442.

I booked tickets for my sister and nephew to come home for the holidays. They charged my card but wouldn't give me my tickets. I called my credit card company and they said they charged and the money had cone out. They also stated they are listed as a fraud site. I have now been trying to get back my hundreds of dollars they charged and took without giving me my service I paid for. I will never use them again. Their customer service support was rude and they were not helpful at all. BEWARE OF BOOKING WITH FLIGHTHUB!

Any one booking their flight through FlightHub - BEWARE. They are crooks of the highest order.
I booked my flight from Toronto to India and back. On the day I had to travel from India back to Toronto - a family emergency forced me to cancel my ticket. I went to the ticket counter at the airport and asked them to cancel my ticket. They did the needful and advised that the agent (in this case Flighthub) will most definitely be processing a refund. Unfortunately this situation arose at the last minute and I barely managed to get my ticket cancelled in time.
My husband who had booked my ticket - called them today to ask for refund and they flatly refused. I was prepared to loose some money on account of a last minute cancellation but was certainly not prepared for THIS!
Compare this with Expedia - I booked a ticket with them and had to cancel - they not only processed the refund on time - but the amount I lost with them was minimal. They understood my condition and processed refund with out having to call or email them.
ZERO stars for Flighthub. BEWARE id you are planning to book via them!

This company is terrible to deal with. I booked a Comfort plus seat and they wouldn't honour any of the airline features this type of seat offers. The flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Otto, but I was still charged $350 for cancellation fees. So I couldn't afford to rebook the flight with the same type of seat so I downgraded the seat to Economy. The flight was booked and fully paid for and then they cancelled my booking because they said I had to rebook with a first class seat, which was $1000 more. This was originally a $700 flight that has now cost me over $2300. They have kept me oh hold for over an hour at a time, they have been rude to me, and finally when I showed up at the airport I found the flight was booked and cancelled. I will never use Flighthub again, and I strongly recommend no one else use it. Its better to look up the flight then call the airline to book it, at least they will honour their policies. So Unhappy with Flightup.

Fee is good. Be careful! They charge your credit card for several reason without confirming with you. It is a big surprise! When you call the customer service they just tell you for seat, for admission, and something else which is ripped off.

Tried calling Flighthub to change my flight to another date due to a family emergency and after 20 minutes and 3 transfers to different people they told me that it would be cheaper to purchase a whole new ticket. They said that changing the date would incur a $175 fee compared to West Jets $75 fee and that I could only choose certain flights that were inconveniently priced at double the cost that I paid for my original ticket! Very unhelpful customer service, never going through them again!

I am married and live in the Toronto area and my elderly parents (89 and 87) live in a small community outside of Thunder Bay Ontario. I hadn't been able to visit my parents since last Christmas and was feeling very down. I went online and found the cheapest flights from Porter Airlines were on Flight Hub. I had travelled with Porter Airlines the previous Christmas and they were great so we booked it. I knew that Porter Airlines had a cancellation policy where you could change your flight at a cost of $75 per ticket and was fine with that if anything happened and I could not go. Well I ended up breaking my ankle in 3 places and had to have surgery. I am in a cast and cannot put any weight on my foot at all. I did not tell my parents what happened because I did not want to upset them but one of my siblings did. Remember that my parents are elderly but they are also suffering from dementia. My mom called me several times in the same day to ask me what happened and to find out how I was doing. This put additional stress on me and I decided that the best course of action was to postpone my flight until I was able to walk properly. My parents have a 2 story house so it would not be the best setup for me but I was more concerned about my parents and the emotional stress this would cause them. I cancelled the car rental without any issues - why not they can rebook it! That was wonderful. Next step to cancel the flight. I called the number and spoke with a woman at I assume Flight Hub. She put me on hold and several minutes later told me that if I were to rebook the flight it would cost $75 (Porter Airlines) plus an additional $150 per person. I know you can do the math but I will do it for you. That is $225 per person or $450. Plus if the flight were to cost any more than I had paid for originally I would pay the difference. I was in tears. I understand the $75 cancellation fee for Porter Airlines I also would be willing to pay for the difference in the cost of the flight. What I do not understand or rather comprehend is how Flight Hub can charge $150 per person to rebook a flight. That is 2 X's as much as the airlines cancellation fee. Is this how they make their money? What if they resell my seat - they also get that back too? I will never again book anything through Flight Hub and I will do my best to make certain that everyone I know does not book anything through Flight Hub. Disappointing is putting it mildly. I am completely heartbroken. I am crying as I am typing this. I really hope that anyone reading this will think twice about booking with Flight Hub. I thank you for letting me voice my thoughts. My girlfriend saved all year for a short vacation to Lyon. We live in Ottawa and took the bus to Montreal. She got to the air port and they said her flight didn't exist. FlightHub booked her ticket to Berlin for some effed up reason and it had left earlier that day. Her ticket said the correct destination/time/date etc. Not she has to pay for her Hostel in France, extra transportation and has used up all of her vacation for nothing. She might get a refund. This is company so incompetent I cant comprehend how they are still in business. There should be an option for negative stars.

Horrible experience.
We were looking to book a one way flight to Toronto (Lester B. Pearson). We specifically selected "Toronto (Lester B Pearson)", and not Toronto (all airports) in the search bar. Still, the search results included flights to Billy Bishop (how misleading).
We (predictably) booked a flight to Billy Bishop. Even after reproducing the mistake above, they didn't want to admit it was their mistake, like I'm supposed to spot on the ticket the difference between Toronto - YYZ and Toronto - YTZ, after specifically verifying twice that we were selecting Lester B Pearson instead of All airports in the search menu.
We now have to pay 150$ per ticket to cancel and rebook, which is more then the value of the ticket. 150$ is nothing to a company like this, but for two customers working hard to be able to afford travel, this is a lot. Especially when the mistake was first and foremost the responsibility of Flighthub as their search platform is misleading.
We have a another flight to take in Toronto, so we have no time to land in Billy Bishop and do the transit. Their customer service is so disrespectful. They'll have you talk with 6 different persons, and will make you wait 30 minutes between each of them.
I will never book with them again, and I will do as much as I can to make sure other people won't, too.

Such a horrible experience! We've spent countless hours on the phone with people who barely spoke English and in the end we lost about $3000 in total not including our resort fees. We had booked a vacation with Flighthub before finding out that we were pregnant. In light of the Zika outbreak we had to change our plans. We tried to change our location to somewhere other than the tropics but we were not allowed, we also tried to get a voucher or change the dates, or even tried to see if anyone else would want to go in place of us. The first call had left me frustrated and in tears, the consultant on the phone kept telling me that there was nothing that they could do and would not call the airlines. The second time that I called the attendant seemed knowledgeable and looked into things, saying that they would be able to accommodate a destination change with a fee. When we called back to book they told us that they would not accommodate any changes unless we paid an extra $750 to change dates plus extra fees if the ticket price goes up. So we are faced with either go on the trip or loose out on a small fortune.
I've feel like we have been robbed. I have never booked with a company that is so incompetent and unaccommodating. And the worst part is, this is not even stated when buying tickets, it says the flight "may" be altered for a fee. I will never use this site again and I would advise anyone who is loured by the cheaper prices to reconsider.

I recently booked flights with flighthub and immediately upon booking received an error e-mail indicating that the total charges were not able to be processed, despite the fact that the charge is far under the credit limit for the card. The card was used in the last few months to book a more expensive flight with another flight booking site with no issues so I was immediately concerned that the charge was not being approved by my bank because the company was not accredited. When I called and vocalized these concerns the customer service representative was incredibly rude, difficult to understand, and said that part of the charges had been completed and to just finish the booking using a different card. Out of frustration I (regretfully) entered a second card's information, only to receive an error e-mail again. When I called a second time I specifically stated that I had security concerns; these were not addressed by the new representative (who was equally rude). I was told to wait for 24h for the 'reservation to be processed' and that there was nothing that could be done at this time.
This company now has information regarding not one but two credit cards, neither of which have been declined in past, nor is there any reason that they should have been declined now. I encourage anyone that has had an issue with this company to contact a representative of any major publication in your area; most large newspapers have staff that are tasked with investigating these types of complaints in order to keep readers informed about companies that fail to deliver the service that they market. In my opinion, flighthub falls under this umbrella and I will certainly be in touch with my local representatives to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.

Their service is just so fking poor. So hard to understand what they are saying. I got email form them saying that airline had made changes to my intinerary. However, everytime I called them, they just told me there were no flights available and call them back after 48 hours! I have never seen any company with this poor service. They are never able to solve any problems!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
