To be brief, I waited on the phone for 2.5 hours. I should mention, during the wait I was allegedly the next call. However, on 5 separate occasions 5 calls magically got ahead of me.
Regardless, my call eventually went through. During my explanation of the situation, I was promptly put on hold and disconnected.
I tried booking twice, and both times my payment was not accepted. When I tried booking the airline directly, I was able to book with them no problem and no hassle. Granted, I did pay $25 more than the listed flight on FlightHub.
That 25$ is quite frankly, well worth it since I will not have to deal with FlightHub any longer. Rather, I hope I will not have to, as I will be looking out if these scumbags double charged me for flights they never accepted my payment on.
I WILL KEEP AN EYE OUT IF THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME. IF THEY DO, I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW.

Very stressful. So much back and forth phone calls. My flight was change so many times and turn out to be very inconvenient as the lay over was getting longer and longer. I paid for 1.5hrs lay over it was gradually change to almost 8 hrs. Customer service seems not very well trained in dealing with the issues. Other that I got an impression that the booking system is not very robust, it's not very reliable. It can screw up your planned schedule really bad.
You can find cheap flights bad not worth it. It seems like they post available flights, make it look very attractive to customers and make you pay for it. In the end the details does not actually exist and keep changing your itinerary. When I started to doubt, I called the airlines customer service and found out that the details is not matching.

My husband booked a flight today through phone, after receiving email confirmation we noticed that middle names of the kids was not spelled out completely and my babys middle name was not even there though we completely spelled it out letter by letter to make everything clear. After receiving email my husband immediately called them back to correct it, he was on the phone for almost an hour coz the agent keep putting him on hold to ask her manager if she can change it. Like what the heck? And so after minutes of being put on hold she said that they cant change it and we need to cancel the flight to avoid being held at the airport on the dat of the flight, we keep asking if theres any way to resolve it without cancelling the flight and they said cancelation and refund is the only way and so now we need to wait for 2-10 days for the refund so we can book again. And hell no, were not gonna use flight hub ever again!

I booked a flight to Vietnam and realized within the hour that one of the month I input was wrong while doing the print out. I immediately called them and was told that the only way was to cancel the tickets and rebook again and there will be a cancellation fee of 75$ per ticket. I insisted that it was a bit too steep but was given no alternative.
I rebooked the tickets again and a couple days later I read the cancellation policy and found out that I was not given the alternative of extended cancellation policy for an additional 19$ Within the same day by 1159pm est by either going online or call customer support. I called them again and it took about 2 hrs to finally get hold of customer service and asked them why was I not given the choice of extended cancellation policy plan and was told stories to avoid refunding me the differences.
They are big time thieves trained to gig deep into your pocket.

I canceled the flight and one flight hub agent told me that your full money gonna be refunded because you booked within one hour. However i did not get any confirmation of cancellation. I called them again and another agent told me that i have to pay to cancel the flight which have already canceled.

Booked my flights and they changed the flights without notifying us. It turned out we couldn't get flights for the times we needed. So the customer service rep said we would get a full refund on our credit card in 6-8 weeks. So we went ahead and booked different flights. Then they call me back the next day to say we can't get a full refund. But they still cancelled my flight. So now we are out over $500 because they gave me the wrong info. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the agent just kept reading the same thing back to me. Maybe if they listened to the conversation( which they say is recorded) they will see that their customer service people give the wrong information.

ABSOLUTE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They do not provide all information when purchasing the ticket. I had to make a change to my return date, and I knew more than 6 weeks before my departure date. I called about 2 dozen times and was told each time after 30+ min on hold that "There are no fares available for those dates, please call back in 24 hours." There are tonnes of flights available on their website, but I am told these are not available to people who have already purchased tickets. I tried to cancel my ticket with no refund, and they said I had to pay an extra $300 to cancel. WTF?

My sister on March 31st booked my flight along with my 2 daughters leaving on the 7th of May and when she received the itieniary the departure date read May 6th. She called right away and asked them to fix it and was told a supervisor will call to assist with the change. She provided her phone # and mine. It's now April 3rd and we received no phone call. I called this evening at 11 ish pm to follow up and was told they have no call registered in their system and as such must charge the cancellation + rescheduling fees accordingly,

This is my very first review that i have created in my whole life. I am a person that extends my patience to other people. But this is beyond my wildest imagination that there are people or agency who can do this much mistake. I booked my flight with my mom, my son and my little 5 month old baby. The Total fare came up with $2,918.12. I got the eticket and noticed that my son's name was wrong despite giving them the correct spelling numerous times, they still did not put his middle name in the ticket. So i called them back and told them what happened, and they said they will then have to cancel the original ticket and book a new one with no fee so i agreed. Comes the new eticket, my son's name was right but then they added travel insurance and medical insurance which i never agreed to and the bill went up to $4993. 28 so again i called them to let them know and remind them that i declined the offer by the first agent so after putting me on hold they said they will remove the insurance. And send me a new eticket, that is now amounting to $3003 ($84 more than original) but there was no conversation about adding that amount to my bill. And again, my son's middle name was not added to the ticket. So called back again and this time i am very upset as i already spent 7 hours dealing with their mistake. And they told me that there was a price difference because i cancelled the other ticket (well it was cancelled because they made the mistake. What do they want me to do? Just take the wrong ticket booked by them) the bottom line is they keep on making the mistake and they keep on charging the difference to customer. And because i was on the phone with them for that long, the airline baby cot was no longer available, so imagine travelling with a 2 year old and 5 month old and no baby cot for 15 hours? Well of course they don't care because they are not the one travelling. And yes a supervisor "Reyner" basically said, we cant do anything amount the mistake of our agent, and he tired to make me feel better by saying "we offered you the best price in the first place, so what ever the amount that you have lost is nothing compared to what we saved you for booking with us. but he failed to consider the stress that they have caused me for booking with them... i really hope that this will serve as a warning for all the people out there. I really wished i saw this forum or comments before using these ticketing agency. Start your travel right, dont be tempted to book with flight hub as they will find every single way to charge you for something else, that is how they are getting the better deal is because they will screw up your booking and then make you pay more than what was discussed.

They will not give you the airline reference code which allows you to do online checkin before the flight. This way they try and get you to pay to select seats. However you can select seats by calling the airline and getting them to look up the code by searching on your credit card number.

The website had an error and gave us tickets out of the wrong airport, and coming back to a completely different airport then what was displayed on line. We even had the cancelation insurance, which is a joke. Customer service is over seas and the language barrier was impossible. Put on hold 20 times. The absolute worst experience possible. No refund, no credit, and customer service did not seem to care. DO NO USE THIS WEBSITE. BUYER BEWARE! Flight HUB is a scam!

My partner and I had a flight to Mexico booked on the 5th of March. My father was rushed to hospital on the 3rd of March and was placed in palliative care, where he passed away 3 days later. I called to cancel my flight on the 4th. After being put on hold many times, I was told there was a $150 cancelation fee per person after being also being told I had a $966 credit. However, I would be charged $200 per person to rebook. Seriously? Do the math. Of course I need to show a death certificate to apply for some sort of refund on the rebooking fee. I asked for an email to be sent to me stating all of this information. Today is March 30th and I have called them 5 times since the 4th of March... each time being put on hold numerous times, each time being promised the email would be sent within 24-48 hours... I have yet to receive that email. Today I vowed to get to the bottom of this and here I sit... on hold and it's been 1 1/2 hours... can you say "run around"! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I ever get the credit and rebook, it will be the very last time. I will also make sure to tell as many people as I can about this experience too.

I was charged $71 for insurance that I specifically chose not to purchase. I got a purchase confirmation for a travel policy on my flight booking. I had to call Manulife who transferred me to flight hub. They told be the would refund the payment. I checked my credit card statement after a number of days. There was no refund. I called flight hub again and they told me the cancellation was declined. They never contacted me to tell me it was declined. I had to call back to ask for a cancellation again. They told me they would cancel again within 2 to 10 business days. I spend 1.5 hours on the phone to try to get a charge cancelled that was never requested, asked to be cancelled, and I'm still not certain Ill get my money back. I can't recommend booking with this company. Paul the supervisor (employee # 2016) was very polite but he was adamant the company could not process the refund within 1 hour as described in the formal company response to this known issue with the firm.

Booking with flighthub is simple and efficient. The website has has a simple design which makes booking much easier since you don't have to take so much time to figure out how it works.
On March 17 I booked 4 flights. I received an email confirmation and an electronic ticket confirming my booking. My credit card was charged. On March 27 I was looking at my credit card and the balance was back to where it was. I emailed flighthub and asked why my credit card was not charged for the flight. They called me told me to call back. I called the number that they left it was NOT a working number. I then called the number on the website and the person told me my flights were CANCELLED and no charge to my credit card. When I asked why I was not contacted back on March 17 he said they tried to call. I said yeah you tried to call today after I emailed flighthub and then called.
This company is a scam. They let you believe you have your flight when you don't.
Pay the extra and go with a respectable company. I have learned my lesson.

Had to re-book three times because my booking kept being cancelled. My bank said it's definitely Flight Hub. I called three times. No help. Useless company. I asked for some kind of discount as this is unacceptable, to which I was told no. Will never book through them again.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
