I booked round trip tickets to montreal from toronto, got the booking confirmation via email only to find out they cancelled the booking when I saw the money refunded on my credit card statement. They didnt send any nofification of the cancellation. Luckly i was able to book the flight through expedia a month later. Avoid flighthub at all costs.
Booked a flight for my mom, several weeks ago.
Due to and illness, we needed to postopone her flight.
Flight hub charges my wife $75 to cancel, then s yt? Aged it will be $200 to rebook.
So we currently have a $175 credit?. Yes... it cost more to cancel, then simply throw the ticket in the garbage...
Crooks, plain and simple.

I booked my flight 8 months ago to save money. Considering my flight already 3 layovers n be laying over at Montreal for 13hours they called me saying that there is some changes ( which either they over booked or the sold my seat) they told me my next stop after the 13hours layover in Montreal another 12hours layover in the next city! With a 7 months old baby can u IMAGINE that. Or i can get my full refund if u want to cancel. And the flights right now is more the 3times the price!

I agree with most of the Reviews, I have used Flighthub for a long time and booked many trips worth thousands of dollars. This time around things are different i currently have 7 tickets booked with them right around 8k. My wife and two kids will be traveling together before me, their ticket has been changed three times so far and right now for some insane reason my wife has been separated from my kids. So i have a two year old daughter with her own ticket that does not include the final destination and my 6 year old son same thing his own ticket that does not include the final destination so what does this mean my wife leaves our two kids in the middle of the Zurich airport and continues to her final destination? I have been on the phone with flighthub on multiple occasions and they cant seem to figure it out?..

I never write reviews, and I have to fly every ten days for work... But I had the worse experience calling costumer service so I have to share... On hold for an hour, and the guy couldn't give me a straight answer. Needless to say they wanted to charge me 400 to change a flight (one way) from vic to edm. And to cancel would mess up my other flight? Just made no sense and he went in circles. So after that hour I still have that flight (which I won't be getting on but paid for) never booking though this company again.

I will never book with flighthub again, i lost 2000$ and a trip i couldnt take because of one their agents, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and their staff has no idea what their doing, i don't think they get proper training, the best we can do is tell our everyone about our bad experience.

I often book my hotel with flighthub because this company has an good hotel listings. The hotels on the website are affordable and there are many hotels near popular tourist attractions.
I've only used flighthub once, when we went to hawaii for the summer holidays. Contrary to other comments i've read, I think their services are good. It was easy to book using their website and it only takes few minutes to process. I recommend using this company
I had no problems with booking or my flights. The only negative experience using Flighthub was reading all of the negative reviews!

When you book your flight they there's no place to opt in to the cancellation insurance, they automatically opt you in and you have to call them & cancel it if you don't want it. And of course if you don't notice until after the flight that you've been had, you're out of luck... VERY shady business practice, never use Flighthub

My mom booked a flight with flighthub, keep in mind this is not the first flight she has booked with them and she is a consistent flyer. The accident was made that she booked her destination backwards, after attempting to switch this flight we were told the switch was not aloud and can't be refund. 253$ down the drain without any consideration of them. So now she as to book a new flight and believe me she's not planning to deal with them anymore. Ill make sure to warn as many people I can trought social media, family and friends.

I dont know from where to start. Customer service bellow zero, agents barely speak english, hours on the phone to change the departure date, and 497$ fees to change the departure. NEVER AGAIN, THIEVES! The flight company charges 100$, and they charge 397$! I ll never use it, and so will all my friends and family.

We planned a trip across country to visit a family member who has cancer before she dies. We were recently told she wouldn't live long enough to see us 2 months down the line so we requested to change our flight plans. They told us we needed to put down an additional $200 per person to change the tickets, which normally wouldn't be a problem except we don't have a random $600 laying around. So not only do we not get to see said relative before she passes on we can't even get our $1400 back from the original tickets just a voucher for a future flight. Flight hub has been extremely rude with us during this stressful time.

Flight cancelled March 2017, due to snow-storm. Several weeks later I placed claim through insurance, they want to know what flight hubs refund policy was. After 60 minutes wait, a rep from phillipines with very bad accent said ticket forfeited because I did not call within 24 hours. The e-ticket never had that policy printed, and its not on their website, she was uninformed and made up a LIE. I asked rep to send me a copy of the policy, she said "hold on, let me find out" and never came back to the phone!. ALL THEIR TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, UNLESS YOU BUY $ 19.99 insurance from them and I'm sure they will lie their way out of that as well... REP said they don't know if flights are cancelled unless passengers call... MAYBE MR PRESIDENT is RIGHT... GET ALL THE BUSINESS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT OUT OF THESE 3RD WORLD countries. IM SURE OUR PROBLEMS ARE THE LAST THING ON THEIR MINDS>>>! Stay away from FLIGH HUB!

This "airline agency" is a joke. Their website needs to be taken down immediately so no one else has to go through the immense struggle that is booking with them! They do not care about correcting their mistakes whatsoever and it always ends up costing more to book with them then when you began! They are thiefs! They have never had a satisfied customer, pathetic!

I was looking for a flight to Europe and on their website for the flight that I wanted I could not make myself the reservation - mentioned to call. I called and i confirmed with the agent the price. Now I received the credit card statement and I have additional fees.
I've been over the phone with them for hours and finally when I talked to a supervisor he hang up after telling me that I should have checked on the email confirmation for the reservation. In fact the agent asked me to check on the email the name and my birth date, but it never cross my mind that I would have additional fees. I confirmed the price and then I gave him all the necessary information. I would call this way of doing business as FRAUD.

My wife and I booked a flight to Canada from the US. We paid the "extended cancellation policy" fee of $20. We reason to cancel and was told United did not refund for the flight. Flighthub told me the policy only covers the first 24 hours. No where is it stated on their site.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
