Booked a hotel with flighthub when we went to California last month. The rooms were affordable, even those that are near Disneyland. It was kinda hard to choose which one I should get, so I decided to read some of the reviews, and they were very helpful since they tell people he pros and cons of booking with a certain hotel. Your website is very easy to work with. Your prices are reasonable. Your staff members are kind and caring. At one time I needed to change my ticket and I did experience some problems but your staff members tried their best to help me.
We had multiple destination flights from Canada to Australia to New Zealand and back home. We were involved in a vehicle accident and due to medical requirements we needed to delay our middle flight two days. They said it it would 700$ for both of us to change our ticket. We wanted to buy new tickets but they said if we didn't show up to our designated flight, that our flight home later in the trip would no longer be valid(ridiculous)... so we paid the stupid 700 and they change our flights. We received an email overnight saying we need to call them immediately. Turns out they need to charge us another 300$ for a flight that should have been already been booked. A phone call of which I spent 2 hours on, only talking to the agent for about 15 minutes in the first place. So I wrote and an email stating my displeasure with how they were treating the situation. And only then they call me back and say they will wave the 300$ if we provide them with proof of the medical procedures taken. All the while the agent tried to tell me that the previous agent told me this prior. Their agents may be incredibly hard to understand, but I'm not an idiot. In the 15 minutes of him actually talking he didn't mention anything of the sort. Anyways, I've sent in all the required documents and didn't receive an answer. I emailed again requesting a status update. It's now been 3 weeks and still no answer. Worst company ever! Avoid at all costs and spread the word.
I thought the experience using the Internet was quite easy. I was a little disappointed that there was an extra charge that I was unaware of at the end for choosing seats.

This was the easiest flight I have ever booked. I chose the times I needed to connect to my other flights and was advised when the cost of the flights went down. As a result I saved well over $100 and with no effort on my part.
I had 2 tickets booked for a trip from Calgary to Bangkok. I booked quite a few months in advance to save money. About a week before my flight I was looking online at my flight status and noticed that the flights times didn't add up so I called flighthub to see what was going on. They told me that my flight had been cancelled. They didn't even bother to let me know that my flight had been cancelled! I was furious. They told me that they couldn't find me a new flight so they would refund me instead. Flighthub told me it would take 6-8 weeks to get my refund back. I have now been waiting 5 MONTHS and still NOTHING! I had to rebook a very expensive flight and almost wasn't able to go on my trip because of it. I call Flighthub almost every day about my refund but they do absolutely nothing. Please give me my money back!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
