You must OPT OUT of medical insurance, travel insurance, and seat selection to avoid being charged for all of these things - very sneaky and I'm not quite sure this is legal.
I had not previously heard of Flighthub until scrolling through Kayak and seeing an extremely low fare relative to the other fares posted. It was great to be able to enter my information once and not have to go through two different airline sites for the booking. My confirmation and all info needed was in my inbox within a few minutes. Overall the shopping experience was great. The only downfall was I did not realize that I am potentially subject to additional baggage fees for a small carry on (but get a free personal item), because the fare booked through flighthub was a "basic fare" and not a "standard fare". It shouldn't be a problem, but just something that wasn't made overly clear. Other than that, it was a great shopping experience and I will use again.
I was quite pleased with my quick search of your flight sales and my ability to book within a 5 minute period. I also appreciate your constant feedback of my flight information and confirmation that my flight is booked.

First time user. Tried to order tickets online using my Amex card. It would not go through. Called Amex no issue on their end. Tried Visa and it worked fine. Lost my double miles on Delta because of this issue. Called Customer Service who would not help change the billing method. Claimed I need to have purchased the extended cancellation even though it was within an hour of my buying the tickets.
Price was great. Not much else about the experience was. Not sure I would useagain.

Seat selection should not be charge when travel as a couple or partners.
Cancellation and medical insurances have already set.
Currency type should show from the beginning of booking, not at the end of booking.
Great website to book flight tickets buts customer service sucks...
The prices are less compared to other flight booking websites...
Please let the customer service agents give us the rates shown on the website insteaf of giving different rates...
The worst flight agency i ever worked with... i called them more than 15 time regarding the possibility of changing my flight date, 15 different people gave me different penalty rate... they just care of their profit not their customers

I find this site to be the easiest and quickest for finding the cheapest flights with reasonable flight times - lots to choose from for available departures and arrivals. Definitely my go-to site for travel!

Horrible! I booked a flight for my brother and they send me e mail saying my credit card declined and i called my bank, my bank said there is no problem with my credit card, when i call back to flight-hub they want to charge me extra $300 and the lady i was speaking to have heavy accent she doesn't know how to explain her self so i ask if i can speak to her supervisor and she won't transfer me she said there is nothing they can do and i try to rebook the same flight and the flight is not available, now because of them my brother can't go back home bring the kids, he need to change their flights which will cost him more money, anyways i will never book flight with them again, also you not calling here or Canada you calling some where in Asia the this people don't even speak a proper English OMG make your life easier and book somewhere else.

I had never heard of Flighthub until I googled cheap flights.
All that normally comes up is Expedia, iTravel 2000, etc. I just luckily stumbled across Flighhub, and the prices were better than all the other websites!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
