I recently booked a flight and agreed to pay an amount, today when I checked my bank account they charged more than double the amount I called 3 times asking to speak to a manager but all they said was to send an email to their costumer care. I just sent that email and I hope they take care of this ASAP. Not sure why you advertise an amount and then charge way more then one agreed to very unprofessional.
Will definitely use again. It is one of the few ticket sites that allows you to buy more than six tickets at a time
Pretty satisfied in a sense that I was finally able to book a flight to Edmonton, Canada. I thought Edmonton from Santa Ana is pretty out of nowhere but your site connected me with great schedule. (Only one stop!) So far, i am very satisfied and looking forward to having a great experience!
I gave 2 stars because the price was right and fairly easy to book. BUT the confirmation email didn't have the bar code for me to properly check in with so I got to the end of my line just to realize the ticket wouldn't even worm and was nearly impossible to try to get a ticket printed through the check in computer as well. So, I missed my flight! Then I tried calling a couple of times only to have them leave me on hold... call back to talk to a women who barely understood what I was saying so I couldn't communicate my information. They gave me zero $$$ refund. Snuck in a bunch of extra charges. And then tried to overcharge the heck out of me for a rebook... i found a much cheaper and easier experience booking my new flight through the airline directly. I will not be using flighthub again. Waste of time and loads of money. I could if ended up stranded and homeless. Very upsetting experience.

Good customer service. I have my credit card declined. Got an email right away asking me to supply a different form of payment.
My experience was overall pretty good. The site itself if pretty user friendly. In the end i got what I wanted and was easy to track the price changes. Although I wish the website could have informed me on when the best time to buy is. I also ended up buying a slightly more expensive ticket because I was unclear on the cheaper companies baggage policy so that would have been nice to know as well. And throughout my experience I was spammed with e-mails and did not appreciate that, it was unnecessary.
For the first time using your site I found it easy and seemless. Also found the prices good compared to other sites.
My flight cost was more than expected when I first viewed the prices I paid additional for seat selection than I received an email from United airlines stating there are no seat selections upon arrival seats will be selected for us so now I will have to clarify with united if my purchase from flighthub is going to be redeemable if not I will have to contact flight hub for a seat selection refund.
The site was user friendly quick and helpful no concerns! The price was excellent and connections good I look forward to my travels and that there will be no delays or cancellations.

Was please with the price alerts. However I could have got the flight for $837 All in from Justfly. So have a little mixed feeling there that I didn't quite get the Best deal possible!
Was waiting for a good price for a trip from Alberta to PEI in August which is high season. Got it for 650$ and pretty decent flight itinerary. If I wasn't so picky about flight times I could have travelled for 560$.
Easy and affordable and clear, easy site to use, and I tryed a few companies prior to this site. Only downside I was not aware of additional fee until my credit card wAs charged. This could be clearer.
I hate Flighthub, because everything you need can find in one website, thus, after checking it, you don't need to surfe in other websites due to it's completeness

There were a lot of options for my travel, since there was no direct flight. Even with the filters available, number of stops, and the day divided into chunks, it took time to filter down. If I switched to a different departure or arrival day, I had to put in the filters again, one by one, since it doesn't remember them, and it doesnt allow you to put in more than one at a time.
Plus, even though I had already subscribed to email to follow my preferred dates of travel, I kept getting asked if I wanted to subscribe again.
Having the day divided into smaller chunks would have helped me. For example I didnt want a 6AM flight. But of course the least expensive flights were the early ones, and there were literally tens of combinations with various airlines. So I was constantly scrolling down. And then if I changed departure days, I had to start all over again.
If I could have saved my search with filters and gotten emails about that it would have been really great.
Anyway, I did finally find a flight I was happy with, but I was just about ready to try elsewhere.
Booking on Flighthub was very easy. I found the offer on Kayak which took me to Flighthub and I booked it in a couple of minutes. It looked like $12 more than the price displayed on Kayak but it didn't matter much. I'll certainly consider using them again.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
