Great price and easy booking. I love the flight hub due to affordable prices and easy accessibility.
I call for seat charge to be waive, I did not pay attention to the fee while booking my flight, but the customer service person did not offer or attempted to make me feel like I was welcome to do business with you.

Best prices, up to date information, and ease of booking. I tried numerous other flight booking sites and none came close to the low prices I found on flight Hub!
Saved a lot of time booking our flight to Orlando. One site to do it all, rather than going back and forth between airlines trying to find the best deal.
I tried to cancel my ticket to Tanzania, I called 3 times for cancellation fee but each time they advise me different amount. From $512, $930 and $1,020. What a huge difference. Each time they said previews staff gave the incorrect information...
Total flight ticket I paid for $1360, I only can get back $340 and they will deduct another fee for 150.00. So eventually this ticked I get almost nothing... I feel so sucks.,,,
I had so bad experience with Flighthub, this is my first time and will be the last time.

We had no problems booking our flights. We found a direct flight from Toronto to Vancouver and are even flying from North Bay to Toronto. That saves us the drive to the airport.
Flighthub is a great catch-all for saving on your next travel plans. I always use it to find the cheapest flights to my next destination!
On march 16 2017 i booked the flight from toronto to los angeles after i booked the flight i recived a advise from my wife doctor so she can flight because she was had kidney issue i called the flight hub and i asked for flight to be cancel because of medical issue but they did not cancel my flight and the month after i find out they charge me another 400 doollar on my credit card for cancelation fee and now im try to get my money back but they dont give me any good answer so please be aware if bu want to buy any service from flight hub think about it than i wish you a good luck to deal with this company

Should be showing the cost of the flight hub ($15.95) as part of the initial transaction instead of tricking customers.
Went on here to get the same flight as a friend. Only to find out the exact same flight with west jet (who my flight is also through through flighthub) was cheaper by going through their website and now I can't get a refund for the difference.

The headings were very clear and it was really easy to use, I liked how you could choose the departure.and return to customize your flight.
Was cheap on prices but wasn't as specific as I'd hoped. Not good for first time flier to use. Ended up purchasing the wrong kind of ticket due to not being enough information. But did provide cheap fare prices and advised me of days that would save me money.
