My experience with the site was great, very easy to use. The only thing I didnt like was he extra fee after the flight was purchased. It was small, but I was not aware of the site fee.

I have been shopping for flights for my son and his girlfriend. They had just had a baby and wanted to come down from MT to CA for a visit in August. I'm paying for their entire trip so I was looking for the best possible deals. After searching directly on the airline websites and the Expedia, etc. websites, I was worried I'd have to pay nearly $1K on flights alone, but then I came across FlightHub. I found them both round-trip flights and saved $200! That's $200 that I can use to take them to the zoo instead. My husband (who had been helping me search for flights too) said it was the lowest price he had seen. We travel a lot ourselves and will definitely be using FlightHub for our flights in the future.
Easy on site booking, helpful customer service. Could use more English speaking customer service people very hard to understand! I called twice and had a difficult time understanding a weird he was saying, both times
Booking was easy, and, when I had made a mistake and booked my daughter inadvertently thinking she could go, I was able to cancel her flight with no penalty. GREAT customer service.

This is the easiest purchase I've made when it comes to looking up flights. I am the type to shop around to compare prices. Lots of sites make it difficult to compare flights without multiple tabs open. Flighthub simplified it for me.
I like using FlightHub, but there are certain things that could be improved for an improved user experience. The booking interface, for instance, is a bit unwieldy and cluttered, and could benefit from a cleaner design and multi-window booking process perhaps. It was also difficult to find where to enter Frequent Flyer information, which was frustrating as this is key to many flyers.
Had checked around on some other sites to look for the least expensive and always came back to Flight hub, rates were good and the website was very user friendly. It was very easy to make a reservation.

In terms of savings, the Flighthub results for several searches beat Kayak's rates, but it remains easier to compare rates over a range of dates on Kayak.
