I been using Flighthub for most of my flights. I now realize that they aren't trustworthy esp in my latest booking. They cannot refund me even my reasons are valid. I will never use their service till further notice or probably ban for 10 years and I don't care.
How can you lie people? I bought the tickets few weeks ago and they must be Air Canada but NOT Air Canada rouge. I wanted to check the seats and then I found out that this is totally another company. Even in my first email with bought tickets it's not saying about '' rouge''. Now I can't change my flight after I planned my trip. I don't think it will be fun to fly from Seattle to Venice with two little kids with no entertainment and no space.
I like flight hub gray prices easy to navigate. Would like if they showed flex packages not just bottom tickets. Customer service would need to be worked on a little a few agents seem to have some attitude when picking up or talking to other then then great site
I went to Vancouver around 6 month ago and I've always found the best flight through these sites, even better than my home countries flight tracker. I really appreciate for newest flight's information, cheap and fast flights.
Flighthub has helped me book a flight that also ended up saving me some money by sorting its prices from lowest to highest. I not only saved a few hundred dollars for my trip but I was also given a variety of booking options such as seating arrangements as well and booking a hotel. I highly recommend using Flighthub and I will definitely use this site as my first choice for booking future flights!
Additional charges were not clearly identified up front, thought that was a little sneaky... and why do I have to lengthen my response and then RE verify to continue... talk about time wasting... MY time being wasted.

Flighthub has been the fastest, cheapest and easiest way for me to book my flights! I've used this site for 90 percent of all my Vacation bookings and I've never once had a problem! 10/10 would recommend!
I wish I had read the reviews before I booked. I need to cancel a flight LAS to LAX - not asking for a refund, just wanting to pick up the continuing Manila flight in LA instead of LAS. Sounds easy enough... nope. It's impossible and nobody will lift a finger to help. Just a no period. Nothing like Southwest Air or any other sites I've previously used. I travel often and flight hub sinks.
I've tried booking from Expedia before and the experience with their customer care service was horrible. I decided to try out Flighthub to see if they offered good services and I'm glad to say that they do.
Flighthub is extremely easy to use and I love that they have a customer portal. I've been using flight hub for over 5 years and all my bookings show in the "past bookings" section. The only reason I'm not giving FlightHub 5 stars is because they track how often I use their site and increase prices based on that. If I use a different computer or a private internet setting, the prices are lower.
It had lots of tools and easy to operate. It is a well thought out website. The conformation emails arrive quickly and also give you more options if you missed anything while you were making your reservation
There is nothing wrong within the interface itself but it feels dated and is not exactly as reactive as it could be. Then again, prices were good, much lower than elsewhere, and I'm happy with that aspect.
Worst company ever and service! Don't buy or order tickets from FlightHub. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! I am honestly surprised they are still in business. Since their business logo is deceiving of customers. Why is this company still working in Canada and dealing with doubtful business?
I cancel the flight before 40 days of departure. According to the Terms & Conditions, they have to proceed Refund Request that is approved only by the airlines and send me an email notification that my request has been processed. They did not!
I booked the ticket for 635$. Minus airlines fees 100$ (according to airlines rules) and minus booking fees. They have to return minimum 430-480$.
After the cancellation and refund, I paid EXTRA! As they did not help to get any refund of Air Transportation Charges from airlines. In total, I lost 700$! My opinion is fraud!
Do not book through flight hub for anything more than a basic flight. When you call customer service you will get someone in another country that cannot speak English well, nor understand you issue and give you a solution.
I've never had a root canal... but I imagine it's more pleasurable than calling flight hub.
Book airline direct! Even if it cost more money.
They are terrible, poor customer service, spoke to the same person each time i called, who said that he was the supervisor and that the Managers don't speak to customers. They charged me a fee, it showed up as flight hub on my bank statement, yet they said that hey can't refund me because it was part of the airline. Very strange, because the airline charge had the airline name. I had to dispute this with my bank because Flight hub refused. Do not use this site, they are scams and thieves. You've been warned!

They do nothing to make it right.
I need the dates changes and will have to pay more than the flight. And, a month notice to boot. But, they are disreputable.
I will use American business from now on. It was my first time to book flights not big airline... NEVER AGAIN

I didn't get an electronic ticket on one of my booked flights. I verify to the
Airlines and it turned out that I am not in the airline's system.
That booking was confirmed by FlightHub. And when i try to call them
No customer service on the phone to talk with, you should go to their
Chat room, which is not also real time, they will reply to your email
But you cant reply to this email.
As of this writing, I haven't received my eticket. And im not sure if my booking is successful.
FlightHub does not provide a valid Air Canada confirmation number (6 letters/numbers) to access online services like Check-in and seat selection directly on Air Canada web site. They are saying that this number is not available, but when i book with other sites, this number is available. Seat selection and check in is not possible on Flighthub website and the other option is to call Air Canada, which as problems with too much calls with a wait time of over 2-3 hours. Online tools would have been great, we are now in 2020!. Bad service, don't think i will book with Flighthub again.
If you want or need to use a third party site for your airline ticket, avoid Flighthub at all cost. I needed to make a change to our flight a few hours after booking and was charged over $280.00. Expedia and others offer a free cancellation policy within 24 hours of booking.
Simply trying to change the dates of our flight has been a major problem, involving many, many phone calls and hours wasted, and my flight is still not changed. Delta confirmed that we have been lied to regarding the process going forward. We even purchased the trip insurance. Don't waste your money!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
