I had to reschedule a trip. To say it was a nightmare to deal with flighthub is an understatement. I have never had worse client service with a complete disregard for my needs and utter inflexibility. Ended up paying double after they assured me there was only $300 penalty. Could and should have just rebooked with another provider.

I find it incredibly dishonest for them to be charging people a separate $25 without mentioning it anywhere when you buy tickets through their site. It doesn't even show up on the receipt. I only knew about the charge through my credit card statement. I will not be using flighthub again.

Scam, you do not save money with them. They advertise low rates but when you enter your credit card number the price is higher. When you discover the scam they charge you 75$ per person on the ticket to cancel. The customer service is awful very rude and no understanding, they are like robots. Very bad experience. NEVER NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely worst service, noone communicates with you after repeated promises. I purchased 5 First class tickets, Flight Hub reduced the service to Business class. I simply requested refund for the difference $$. NOONE gets back to you despite repeated promises for 55 days.
Flight hub and their management has committed to e-mail me call me and promised to provide a satisfactory resolution, But noone does. Absolutely Noone!

The staff just provide automated responses without regard to actual subject matter.
They also said British Airways will resolve the matter. British Airways said " NO you must go to Flight Hub " at the end of the day passangers get tossed around, contineous run a round without regard to expense or value of time.

I know it is scary to purchase these kinds of items online. And wanted to share my experience online about this company. The flight searches were returning over $330 one way to my destination. I kept searching the whole day while all of a sudden, I saw a $192 price from this site. I immediately was suspicious. The times were perfect also. Leaving at 8:15 and arriving at 2:45. I looked at reviews of the company and saw some mixed opinions but still not too bad of a rating so I went ahead and booked. I've called the airline directly since, and confirmed my reservation just fine and asked about some of the terms as far as luggage and seating (luggage being most important) and everyhing was as disclosed when I purchased it. The lady from the flighthub customer service line was very courteous and efficient. What a deal though. I appreciated the discount! Thanks flighthub!

Total Nightmare. Cancelled flight booked thru FH who denied it was their responsibility and Airline who said it was Not their responsibility. Three days into vacation which is spent on hold with polite for 20 min to an hour with polite foreign agents who barely spoke English and could not deviate from script. Shoot me.

Selling economy tickets allowing no luggage but not say so, that on international flight! Paying a surcharge of 98 $ to bring to price higher then booking direct, shop with somebody ells!

Booked flight for 4 people in morning, they cancelled it in the evening stating financial problem. I was looking online at my credit statement showing money was taken out. Rebooked with another company and tried to get my money back ($1020. 00) they stated they had not received my money even though card statement showed the payment. I asked for an email stating that they had not received any money. Even though I was polite at all times they refused and hung up on me. My credit card company refunded my money after i forwarded emails from flighthub

Booked two tickets to Johannesburg, S Africa from MSP. British airlines gave us the run around about setting assignments. Flighthub did nothing as the intermediary except telling me to call BA about my problem. We were finally allowed to purchase our cabin seats we wanted for $45 each leg of the trip and there were six- MSP to NY to London to Johannesburg and back again. We not only did not get our seat assignment but British airline customer service would not even speak to us about it. The airline stewardess knew something fishy happened and I do too. She indicated that we were bumped from out seats we paid a premium for. As far as I'm concerned I will never fly British Airways again. Very anti-American although, not entirely your fault- you also did not lift a finger to assist me to get a refund. BA wanted all the boarding passes as evidence-RIGHT! And gave us the run around for about three weeks and I gave up trying.

I booked a ticket last year all went well, unfortunately the weather was so cold in Maine my husband could not fly there for his work. Not the airlines fault. But the policy that flight hub has was going to cost me over $1000 for him to fly one way. I was looking online when talking to the girl and could see that the cheapest price was $293.60, and the flight that she was booking us for was $348.10. So the credit that I had of $338.72 was basically just the profits of them. Because even though they college credit it is not I will never recommend or use flight hub ever ever again.

Please don't book your tickets with Flighthub.com. They have the most confusing team, who don't even know what prices needs to be added. The customer support team is really hopeless, and don't even respect their customer. The support team is arrogant and don't take our issues seriously. Re-scheduling is the worst part of this org, they eat more money in processing the changes. I'm really disappointed.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
