These guys are fast, answer questions quickly and very efficient. I wasn't able to do business with them but I like that they didn't waste time and their process was clear and easy to follow.

These guys are unresponsive, unreliable and incompetent. They do not respond to questions and their process makes no sense. Very disappointed to have wasted so much time with trying to apply for a ppp with them. What a mess.

Tip for consumers:
If you're looking for fin tech companies, SBA has a list of them on their website. Google, SBA fintech ppp loan company list.

It worked fine until it didn't. Simplex just duplicated my purchase on Bitrue. I will no longer be using this method to make any purchases. Luckily the amount wasn't too large. Or there would have been he** to pay and will just be leaving reviews so that people are aware that this COULD happen with this company. I will also be sending a complaint to the FTC about this. Their response was "you approved the payments". Nope I didn't. I will make sure people are aware of this disaster waiting to happen. It's INSANE some of the things these companies are able to get away with. We're just a small one person income to them so they don't care. Something happened. They had a glitch or SOMETHING. But they don't want to face up. To even support this, my payment was sent under the SAME transaction (same time same date same number). How is this even legal to do. They don't want to admit it. What threw me off is their VERY NON CHALLANT you approved the payments answers with NO EFFORT to look into the issue. These companies get away with SO much and we are helpless in this. As long as they have your money they don't care. They're OUT. No effort at all.

Tip for consumers:
There's a chance they can duplicate your payment and they do not help. You will have no recourse. Try to just purchase on coinbase and send to Bitrue to make your trades. And cheaper. I personally would never use these people again.

It makes it hard for people to find this company and I bet it's on purpose. They are the same company that advertises on instagram and other places. These people are a joke. If you have any issues with this company it will NOT be resolved. There is NO ONE to contact with issues. I've had an item returned THREE times and still issue was never resolved EVEN after BBB complaint. These people don't give a CRAP about servicing. My rating is reflective of the whole experience in general. This company does not deserve any stars at all. THE COMPANY GOES BY THE NAME OF SCIENCE MAGIC SHIRTS as well. It's almost impossible to find them and the company info but they are under this name if someone wants to turn in a complaint to BBB.
They have completely refused to respond or address my complaint at all. They just sent their own resolution to BBB without addressing the issue at all. This is a tell tell sign of a company that doesn't give a crap. Not an ounce of crap. Not even the decency to respond directly to the issue.

AWFUL. They sent package to the wrong address. An address that their system likely somehow pulled from an old order. More than 6 years old. I asked the rep to look at my account on their website. It CLEARLY HAS ONLY 1 address and the ONLY address. But yet they ship it to some old address that's not even in my profile. Somehow their system messed up but i wanted to see whatever let's fix it. The guy flat out said NO! Okay buster. Then you wont only not get the chump change of a few dollars in shipping, how about you not get ANY of my money. What a bunch of untrained incompetent business people are these?

I know it is scary to purchase these kinds of items online. And wanted to share my experience online about this company. The flight searches were returning over $330 one way to my destination. I kept searching the whole day while all of a sudden, I saw a $192 price from this site. I immediately was suspicious. The times were perfect also. Leaving at 8:15 and arriving at 2:45. I looked at reviews of the company and saw some mixed opinions but still not too bad of a rating so I went ahead and booked. I've called the airline directly since, and confirmed my reservation just fine and asked about some of the terms as far as luggage and seating (luggage being most important) and everyhing was as disclosed when I purchased it. The lady from the flighthub customer service line was very courteous and efficient. What a deal though. I appreciated the discount! Thanks flighthub!

Beyond ridiculous. These people make no sense what-so-ever. Laptop screen separated within less than a year. They are saying it's accidental and not covered by warranty. Are you kidding me? What accident separated a screen from the back? I accidentally pulled the screen and back apart? Are these people sane? Please beware in purchasing anything from this company. I did it anyway after I heard really bad things about them. Well here I am. I see it first hand why this company is hated so much.

Editing to reflect my experience with corporate... After my ordeal with the service side of the company, I posted on BBB and sent an email to their corporate office. I have to say, their customer service on THAT side has been surprisingly good. The corporate office called me right after I sent an email, within a day. They assigned a manager to me that went thru my grievances about the whole situation with me throughout this process. They followed up with me continuously. Unfortunately, even they could not magically get my laptop fixed quickly and returned but what they did do is that they approved the repair without any charge. But, even with their help, the laptop repair process got delayed over and over and over again. Now, it's been just under 2 months without a laptop. I now have accepted a replacement credit from their HP website instead of waiting for repaired laptop. Which no one knows when that will be.

The laptop I purchased was a faulty product. The laptop itself ran fine, but to have a screen separate from its backing within less than a year is ridiculous. I had a Toshiba laptop, plastic one that after 6 years, there isn't a scratch on it let alone screen separation. Not even a crack. Had to replace for performance reasons. And the HP Envy I purchased seemed more solid with metal frame and heavier, just overall nicer and fancier. Yet it deteriorated within less than a year.

I will forever be this company's nightmare. I would NEVER recommend them for anything. I have friends with businesses and I am making sure that they don't give business to such an awful deplorable company. Their customer service people are robots that follow scripts and have NO capability to resolve problems. They have completely messed up a delivery and lost my package and it is the last straw. I have let the past issues pass because hey, everyone makes mistakes, but this company is so redundant on its mistakes and yet has customer service people that do not know how to talk to clients and have ZERO use. They are not trained properly. The company gives them NO authority to resolve problems so in essence they are paying them to just say "hello" when we call. What a waste of my money, time and a lot of cause of aggravation and hiked blood pressure from these people. Awful company!

Be ware to order personalized items on this website. It takes an extremely long time and your order doesn't even show up on their website for an option to cancel within 24 hrs. Then when you take the time to call them and see if they have your order then u fibd out that your order does not come in until AFTER THE event. Of course then u get a very cordial oh I'm sorry can't cancel any more! Won't be doing any business with these guys let alone trust my wedding planning to them.
