We use Flighthub to book our flights to Florida almost every year. Took us all day to book a flight. Venus(probably not her real name) said their lines were down and she would have to call us back. Never heard from her. Called back after taking up our time waiting for her and spoke to another agent. I don't think Venus knew how to do multiple cities booking so told us the lines were down. Made multiple reservations, charged credit card and then cancelled- we hope they cancelled them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Make you plans in advance. If the airlines make significant changes, like reducing a layover from 3 hours, plenty of time to make connecting flight, to 1 hour, zero chance of making connecting flight. NOT THEIR FAULT they say. NO REFUND even after you had to make new reservations. Or you had a non stop flight of 2:50 and it was changed to a 9 hr plus flight, losing a whole day, due to 6 hr extra layover, NOT THEIR FAULT, they say. Even if you had to make new reservations. Want your money stolen, use this company. NO REFUNDS! You get an e-mail 10 days before leaving with "minor changes". RIPOFF!

I checked the website and saw 270$ for a flight home. When I was booking confirming everything I noticed they were charging me an extra 75$ for insurance so I changed it to no insurance. Then booked it.
My confirmation email then showed me a flight on the current day instead of the next day and the insurance fee included. So I called right away to cancel.
After 50 minutes of holding they told me that even if I had called within 1 hour of booking they wouldn't refund me because it was within 2 hours of the flights departure even though when I called it hadn't been the case.
They gave me back the 75$ for the insurance but charged me 75$ for cancelling and gave me a travel voucher instead of a refund. They said the voucher could be used anywhere within Canada but it had to be for the same airline and the same traveler. The trick is that I couldn't use my voucher for my planned flight the next day because it's only valid after 24 hrs. And now I can't use it to get back home because it's apparently only valid from the original location to the original destination.
So those thieves stole 335$+tx and gave me nothing in return!
When I wanted to use my voucher I was told I would need to pay a change fee of 165$. The flight was 205$ and I supposedly had a voucher of 270$. So all in all I would be paying 500$ for a flight of 205$. How is that legal.

Terrible customer service. I had a flight schedule change since one of my flight got cancelled. It didn't work for me, so I called them to try to cancel my flight and I was told to contact the airlines, when i called the airline they told me only the agent/company can cancel it. I called them back and they kept me on hold for 45 mins to contact the airline, only to know after 45 mins that the representative didn't even talk to the airline and ultimately told me to call the airline back, now I am stuck between an endless loop of calls between them( So far I have made 17 calls trying to get help) and lost more than $2000 because I choose this SCAM to book.
This is a SCAM of a website with TERRRRIBLE customer support. I am stuck with an itinerary that I don't want and they are basically refusing to help me in any way. Please pay $50 extra if you have to but AVOID FLIGHTHUB. I am actually looking to sue the company after going through this.

Booked a flight. Received a call the following day stating that the airline had changed their price and we now had to pay $350 more for our tickets. 5 hours later (4 of which we were on hold) they did virtually nothing for us.
I don't enjoy having my time wasted (two full evenings), being ripped off, or being taken advantage of. We will be taking our travel business (10-12 round-trip fares per year) elsewhere in the future.

I previously booked with flight and had to cancel due to family member passing away. They assured me I would be able to use my credit for future flights which I've tried to book. Now they are saying I owe them $4000. 00 dollars more on top of the 3800. 00. I already paid. I have called numerous times trying to get help regarding this matter and not one person has been able to help. They give me the run around that they spoke to Air New Zealand but when I call to speak to Air New Zealand they say its easy to apply the credit but when I speak to Flight Hub their answer to everything is NO. You have to pay on top of the credit. It seems like I haven't gotten help with this issue for over 1 year. I don't think flight hub should be able to operate a business that has no customer service. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking. This company is a joke.

We booked flights for my wife and daughter through FlightHub to travel to the Phillipines. The airline changed the return flight schedule, and we were not notified. My wife and daughter arrived at the airport for their flight home, only to find that the flight had left one hour before they got there, 5 hours before the original schedule.
I called Flighthub, spoke to a lady who informed me they could rebook the flights for the following day, We had to pay about $800 in change fees. They were in the process of making the change when the call was interrupted. I called back, spoke to another person, they told me that there was an issue with the credit card. I gave them another credit card, and they told me they would call me back. These two calls took about 2 hours, with many apologies for the delays. I did not get a call back.
My wife sent me a text, saying she got a call from FlightHub, and they were having problems charging her credit card. She called the credit card company, no problems there. I gave her my credit card information, that did not work either.
I called Flighthub again, after another 30 minutes I was transferred to another agent who informed me that since I was not on the reservation, I was not authorized to make any changes.
So almost 5 hours after the missed flights, 5 phone calls with FlightHub, we were still not able to pay for the return flights.
I had similar troubles with them before, I should have learned my lesson...
I booked my flight to Madrid on Air Portugal through FlughtHub and was assured that airfare includes the baggage fees. To my great surprise when in the airport I had to pay baggage fees... and here it comes $135. Yes yes and this is one way. Still waiting for FlughtHub response as so far they refuse to admit that they made a mistake and refund this amount.

It is not worth the money that you save going through this company. I had a situation with one of my passengers through no fault of her own she was not able to change her name legally before our flight. Flighthub demanded that I send them all kinds of documentation and then after I did that and sat on hold with them for an hour and a half they told me that there are no changes to my policy but they would go ahead and make an exception for me for $150. I called the airlines directly and they said there was no fee for changing her information and that they understood, one of the airlines American Airlines wouldn't change since I had booked through an agent. We're just going to take the documentation and hope for the best.

Service is terrible. Stay away! Don't expect to be treated fairly if you flight is cancelled. Personally, this travel agency is not suitable to provide a safe and secure airline service In my opinion, both federal governments (USA & Canada) have to investigate about the integrity of this company.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
