I will never work with this company again! They call me 5 times in one single day, I've spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors which where TERRIBLE AND RUDE. Cornelius, even yelled at me! They take money out of my account on 3 different days in one single week, every week! I will for sure be reporting them for harassing me! Please please! If you need tires, use AFFIRM. I will never ever support flex shopper again! It's against FEDERAL LAW to be harassed, and repeatedly called after you have spoken with a client.
Recently purchased a desktop to work from home from FlexShopper. Everything was going well until July 2022. They decided to do a duplicate charge on my account. I contacted the company and received email and text messages stating they would look into the error. The representative in text told me they would apply my duplicate charge to my weekly payment (as I requested) since a refund would be a huge hassle. Fast forward to two days later, a representative sent me an email and told me they could not apply the refund to my weekly payment and that a refund would be submitted. She told me that the refund would take 5-7 days. Here we are almost a month later and still no refund. They also charge you way before a week. I have been charged for 3 days, 4 days, and 5 days. Where is the WEEKLY payment if youre being charged way before a week?! The equipment is decent but I have never had such a crappy experience with charges with a company before this.

They've billed me the past 3 weeks being "late on payments by over double what I pay weekly. I'm never late on my payments and they don't pull anything out on the days they claim they will. I don't recommend this business to anyone honestly because they'll drain as much earned money out of you as possible.

Flex shopper is a company that steals your money after you pay it off. I paid a amount that a employee at flex shopper quoted me in December and paid it in full and now 6 months later they are stealing money from my account... What happened to the amount that I paid in full... The on employees must not be trained in simple mathmatics... Now you are taking money from a account that you were supposed to delete. There was a "glitch" in the billing with FlexShopper of which I have had no success in being refunded. They took a double payment out and did not notify me until two days after the second payment was taken out of my account I waited on hold for over an hour only to get a customer service rep that was not able to communicate in English well. Not only that but I have spoken to three other customer service reps and each time was told a different story. I have very little trust in a company that can make this big an error and show such lack of empathy and such unprofessional customer service.

I have been using Flexshopper for several years. I love MOST of their products. But their billing system is very screwy. I have auto pay and all of the sudden it stopped. They claim it was all up to date, but in reality, my account became passed due. They do not always honor their "second week free" either.
Buy their products, but only if you plan on using the 90 days same as cash method.

Let me first explain, for the last 5 months I haven't had any issues with Flexshopper. Payments went fine, though they do charge a lot for their interest on your products... I was okay with it due to wanting to spread out payments over a year.
That said, I have noticed that on my research occasionally some reviewers were saying that out of nowhere Flexshopper will just randomly pull extra payments out of your bank. I never seen it but last week, they started this on me. Basically they pulled double on one payment, ended up putting my account in the negative. Now I been back and forth with their support and honestly their answers to their mistake is a system issue, no resolution or much say of what they will do to fix my account. Top that off, they now want double on one of my leases for late payment lol. So these guys are horrible, they are con artists I believe at this point. Most they do is eventually hurt your finances, support tells you to wait and see while you watch your account keep dipping lower with no action on their side. Honestly, I think these guys need a serious look into by financial police out there or some for of class action lawsuit the more I read reviews about them.
Sometimes it appears you get lucky and get through your payments with them but trust me if it goes bad with these people, they will not help you and try to lay blame on you for their own mistakes. As well try to take on even more charges as they put your bank account so far in the hole you will never get out of the problem. Figure warn people at this stage seeing I have been back and forth on my situation all week and still not gotten any help.

This company is a rip off. They charge double the amount of interest charged for the amount you were approved for. You cannot check the remaining balance you owe online. Something they do not tell you. The customer service people are idiots. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

I used to love Flexshopper but they are horrible now. They have become extremely slow placing orders so never expect to get sale prices. They will blame every other possible source besides themselves. Will deny orders saying not included categories but doesn't make sense because it falls in the categories or on their site! Horrible customer service. You talk to more then 1 customer service rep and everyone gives different stories and never any are true reasons. Automated responses just to get you off the phone. Watch your bank account because they will run multiple of the same payment (once was over $1000 for me!) I had to fight them to get them to even pay attention and look at my account because they kept making up stupid excuses, blaming my bank etc. will call saying a payment didn't clear and it always is an error on their end. Tell them not to use certain payments and use a new source given and almost every time they will not listen! Sooooooo many issues with them and I definitely don't recommend. They really need to revamp their personal order process time (can take many days to get complete) and need to redo their customer service process and employees.

They don't allow you to change your address online. I requested or an order to be cancelled and it never was, instead they shipped the item to an address thats over three hrs away from me and then told me I needed to go to the address and refuse the shipment, everybody I spoke to was rude and instead of helping me figure this all out. I purchased a TV from these crooks a year ago April 2021. The TV is paid off and they are trying to charge me a late fee for whatever reason. I actually found delivery fast. Payments are reasonable. ( just too much for my low income). The terms are for a year which seems reasonable. So far no complaints
Beware your credit card info is not safe even after your payments are complete. Nov 26 2020 over a year after my final payment my credit card was charged twice. No email, no phone call or letter to alert of a problem. My account shows completed but once i contacted then 2 mysterious payments are now due. I caught them red handed. They are stealing plain and simple. Opened up a case with the better business bureau showing them the proof of completed purchase on the flexshopper website. SCUM OF THE EARTH!

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
