I used to love Flexshopper but they are horrible now. They have become extremely slow placing orders so never expect to get sale prices. They will blame every other possible source besides themselves. Will deny orders saying not included categories but doesn't make sense because it falls in the categories or on their site! Horrible customer service. You talk to more then 1 customer service rep and everyone gives different stories and never any are true reasons. Automated responses just to get you off the phone. Watch your bank account because they will run multiple of the same payment (once was over $1000 for me!) I had to fight them to get them to even pay attention and look at my account because they kept making up stupid excuses, blaming my bank etc. will call saying a payment didn't clear and it always is an error on their end. Tell them not to use certain payments and use a new source given and almost every time they will not listen! Sooooooo many issues with them and I definitely don't recommend. They really need to revamp their personal order process time (can take many days to get complete) and need to redo their customer service process and employees.
