Fedex has the worse customer service ever! For such a large company they are disorganized and uninformed. Their customer service reps can not answer your questions. First off I ordered 2 tables from walmart both of them were shipped the same day. They were supposed to be delivered on February 23rd. That did not happen one of them was delivered on March 1st and the second one had yet to be delivered. I dont get why they were not on the same truck especially with gas prices? As they are. Everyday I get a text saying out for delivery by the end of the day at the end of the day at says delayed will be delivered the next business day. When you call no one knows what's going on I actually had someone tell me they did not delivered because I need to be home to except package. So I stay home and wait all day because they say they are going to deliver. Sitting on my couch with the doors wide open I get a message saying they tried to deliver and I was not there too receive it. When I tell them I am here bring it back they tell me they will only make one attempt per day. Then I finally get a supervisor and get a whole different story no signature needed i dont have to be home and they did not try to deliver my package. I have talked to several different people and have gotten several different answer. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM A VOMPANY WHO USES YOU AGAIN STICKING WITH AMAZON OR UPS NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH THEM!
FIRST, they broke my case of wine. I did not know they damaged the package and had returned it. The web service said DELIVERED and signed for. What they left out is that it was delivered back to New York instead of to me in Florida. Second, they delivered a large tall box and stood it up on my porch. It was windy and blew over and damaged it. THIRD, I ordered furniture and it was supposed to come on a Friday, then delayed to Monday. It never showed. Now it says delayed but will be delivered by end of day today but it is still sitting in a warehouse 45 miles from me. Since I have been planning to leave today on a trip, I'm now sitting here with no way to talk to a human and just crummy service and a crap web site that a donkey designed. I have my days with UPS, but they are generally competent. Sell FEDEX Short... they will go the same way as Boeing by concentrating on shareholders instead of customers.

Paid $79 to have a crucial package overnighted for my business, 4 days later it arrived. They denied my refund stating weather was the problem. The tracking showed it exactly on time from Chicago to Ft. Lauderdale and on to Marathon Key Florida in less than 12 hours where the weather was perfect. It sat in Marathon for 3 days. I call bullcrap!

FedEx marked a package as delivered but was not delivered to my address contacted FedEx and was told they don't deliver when someone uses the shipping the person I ordered from did and said the US postal service does the delivery. So contacted the postal service and gave them the tracking number and they said that they never received the package from FedEx so contacted FedEx again and was told that they wasn't going to help me find my package. So I will never use FedEx or buy from someone that uses FedEx
The last couple times I have ordered and it has been shipped through fedex it has been a problem. First time was a pair of shoes that I never received so fedex had to replace them. Second time was another pair of shoes that kept getting delayed. When the shoes finally made it I didn't get a notification I just checked the mail and there they were. Third time I ordered furniture and the delivery date was changed three times but the website shows it's in transit. I called and it hasn't left where it said it was in transit from. Poor poor service and definitely an inconvenience!….
We received email that our item was being delivered on Feb. 28,2022 by the end of the day. I was home ALL DAY, We also have security camera out front of home. During the day i would check FEDEX tracking just in cause. I checked tracking a little after 4pm, and lord and behold there was update. Now let me say i live in a house and it is not a business, but the driver that day wrote the reason package was not delivered was due to BUSINESS/HOUSEHOLD NOT HOME. THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE. Then the box was taped together because someone, somewhere was having a very bad day and destroyed the it. Thank God there were no breakables inside.

I have scheduled medical test pick ups for overnight delivery two times. The first time the company did not receive the pkg until after 4 days! The second time they did not pick up at all. Told me when I called that the address was wrong! I confirmed every detail and had the person repeat it back. They are just not a good company.

I ordered an expensive home sub-woofer and it was shipped FEDEX. Over the next week, FEDEX had no idea where the box was. I tried to follow it using their tracking tool which was a waste of time. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago but they kept changing the status. One showed it had arrived at the Phx FEDEX location the day after it was to be delivered. The next item on the list the next morning showed that it was still it transit. Today it showed it was on a truck out for delivery. Then about 30 minutes later it said it was in transit again. Trying to get any information from their phone customer service was a complete waste of time. Late this evening it was dropped off at the door.
I had been talking with the company and told them I got tired of waiting and had numerous bad experiences with FEDEX before, so I purchased the same unit locally. They provided a label to ship it back and to refund the charge. I had to take a picture of the box because the box had serious damage on one side which I attached to an email reply.
How FEDEX stays in business is beyond any explanation. They have to be one of the worst companies in the US. Never ship anything FEDEX nor have a product shipped to you via FEDEX. I would be ashamed to be an executive of this company knowing how mismanaged their service is.

I paid $22 to Fedex for a two-day delivery of a medical device needed for post-op, It has been five days and still have not received the shipment, which came from Atlanta. I ordered a $200 pair of boots from Timberland. They were never delivered to my home. They did an investigation and came to the conclusion that it was delivered here anyway. They gave me a time of 252 that it was delivered. I went back on my cameras and they were never even here I have tried several times to to get a person to speak with me and they will not do it. I told him I'd like to speak with someone because they weren't here and I checked my cameras and they canceled the whole thing. Would not even get back with me. They know they weren't here and they stick me with $200. I have proof that they weren't here and they still won't work with me. They are all a bunch of liars and I have proof!
If I could rate FedEx a -10 I would. My father's remains were sent by the funeral home to my home address. The delivery date was supposed to be Feb. 27th and then they delayed it to the 28th and now they are saying March 1st with no guarantee. At this rate I will not have my father's remains for the funeral. Fed Ex is prioritizing other packages such as clothing, documents and purchases over remains needed for a funeral. This is just disgusting. I even offered to go pick it up from the warehouse and was told there is no customer service there- I can't go there... SHAME ON FED EX! On top of grieving my father' loss they can't even get me his remains as promised. Each person in customer service I speak to doesn't care that I won't have his remains for the funeral. I'm just so sickened. DO NOT USE FED EX!
Dropped off my prepaid overnight parcel at a Fed Ex designated Dollar General drop off. And Fed Ex never picked it up! Sitting there 2 days later. Tried to reach Fed Ex through online representative and they are zero help. So now I have to go back to DG, pick it up, and drive it the whole way to a main Fed Ex location. Never again. Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
