I recently ordered a new phone through Samsung and was disappointed to find that it is being shipped through FedEx the first day of delivery after giving instruction that I couldn't be home due to work until 4pm they tried to deliver at 2 o'clock that day 2nd attempt I had someone at my residence to be ready for the package and they never showed up yet put it down as a second attempt that would leave me with one more before I have to drive 2 hours away on a busy schedule to pick up my package and yet they haven't made a third attempt it has been 5 days since the second attempt that was never made and now as I try to call their customer service hotline all I get to talk to is a robot that won't put me through to a representative so that I can go pick up my package no matter how many times I've called and now I'm worried about my package or if I will ever get it a very expensive package at that the only reason I could think that companies would ship through FedEx is because they make their delivery fees so cheap its the worst company I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer for

All my packages that come from Conover NC have been like this. And now because of this I am missing a tablet that was said to be delivered today. I live in Georgia and my package is from Tennessee, so I'm thinking it will arrive in a day or maybe even the same day. Updates in tracking were not updated. The package arrived fourteen hours later, the next day. A request was applied for to get the shipping costs reimbursed. FeDex cited bad weather and Covid 19 for excuses not being able to deliver in time. There was no bad weather and Covid 19 did not play a role. And if it did, they should not have accepted the item for guaranteed next day delivery.

I was supposed to receive a package, yesterday. Based on the tracking, it was not sent to my residence, even though, Fed Ex claimed that they attempted to delivery it at 2:15pm. But, it was at the wrong location. I live in the Bronx and they sent it to Yonkers! What is worse is that it is difficult to get a hold of customer service because of their automated system. There is no option to speak to customer service. Horrible organization!
Worst company ever. I have a SNOO bassinet for my newborn which was ordered before birth and was supposed to get to me no later than 2/22/22. Still not here. It has been at the same location 30 min away from me for 3 days now and each time I call the company, they tell me it will be here that same day. This is day 3 going on day 4 and still no product. Each time I track it, it only says delayed and stuck at the same location without any further details. Now my newborn has no bassinet to sleep in. Happiest baby (SNOO) company claimed they have contacted fedex and was told everyday that I call that it will be at my house that day and still no product. I was even told today that I should have the product today and that my number was given to the fedex truck driver who would call me today when he delivers it to my house, still no product. I called back and I was told they have no delivery date and cannot tell me when the product will be delivered. SNOO refuses to intercept the product and resend a new product knowing that I have a newborn without a bassinet and they have taken the money out of my account. FedEx isn't helpful either. I don't have a refund, I don't have the bassinet and they can't resend the product.

NEVER use FedEx for international shipping! I paid $164 to ship a gift to a safari guide in Kenya. The FedEx agent never told me that I needed to file a commercial invoice for the box. Without the invoice, the box was held at customs. Even though I opened a FedEx account, provided a commercial invoice and called Fedex every couple of days to follow up on the status, Fedex deemed the package "abandoned". They will neither deliver it nor return it to me. Then they billed me $192 in duties for a box they won't deliver and I had to fight with them delete the charges. The customer service agents are nice but useless.
FedEx has ALWAYS been my go-to delivery service until the last few years. According to tracking, package arrived at FedEx center on Feb 18 and has gone out for delivery everyday with daily report on website "Weather Delay, Delivery not attempted." Utter nonsense. My daughter has faithfully watched for the truck -- no show. Yep, it's been cold, but not icy or snowy. Best I can tell, it's because we're rural and they just don't want to drive out. A call to the hub got the response, "Our drivers won't deliver in inclement weather." then admitted that the weather hasn't been bad. He said my best recourse would be to have the package routed to the Walgreens in town and I can pick it up there with no problem. Further, he was happy to give me the web link address to set this up. Really? *I* get to drive into town for shipping I paid for to get the package to my door?
The university I work for dropped our FedEx contract about 8 years ago in favor of UPS. At the time, I didn't support the decision. I used to hate UPS because of cost, but they have consistently delivered source-to-door regardless of weather except once when the snow was too deep to get down the road.
The FedEx brand is truly tarnished when the premiere shipping service is being dropped by companies in favor of the once inferior service. They have become unreliable in my direct experience. No more FedEx for me unless required by circumstances.

I purchased a product on Amazon and paid for shipping with the seller. I then received a bill from Fedex. A call to customer service said that I was being billed for a lift gate charge ($122.25) and that I had signed accepting the charge. Hidden charge! I was not told up front that if the driver used the lift gate I would be charged for it. I signed for "receipt of the package". Final response from FedEx, take it up with the seller. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never purchase anything that uses FedEx for shipping. And I will contact the seller and Amazon to file a complaint. Obviously a complaint to FedEx lands on deaf ears!

In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
