I live in an apartment complex with multiple buildings and units in each building. FedEx dumps all of the packages in our building and they sit there forever. Once in awhile I've been kind and took them to where they are supposed to go. If you want to ensure you get your packages, DO NOT USE FEDEX! PERIOD! I have no clue as to how they are still in business. I will never use them and demand anyone I buy from don't use them or I will buy someplace else. I for the life of me don't know how they are still in business, they should be shut down for fraud, these are not just an isolated incident, this happens all the time! I-d give it a negative rating if I could.
This isn't an exaggeration, probably 70-80% of my packages don't show up on the estimated delivery date. It'll say it's coming Wednesday, then on Wednesday I'll get a notification saying it's been rescheduled to Thursday. It would be sooooo much better if you said it was coming Friday and then it showed up on Thursday. It's way better to under promise and over deliver than over promise and under delivery. I know it's possible to get it right because USPS is on time 95% of the time and sometimes even early. This has been going on for years.
I've had 3 parcels delivered at different times. All were late and broken when they arrived. Terrible!
Worse package delivery experience ever of a laptop. It's happened to disappear for five days and I never got it! I wouldn't give one star if I could have written this review without it. If I can go without ever using FedEx delivery for the rest of my life, I will! Still haven't gotten the laptop. Shown to be sitting in a FedEx freight center this whole time, but disappeared.

So, no one advised that they required a buzzer code for shipment to my condo. Fedex tried 3 times without getting out of their truck to press a button that clearly had my name on it. They claim that it takes too long to scroll for name? But it apparently doesnt take too long to come back twice to try to deliver. If they need buzzer, why didnt driver leave a note of attempted delivery saying "NEED BUZZER"... what a waste of time..
Twice in one day I have had to reschedule a pickup and both times the confirmation numbers given to me could not be found. Customer support is useless. If the person on the line doesn't know what to do, your transferred to someone else. Ridiculous. Very sad such a reputable company has sunk so low they are a bad joke!
I ordered a motorcycle master cylinder rebuild kit, it sat at a regional distribution hub for over a day, was marked as being delivered early, then not delivered early or even on time. As of the writing of this review the package STILL has not moved from the regional distribution hub. Customer service lied to me multiple times stating the package was on the truck for delivery when it still had not moved. Moving forward I will happily pay extra to any other shipping provider to avoid working with an incompetent company who finds in acceptable to not meet their commitments and brazenly lie to their customers faces.

I don't have a good experience with FedEx. I had a package that required a signature. I live on the third floor in a condominium. FedEx has such poor communication skills. Apparently, a delivery person knocked on my door and left. I called customer service and they don't want to take the responsibility or pass on my message about making it easier to communicate rather than just knocking on the door, using a phone number or email address to notify or nification.
My package was delivered at the wrong door on the house. I have 3 doors that is on the front of the house but only one has a porch and is covered. You would think the driver would know to put a package at the door that has covering. No instead they put it at the door that has no covering and it was raining. Now a dry clean only dress is messed up because of the laziness of the driver to take 8 more steps to get to the porch. Thanks for messing up a dress.

Twice this week I have stayed home waiting for 2 IMPORTANT PACKAGES that I paid top dollar to have delivered as priority. Twice I received a text message saying "they attempted to deliver". & they didn't (as I was home both times). They are the worst freight company I have ever used. I pay for priority door to door service and they deliver to the local collection point that I cannot pick up until the next day. DO NOT USE FEDEX
I have used FedEx exclusively for the last 4 years. I send boxes up north every few months. I have noticed that the clerks in the shipping stores like inside your local Walmart are great about giving out coupons for your NEXT visit. Problem is they do NOT give them to you when you go to ship. I had this happen with "Charlie" at a local store here. And it's happened more than just a few times. This time I sent a complaint into their corporate office and never heard a word. So, I will be changing to UPS. Not that much further away and I have had coupons in the past with them and they did honor them.
It's a shame we as customers cannot choose delivery services.Fed ex is by far the worst out there. Very rude, unprofessional to the point of hostile deliverymen. At 11:45 today, Saturday, August 6th, 2022, I flagged down a FedEx Driver, Truck Number *******, on Bay Harbour Road in Mooresville, NC. The driver tried to ignore me, but I was able to force him to stop. He was doing at least 45MPH in a neighborhood with a 25MPH speed limit where small children play outside. When he finally stopped, I told him he was going almost, if not twice the speed limit which he did not respond to other than stating, "I'm in a time crunch." I noted to the driver that the neighborhood had already had a dog killed and did not want that to happen to a child. He then rolled up his window constinuing to speed down the road and speeding out on exit.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
