The fedex driver claimed my address was incorrect. I called to verify my address was correct. They still did not deliver my package. I called several times complaining. They kept giving me the run around. I'm on day three of not receiving my package which is necessary medical equipment. I was told on the third day it would be delivered by 3 pm. It still was not delivered. I called again. Was told it's down as a priority delivery. I won't believe that till I get my package. Don't ever use FedEx. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND FULL OF CRAP!
Some online companies that I order from use FedEx as their delivery service. The drivers leave my packages in the lobby of my building. I have written instructions to please bring packages to my door. They don't have to knock, just leave the package at my apt door. I live in a building with 100 apartments and packages that are left in the foyer or in the lobby can be taken by another tenant. We live in an age of dishonest people so FedEx should make an effort to leave packages at the tenants apt door and not just drop it any where and run. UPS is just the opposite and the driver ALWAYS leaves my packages at my door. I sit on pins and needles waiting for FedEx to deliver packages. I have to keep checking the delivery status to see if it has been delivered. When I see that it has been delivered and it is not at my door, I have to run down ASAP to look for my package before someone else takes it. I have complained numerous times to FedEx in the lackadaisical way drivers deliver packages to no avail.
Super slow absolutely ridiculous been over a week waiting for my package and still no sign of it pathetic customer service nobody wants to help I've had nothing but bad luck with this company whenever anything has shipped with them I wouldn't recommend these clowns at all.
The customer service is piss poor awful. I had a package that kept getting delayed every day and FedEx never gave a reason. I call customer service the first two days it happens and they say my package is definitely getting delivered the next day, and then it gets delayed again. One week after this I called again and they say my package is being delayed because of duties and taxes, which doesn't make sense because I had already paid my duties and taxes. From the customer service people who have walnuts as brains to the $#*!s who didn't check that I had already paid my duties and taxes, this is hands down the worst delivery service I've had to deal with.
I had packages that were not delivered. Well they showed they were delivered, but they were obviously delivered to the wrong address, which Fedex takes no responsibility for. They want me to go around the neighborhood, and search for packages that their driver delivered to the wrong place. I thought that was their job to deliver packages to the right address? What they do if you put in a claim is ask the driver if they delivered the package, really? I asked them to send me pictures of the place they delivered them too, which will clearly show it was not my yard, but I guess it's little to hard to actually do your job. I hope Amazon continues to take business from FEDEX.
I had a Minnie Minoso White Sox Charity Bobblehead shipped out to me on August 15th 2022. Now it has unnecessarily been shipped to Lake Forest, IL. And then to New Berlin, Wisconsin. And now I have to wait 24 more hours.

Don't send anything over 10$ through Fed Ex, it'll get stolen. They've become that unreliable. If you send anything of value, dont be surprised if it mysteriously becomes "undeliverable" ie someone who works for Fed Ex is walking around with it. I got a "Delivery Notification", that our $800 custom order was Delivered to another address!
They accepted a signature (required for it's importance) but FedEx has NOT EVEN BEEN ON OUR PROPERTY today!

Today 8/15/22@ 1:09pm, an employee from the FedEx in Raeford, NC drop my packages near my stairs again and not my front door. This employee didn't knock on my door either. I have neighbors in my neighborhood who steal my packages. I have complained about this FedEx several times. FedEx needs to employ better employees. Fedex really made me disappointed the last 3 times in 2 years. The servis went down sooo much.
The first time they lost my luggage and I tried soo much to contact the servis, no one didn't care. The luggage came 2 months after.

I requested to speak with a supervisor who convinced me that they will cancel delivery and return a package for delivery with the new information.
3 days after my package is delivered with all wrong information. I can't understand how the package can be delivered after canceling from one of the offices.

On July 15,2022, I posted 4 boxes online on their website. I agreed to pay $ 99.15 for all 4 boxes. They sent the boxes and some days later, on July 24,2022 (9 days after), THEY CHARGED $ 361.86 ON MY CARD!.
I called them several times and they said the same. "THE RATES CHANGED". I told them why you did not contact me before sending the boxes, and I can say NO, that is an expensive rate, and I go to pick up my boxes, Why did you send the boxes first, and you charged almost 4 TIMES THE PRICE!

I had a very fragile musical instrument shipped from Europe. Fedex kept the package in Memphis because they wanted "importer identification", as in my SSN. I do not mind providing the information, but there is no way to provide the information via the Fedex website. If one attempts to contact customer service, they say they will email a link with which to provide the information, however the link never comes. It is also impossible to to complain to Fedex. The website prompts one to call, in order to "speak to a representative," but when one calls, the rep simply delivers stupid lip service. If I have an option, I WILL NEVER UTILISE Fedex! Representietives are incompetent and straight-up lie.

The driver decided not to stop at our home and instead lied that no one was here. This has happened before but this time the product is perishable and now without trying again it is being shipped back to the supplier. Support was less than useful. I suggested they contact the driver to see what happened and they blew me off. No accountability - and no one ever cared.
These people are unbelievable, im told by one rep to schedule a Saturday pick up to call Thursday so I do and then another rep tells me I need to call Friday. So I call Friday to give my tracking # that they verify where its going and the pickup location etc. Now comes Saturday so I sit home waiting Fed Ex express drops off a pkg but still waiting for FedEx ground to show up to pick my pkg up. So 3:20pm I get a call from them and they tell me the driver thinks they have a bad address and ask me to verify my address. They state they didn't have the unit. So now they need to reschedule for soonest pickup is Monday.
1) It was a weekend pickup for a reason, since they give you a pickup time from 8am-8pm.
2) They had the unit # which was a lie, since I gave them the tracking # on the prepaid label when I scheduled the pickup to begin with.
3) They had no excuse not to come the same day when they could have called when they got to the address they stated was "bad" the only thing supposedly missing was the unit they had NO excuse not to call to ask the unit. The address is a private townhouse complex at the top of a hill. The instructions given for pick up was that the pkg was NOT being left outside and someone would be home so they would have had to speak to me regardless.
4) Now I wasted my whole Saturday sitting around waiting for them. Not even bothering to show up to do the pick up I scheduled.

In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
