Great Customer Service.

Mandy in support not only has empathy she also takes ownership. This makes me trust her and continue business with Fashionmia which I was ready to stop doing. She is quick and excellent prompt responder. Its nice not to be ignored but understood.

A BIG JOKE

Dont order u r just throwing ur money. The quality is nowhere near the photo. Ive ordered 2 pcs received only 1. No message why and not even a note that it was already shipped. Had to ask help from paypal for refund for the other dress and got the money back. The 1st dress arrived after 40 days. Their promise were all lies 8 days processing? They've sent my order 20 days after my payment. What a joke.

Very horrible experience

I wish i had gone through the review before placing my order. Everything i ordered were all piece of rubbish. None of them look like what's in the picture on their site. The clothes were so small and not fitting at all, also of a very low quality... so sad! It even took them forever to get it delivered. I don't ever want to believe that these clothes were made in the USA, infact Abba made from Nigeria better pass this one. Low quality material, poor finishing et al. I will never ever buy anything from fashionmia again and if you do not believe my story you can also purchase from them as 'Experience they say is the best teacher'. Fashionmia you need to step up your game and be truthful, do not give misleading pictures... i'm not impressed.

Pathetic

I ordered a dress on Aug 3 rd, received a mail after 5 days that it was out of stock, I opted for refund option. I have sent 19 mails on this, still they keep saying it's in process. Have a very frustrating experience, people do not ever get dress from here, their service is unbelievable.

The dresses I ordered in a size medium are so small they fit my friends 12 year old daughter! Who ever does the sizing of the clothing line needs to make adjustments for European & American women.

I don't see a way of getting my money back as there are no return addresses or contact information.

Buyer Beware
April 14, 2016

Ordered a dress and top totalling £25+. Items ducky arrived but no way were they the size I had ordered. Contact company to get return procedure. Duly returned items costing £7+. Package returned on 12/3/16, and to date have received one email asking for proof of postage. This has been sent and not heard anything since.

So have paid our £32+ and have nothing to show for it. Don't order from this site.

Not only were the clothes too small, though they had the size listed on the tag, I didn't receive one of my items after almost 2 months and it was hell trying to get my money. There is a reason they're so cheap. They drawn you in and then screw you over

I returned an item that was poorly made, and also did not receive other items I paid for. They've been telling me for 7 months that a refund would be given to me "in a week or two". Terrible company!

I've already reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I completed the online exchange form as dress is way too small. However, after repeated attempts at contacting customer service, no one responded. I tried chat option, email, and calling (voice mail). I wish to resolve this before the exchange date expires.

I was skeptical about ordering clothes on-line so only ordered two items, first item a denim dress arrived after 7 weeks, I didn't have high expectations but I like the quality, however, the size is too small, the second item still hasn't arrived. They tell me it's been shipped and not to worry. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them. What really ticks me off is that their advertising is all over the Time Health website, they should really consider dropping them as an advertiser because they are not what they appear to be. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Put me off ordering anything on line again.

I was reading all the reviews, I noticed that when a customer is unhappy and gives them bad reviews, it's backed up with great reviews. How is this possible?!?, makes no sense at all.

I've come to the conclusion after reading most of the positive post, it appears like the same person wrote it... just under a different name.

Bad business practice FASHION MIA. You can try to fool some people most of the time, but you can't fool everyone all the time.

BTW; learn the difference between women's names and men's names, read the above
And, I won't be buying anything from your company... I hate liars, especially those in the business world, shame on you!

Items came in a nice amount of time. I loved the blouses I purchased. They were very unique. There things do run small. I did receive something that was not as described and they were more tan reasonable to make it right.

I ordered many items all together. First two products arrived, the size of one product is correct as displayed but the other one is completely different distortion size! - meaning that the quality control does not meet the standard. (Despite the quality of material is almost a disposable fabric.)

As clearly advertised on the website that if the customer are not satisfied with the product then the product can be returned. It is a misleading message, customer have to pay for the return shipping! When complained, the customer service replied as follow;
"We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you want to send the item back, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by customers."

It's ridiculous! The product cost me $23.05 but the returning cost $$27.33 plus taxes.

What's a joke...?!?

Same as everyone else. Too good to be true pricing. Take the payment and then no more communications about my order. So sad that there are no regulations regarding these types of companies. They are legit stealing our money and we have no way to do anything about it! Very frustrating.

I ordered three sweaters over a month ago and have yet to receive my items. There isn't any way to talk to customer service. You have to email only and it takes 3 or more days to respond to that. Its beyond unprofessional and I will NEVER in my life buy from this sight again. Also 1 out of three sweaters I ordered still hasn't been shipped out. It still says processing. Horrible horrible horrible! These other people making these reviews are clearly working for the company. They don't even write English correctly. Ridiculous

Just received my placed-order 1 month ago. Ordered 7 items, received 1 item. Was not informed of what happened to the rest. This is a worst copy version of a fashion shirt. The color and style are copied from the photo of some famous company. Buttons are glued in instead of sewing in. Looks cheap & ugly compare with the photo. Very disappointed. E-mailed customer service to see if they even respond. Will keep U all updated. Do not buy from this company unless U want cheap quality version (fake version) and don't mind waiting forever. Good luck!

Hello, I've been waiting for my order since Jan. 22, it did not inform me of a Chinese holiday, until I check the status of my order days later, which stated no orders are processed during this time, will resume after 2/15/16. Still checking the status of my order, that was placed 1/22/16, and it is now 3/8/16. I've placed inquiries there, well pass 72 hrs. For a response, I've call the number listed for fashionmia, it answers and then disconnects, not allowing a message to be left. This is poor customer service and makes one very concerned! Not sure if this company is legit or a fraud. No merchandise, no replies!

At first, i was skeptical about ordering from this website but i eventually ordered two tops and a pair of shoes on the 16 th of december 2014,
I can confidently say that product are as exactly as described and it fits well on me!
I also made another order at the end of january 2015, though the shipment was a bit late due to logistic, but i eventually got my items i ordered intact, their prices are reasonable and the items' quality was not bad.
I've bought worse clothes from other ecommerce sites before, I didn't believe i would have such a wonderful experience with Fashionmia and I would love to order from here again.
So I will like to recommend Fashionmia.com to anyone that has taste for quality and style.

I placed an order mid Feb. For 4 items and it took 7 weeks to get 3 of them, still missing 1 item 2 months later. I called the phone # and left messages 3 times but all you get is a recording that says they will call you back but they never do. BEWARE!
