Great outfits/dresses

Beware!

Clothing is terrible quality, shipping takes months, and forget about getting any refund or even credit for returns. Sizing is also way off. I followed their instructions for returning (paid for tracked shipping to CA address) but all emails were ignored and no refund. They are based in China. Stay away!

I placed an order 1/27/17, but the dresses were too small. Went thru many problems trying to return items and paid for return shipping cost. Received notice my refund was put into Wallet account. Notified them I want refunded to my bank account. Received notice 3/5/17 the financial would refund in 10 to 15 working days. On 3/25/17 they wrote something wrong with our financial account, we just fixed it. We lost all the refund records and need to resubmit to financial dept. which will take 6 to 8 days for refund. I was upset and Mandy sent message saying " I can guarantee you will get your refund, please don't worry." It is now 4/8/17 and still no refund and they won't answer my e-mails. I would never do business with this company again. They should be charged with fraud. UPDATE.

So update for you guys: the address I sent the dresses back to somewhere in China does not even exist, so I got them back! Now I have 4 dreadful dresses instead of the 5 I originally ordered and payed even 20 bucks more to ship them around for 2 months - sad souvenirs from China...
But yeah, the automated emails are quite nice... they don't even answer my requests.
This is all a professional damn fake. Please go to a well known online store and enjoy shopping :)

Dreadful mistake

This is a horrible fraud... they show pictures on the webpage of dresses that do not even exist. When they finally came to my house I did not recognize what I had ordered. The materials, the colors and the sizes were just perfectly off.
And forget about the so called refund policy on the homepage... I paid for the dresses and shipping the stuff back and now I have nothing except for some automated emails wishing me a blessed day and telling me they already issued my refund before I even asked for it...
Please guys don't ever!

I'm so glad I didn't order from this site. I've been seeing ads for this online shop for a very long time now, and kept wondering should I try? But then like others have said, the prices are far too low if indeed the quality is as shown in these images. I'm so grateful that there are honest reviews of this bs site. I agree that this site should be boycotted. Why it is being allowed to advertise on google, I don't understand.

I returned unsuitable items according to directions. Then told refund could not be processed back on my visa account although they had no problem taking payment on visa. Instructed to open paypal account which I did. Have waited for months and still no refund. My emails are not answered feel like my money has been stolen. Original order placed in february and here we are over six months later. Will never order again and recommend others to seriously reconsider dealing with this company.

This it's the worst company, on 2-24-18 I put my order, 12 blouses and I'm still waiting for 4, this is an scam they said to replace with another item because they don't have it, and still nothing.
I'm very disappointed., as a client I will make sure everyone knows this.
Too bad I didn't do research and read reviews before ordering.

Great Seller

I purchased a few items through their website. After receiving the parcel, there was one item which I don't really like. So I contacted fashionmia straightaway and asked for exchanges. Shortly got the answer from service department and they would like to offer me another one with free of charge. How wonderful is that! I can't wait to see my new parcel.

Not happy...

I order 7 dresses from fashion mia, its been a month and i cant get a hold of anyone and there is no number for them and after reading some reviews, it makes me want to contact my lawyer about getting my money back I have no way of seeing when my package will be here. Not happy at all right now...

I guess I'm like most people thinking that the advertised clothes looked pretty good. UNTIL the postman brought a package that was fit to be thrown in the garbage can. The dress was awful! Made cheap and the material was terrible! It's not even worth hanging in my closet.
FashionMia should be banned from the fashion industry in every Country! Please save your time and money! But what did I expect for $9.99. Oh well, I won't make that mistake again and I hope you won't either! Oh yeah, the XL is more like a Med size.

Beautiful clothes in the ad's are nothing like what you receive. Cheapest quality dress ever and impossible to put on because of the design. Zipper on the side allowed me to get it over my head but not my bust area. I should have known better.

Worst of the Worst!

Unprofessional

I bought 4 items! Waited for a month before they send me an email of satisfaction survey! I waited another week but nothing came! I emails and the reply was so sweet but not professional! One item was not dispatched due to availability! 3 items were send via a non reliable carrier therefore not received, apparently they ship in bulk! Is this customer's problem?
My total receipt was about £100 and I was offered a simple $5 compensation!
The item they said it was unavailable and they was offered a refund for is forgotten all about it! Many emails back and forth with no resolution!
So Never buy from this people unless you live next door to their warehouse so you go and collect by yourself! Even then not sure of quality

I don't even know why what they are doing is considered legal. Items not as pictured AT ALL. Quality is unacceptable ~ then make it impossible to return. Definitely a SCAM. Makes me never want to order from unknown company again. Horrible!
I am now disputing through my credit card company as they will not answer regarding return.

Feels like a Scam!

I ordered clothes over three weeks ago and have emailed them several times with no response. I wish I would have read these reviews ahead of time. I left a message on a phone line that is suppose to be 24/7 customer support. No return call. So sad that a site like this has not been shut down.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. The pictures looked so promising but what arrived (only 5 out of 10 items ordered - I know, stupid, huh?) were of such poor quality and so badly designed. I'll never wear any of them. Still trying to get my money back through PayPal. I thought they were an American company but from reading the reviews too late it seems they're Chinese. I pity the poor people working in the factory

Great customer service

I originally rated my review a 3 because my order took a while to arrive and one item didn't fit properly, however they emailed me right away and offered to send me something else for the same value. Every company should have customer service like that!

Horrible Products

I ordered 4 gowns from this company, waited over 2 months to receive them and once I saw them, I was SO disappointed! The pictures are professional photos of proper catalog choices, the product received is a very bad, cheaply made and undersized copy. I realize now, you get what you paid for, but I dont think I even got that. Now, I see they have partnered up with other companies i. E. Wish.com - dont get fooled!

January 2018, I ordered 12 items, received 4 items 2 months later - was told they were delayed due to their Chinese New Years celebrations. The next 4 items came 2 months after the first 4. These items were terrible, so I wanted to return them. They kept offering me coupons, to which I kept refusing and asked for my refund returned. The remaining items never showed up - it is now July, 2018. I have repeatedly sent e-mails, opened a dispute resolution - all to no avail. This is not an integral company and I would advise not ordering from them. On their website, they have many beautiful items, but they are not consistent with quality and you are out of luck if you want to return anything. They owe me 172.00 CAD. I have now asked PayPal to step in.

Got my first order and was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly as described and not poor quality as I expected for such a low price. Was totally surprised to get an unexpected discount towards next purchase with apology for delay in shipping due to high volume during Christmas time as I never complained. Also Customer Service was great and offered 2 solutions when I asked to change for bigger size. Will definitely buy more as products seem very appealing and affordable!
