Dresses were sewn crooked, buttons without buttonholes and went from center at neck to right at high waist. Picture Showed with belt but no belt with dress. So far only 2 of the 5 have arrived. I'm so angry I didn't look at reviews of this business before placing order. I Won't Ever order again and will add a poor review to all available sites!
Repent for having wasted money here.The stuff is totally different from what it looks in pictures. Starting from material o stitching, from ordering to tracking the order, from customer service to the login on the site... all looks like a hoax. Four out of the total nine dresses I ordered had to be thrown out as they were not at all usable. I buy on Ebay, if i don't like certain item, I get full refund even without sending back the stuff. But these people are almost impossible to get hold of... big NO NO to purchase from this site..., black listed permanently
I bought 2 dresses, from them, I wont even call them dresses, they are halloween costumes or worse. The quality is very very bad, thin as paper. I actually think that a halloween costume is better quality. Their customer service is terrible. It was the first time and last time I order on this site. I actually think the good reviews are paid people. Impossible to give a good review with this kind of merchandise.

I like to read the reviews from buyers, which helps me to make a great choice. With the help of fashionmia I purchased lots of items like clothes, accessories, gifts, and so on. Till now I didn't have any troubles or complains. Everything works nice. The payments are always secure and checks, and I am sure that my money will get the right destination and nobody will steal them. Delivery was different, Not minding what item I ordered. And always they announced if my order delivery is going to be delayed. This makes me feel comfortable as a customer. My advice is for you not to be afraid to use fashionmia as an online shop. I had a great experience by ordering with this site. My number go to site for anything feminine.
I have ordered 4 dresses and it has been over a month of keep sending emails thru PayPal to this company that I have received two of my dresses so far. Very bad customer service! Please do not order from them.

The delivery process was good. They shipped me dress within 2 weeks of order even I'm living in another country. It was totally surprise when I opened the box because the quality of dress was nice. I was having few queries before placing order but their staff solved my every query. The response was very fast and humble. My experience with fashionmia was awesome.

Ordered a dress months ago. Finally got an email in early June that is not available and I would get my money back within 15 days. Nothing. I tried to reply to the "service" email but it came back undelivered! WTHeck?!
They are very helpful and willing to work with you if there are any issues. They're shipping is must faster than most websites. Their products are great quality and are worth the prices. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I've returned my products (two dresses) in May 2017. We are now mid July and still not reimbursement on my credit card and this despite many emails sent to Fashion Mia. Their responses are quick, but are worthless as they promise me the reimbursement is coming but it never does!

Never received my items worth over $150. Each time I contacted the customer service, a different person with a very broken English would send a link to pay anything between $2-$15. When confronting them, they would claim the previous correspondence was fraudulent and with a scam rep, despite constantly cc-ing over the same conversation.
Will not trust nor shop from them.

I am still appalled that despite the negative reviews people are still buying items from this site. PayPal is still processing their payments despite the issues. Sorry if I seem facetious however anyone who continues to buy from Fashion Mia has money to throw away. Donate your funds to a needy charity instead of giving it to these scammers. Worst ever!
I learnt about FashionMia through its online advertisements and showed my wife the beautiful dress pictures. She instantly loved them and because of their competitive prices I bought her five at once though we have received two only so far. Quite some delay. However the two dresses we have so far received look beautiful and of good quality, and hope other three will be the same. Customer service is great with Rachael. I just wish they could improve on their shipping time otherwise I highly recommend them for ladies looking for qualities dress wear at competitive prices. Zack
I ordered 3 dresses from this company on September 13,2017. They stated it takes 5 - 17 days max. The dresses did not come until November 6,2017. Two of the are great, the other one is paper thin. I used their request refund form twice and each time I submit the info, the system kept bringing me back to the refund page but could not get a confirmation. Since I had a case dispute opened, I sent an email to the manager. I seems as thought it will be a back and forth again. Will not order from this company. Really bad service
Can anyone please tell me the phone number for these people? There is a message box on this home page from the "site rep/manager" saying to please contact them first before posting any negative reviews but there is NO contact number! Only that email option.
I ordered something time-sensitive (about 3.5 wees ago!) and now I need it by this Friday and am afraid I won't get it/ won't get an email response. I would much rather resolve my problem with a live human on the phone! If anyone can help me that would be GREAT! Thanks in advance :)

I ordered three dresses hopping they would be delivered before I went to this Wedding and of course I didn't received them until I got back. I was so glad I had a back up plan the dresses I received were nothing like the picture on line, they were designed for a short person fabric knit very cheap. I ordered Christmas presents on there website fashionmia.com and I wish I would have read all of these complaints before doing so. I usually never do this especially with a website so unfamiliar. So my sister will not have her Christmas present due to them. They said it was shipped early December and it's been almost a month and still nothing. They do not have s legitimate phone number to call and I'm still waiting for an email back about my one product. I will never ever shop with them, their branding, sister stores or anything again. Worst online shopping experience.
