I hope there is "zero" overall rate for this online shopping website. The pictures and the real delivered clothes are totally different.
Please read all the bad review. It's a real.
Don't waste your money.

Worst experience ever
January 21, 2017

Placed an order weeks ago. Sent multiple messages to company. No response. Posted on several review sites and finally received a response that the item was out of stock with no idea when available and was told to select another item. Sent a message to fashionmia through their site but since they don't seem to ever respond to those, also posting here. I want a refund of my money within 10 days. If not received, i'm filing a dispute with paypal.

Never Ever Again

Ordered in January for a cruise. Received it in in 2 separate orders. Two items came 4 weeks after order placed and last item came 6 weeks after order placed. Way too small. Supposed to be an XL (size 14 in USA). They fit my 13 year old grand-daughter who wears a size XS/size 0. Terrible quality. I did not bother to contact them for a refund cause I am not paying for return shipping. Avoid this website at all cost..

Don't waste your time with this company just because the prices are low. It will take weeks for you to get anything and once you do- you will be terribly disappointed. Fabric of clothes is hard, uncomfortable and sizing is way off. I've been waiting for a refund since february and they still say they can't figure out how to do it- unbelievable! They completely stole my money and have strung me along for too long now. DONT BUY FROM THEM! Worst company to deal with!

Finally received partial refund!

I just noted they refunded part of the money for out of stock items, still $11.35 were not refunded for an item that was never shipped. Must be in a limbo between China and US. I think my previous comment help get this partial refund, but their cloth still sucks and they send you any dress size they have and put a Large label to size 1 cloth. Don't waste your money buying here, quality sucks, sizes are tiny, can't return without costing you a lot of $ and you must pray to get refunds.

Terrible experience, half my order was out of stock but they collected the full order amount. Then insisted on giving me a store credit instead of refunding my credit card. Here I am over 2 months later and still have not received either one, no store credit, no refund for items out of stock. The items that I did received were incredibly small. I ordered 4X and 5X, even though I'm size 18, but this clothes are not even a medium size per US standards. None of the clothes fits, they won't even fit to a 6-7 years old girl. I thing they put XL labels to size 1 dresses. Anything goes... The fabric quality is very poor, smell bad. DO NO SHOP AT FASHIONMIA. You will lose your money. Terrible quality, non US sizes and no customer service.

Bought dresses worth about $82 and paid for express delivery. 3 weeks later, I get an email from them saying there were going to be delays as some items were not in stock. I asked for a cancellation and a refund since the dates I needed the dresses for had passed, they accepted and promised a refund within a ridiculous 15-25 working days. It's been over 60 days now with uncountable emails to them but I still haven't received my refund for items which they could not deliver.

To make matters worse, different individuals from the organization keep sending me fraudulent emails asking that I pay order insurance before getting my refund. The customer service lady asks me to ignore the emails as they are fraudulent; but the emails still keep coming from authentic Fashionmia addresses.

Lovely dresses, beautiful patterns

The dresses in the advert had very beautiful, suave patterns - they seemed quite exclusive, and since the prices were so low, I expected there must be a catch - I placed my first order more or less out of curiosity.It was great when the items arrived, they were very beautiful in reality too, I don't know how they are doing it!

I just wish they also did trousers from the same materials as the dresses with the nice patterns. Until then, I'll simply enjoy the pretty dresses.

Just be careful with sizes, order 1-2 sizes bigger than what you usually need, and you can't go wrong.

This company are crooks, i ordered over $ 300 worth of clothes for my daughter and myself. They dresses arrived they did not fit us at all. Their sizing is not right, we ordered medium and we received dresses that did not go beyond our knees. I emailed them within 2 days and complained. They answered that they are sorry and they will refund the money. It has been over a year and they keep promising me the money but i have not received anything. I cant even get an answer for them anymore, they should be held accountable, it is not fair what they are doing. I later found out that this company pays people to post good reviews from another review website. What crooks!

Very bad service
January 5, 2016

I ordered something a while ago, and it said 3-4 working days but I received nothing. I'm not sure if it's PayPal or FashionMia that's taking my money. So I don't recommend this site to anyone. Sometimes what you see is not what you get.

I received my items in a reasonable timeframe given they were coming from China. However, they are not as described and I've had SO much trouble reaching or getting a response from their customer service. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again!

The picture online did not look at all like what came in the mail... the fabric was cheap, loose threads everywhere and it was too small. It also came about a month later than it was supposed to, and I didn't realize when I ordered that it was coming from China. Probably sewn by some poor child worker in a sweat shop which is why their prices are so cheap. I will never do business with them again

Its a scam

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I payed over £30 for a dress that felt like it was worth about £3, made in around 5 mins. So I quickly asked for a refund and payed £8.50 for postage. Its been 2 and a half months of them taking approx. 6 days to respond every time. They have now stopped replying altogether. All I've gained from them is frustration and have lost nearly £40. Don't buy from them it's a bad idea.

FashionMia has great prices and you would think because it is mass produced somewhere out of China is the reasoning behind their products, but... I would say their merchandise is about 60% misleading in quality since the fabric does not match the photos on their website and what you receive is usually a cheap knock-off version of what you expect. I've only had one item that did not show up and was grateful they gave me a credit. Their clearance website will say "9 items left" on a garment but when you open to order it will say "sorry out of stock". I would only order this stuff if you dont mind a much cheaper quality item arriving that will not wear or look what was presented on their site. The type of stuff that will probably start fading or tearing after a handful of machine washes. I've received a few items so poorly made, I just threw them in the Salvation Army bag to donate. You get what you pay for and I'm being nice with the 3 stars.

Great Customer Service

I ordered two dresses and although it took a while to receive them, they came packaged well and the quality of the material was fantastic along with the prices of the merchandise. Unfortunately, the dress sizes were too small even though I went by the size chart for each individual item. After contacting customer service, they were willing to work out any issues without me having to spend money to return the items. They also offered any help, via email, I might need in selecting the right size for any future orders.

If I could give this a 0 rating I would! I ordered over $260 of different clothing items. Everything has to be returned except 1 item. I advised them of that through numerous email that, by the way, never got returned. It took forever to get the address to mail these items back. Now at this point, it's been 3 months, trying to get their address to return them. I then get an email, they are only refunding me $153... WHAT! I advised them I am calling the Attorney General and getting a lawyer. I'm done with this horrid company! They should be shut down. Very sneaky, they lie, a very deceitful company!

Finally got dress after a month and a half. Tracking # never did work and they were slow about answering my emails. No phone#. Dress seems flimsy and too sheer, not like the picture. I wont order from them again.

Terrible
August 17, 2018

I bought a dress and got the correct size per there sizing guide. When it finally showed up it was way too small and not of any sort of quality material (you could see through it, so thin!)... I attempted to get a refund & return the dress, I was told I had to purchase shipping insurance, which I did, the next thing I got from them ended with someone from Nigeria using my account information. Needless to say I still have my see-through tiny dress and no refund, but an updated fraud alert on all my banking.

They will try everything to keep your money. Their products are garbage!
Please call your credit card company, that is the fastest way to get your money back and also put an warning on this Company. All of the five stars review are fake, you can see totally different IDs with same reviews.

Fashionmia is a scsam

They are nothing but fraudsters. Thieves, cheats and not fit for business outside China. I had to put up a dispute through my payment method after waiting for three months, before I could get my refund. Their products are rags.
