I ordered a long-sleeve t-shirt from them over 3 months ago. Just one t-shirt. Not only haven't I gotten it, I've tried to message them through their message link on their site, and got it bounced back as a delivery failure every time. That they keep emailing me flash sale ads is salt in the wound. I've written it off as a lesson learned (not a very expensive one at that) to do my research before ordering from strange websites! Please, learn from my mistake and do not give these charlatans your hard-earned money.
I purchased a top from Fashion mia on 17 August. Never shipped until PayPal dispute filed after three weeks. Got absolutely different stuff than what was shown in the picture. They look like they are from the USA but are from China. You can get there designs from aliexpress at half the price.
Really good site for those on a budget. Tons of options and great search filters. Make sure you check the sizes properly as they run small, as a rule. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my first order, the quality was higher than expected. Good customer service too!
I placed an order on January that I never received news about what happened, so I decided to cancel my order and ask for a full refund but the only answer I got it's to be patient. 3 months and nothing happened. No clothes, no money. Stay away from them. Beware of the "positive" reviews maybe they are fake too.
I usually wear a Small or size 3/4 (American sizes) in women's clothes, but the very cute denim dress in size Medium (ordered based on size scale given on website) was way too tight. I e-mailed the company immediately and got an immediate reply informing me that return shipping would be costly for me and offered other options. I ultimately informed the Fashionmia.com representative, Mandy, that I had decided to keep the dress and, since I know how to sew, I plan on making some adjustments to size. Mandy still offered a monetary voucher for my troubles. Very nice and generous. Just keep in mind the American/Chinese size differences when you order.

I've ordered some items from Fashionmia and out of my experience I can recommend it if you want to buy cheap and elegant clothes. I bought a coat from some other online shop, which looked almost the same as I saw Fashionmia site later, but it was much more expensive than at Fashionmia. On top of that, I had to pay customs taxes... So I find Fashionmia has very fair prices. And the service is also great.
I ordered my dresses in September 2018 and they never processed it until l had to request a refund in which they replied that they will refund from the 10 March - 15 April but up to now they have never refunded me the money. I am not happy at all.

The easiest online shop ever. I have always had problems surfing and navigating through most online shop because of their complexity. I am not a computer geek but my experience has amused me and I feel like I am close to being a pro on internet lol!. I ordered several bathing suits, a jacket and some earrings on March 28,2018. Although they said it shipped on May 10, as of today, I have received only one set of earrings, and 2 emails indicating that items are out of stock. I have emailed them repeatedly, and tried in vain to access their website for contact by resetting a password, which I am unable to do. I always get a message "Site can't be reached." I am now going to contact my credit card company to go after them. They are horrific!

Here in this store if you find a lot of clothes, I mean exactly the variety they have, there are many different designs to choose from. Well I think after so much watching and walking around the store for at least an hour, I took a few pieces, which quickly billed me in the box. Also I must note that the girl was very kind to me. I left the store very happy, I will be back again soon.

I have written several comments about this horrible company and their lack of customer service regarding returns. Their quality is the worst. Their customer service is the worst. However, when you post on sitejabber they immediately reply with 'we are so sorry'. They finally agreed to give my money back BUT there were all kinds of things to do. They make it impossible. And, there are far too many posts about them still not sending money. I decided to donate my three dresses to a non-profit. At least I know someone can use them. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this Chinese company. They are not legitimate, they will take your money and then send clothes that do not fit and are made poorly.

I used the size charts and usually know how to order from these chinese cheap sites but the clothes on this site still are cut way too small. It took a month to get to me then the return is so costly. They offered me like an $8 refund/store credit. (I spent $100+) to keep all items. It's not worth it to me. To return to China it will be $65. So mad I wasted my money. My daughter can't even fit the garments. The arms are cut super slim
If I could leave Zero Stars, I would. It's been 8 weeks since they took my money. They refuse to return my money. The refund request is now with PayPal. I will get my $$ back, but what a scam & complete waste of time. They ignore emails for weeks & finally respond with bs like 'please accept a coupon' -? Why would I EVER want to order anything else again?! STAY AWAY. They are con artists.

I told them that they need to revise their expected delivery time to 30 days! I ordered 7 items and they were very quick to withdraw payment! However, my order was made Feb 11. It is now March 2 and 1 item shipped quickly (although still not received?), 2 items shipped (Feb 27) and the other 4 are still in "processing". No comment on quality and sizing because... NO CLOTHES YET.
I never write reviews, but this website is horrible. When the prices seem too good to be true, it's because you're getting cra. Don't waste your money because you will be hugely disappointed, after you've waited for weeks for this crap to show u.
After my feedback from last week, customer service reached out to me, letting me know the last shipment has been lost in transit. And if I would like them to ship a new dress for me. Off course I said, Yes please.
And guess what? NO ACTION from them.
How does this work for them, customers like us, who won't cancel the order, just to see how long it takes them to do the professional thing? And knowing people are reading their business tactics.

It's mid july almost and still no dress. After my last review, fashionmia "dispatched" the dress supposedly. But I still don't have the dress, nor can I track the package. Sent an email, with no reply.

When I first ordered from FashionMia, my dresses were too small but of good quality so I am going to continue to order from them until I get it right! The customer service that I received (by email) was amazing. Next day response with a very nice representative. I'm happy with them!
Quality is extremely poor, sizes are not at USA standards and extremely tinny. Returns are a hassle. After returning an item they only give you credit to buy something else You can not get your money back. Stay far far away from this site

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
