Ordered two dresses. One delivered, too small. Second never came. First returned. Chasing refund. Finally received the following.

Please, I urge you to be a little patient while I resolve this situation with my bank account. I communicated with my business lawyer and I found out that I need $41,000 USD which is the total amount endorsed on the tax quotation. My current personal savings is around $ 27,000 usd, my ex wife Alia has promised to lend me $9,000 which is part of the money I sent to her for house up keep. As I speak to you now I am hoping to find $5000 usd to file for tax clearance and get my business account back online.
I do not mind if you can offer me any assistance, I hopefully wish to take care of this little business comings before the end of first week of May. The guarantee I can give you my friend is that, I will be the one to transfer it back to you including your refund within the shortest time, I will pay back with interest if you have business oriented mind to show my appreciation and thank you for your kind support to my business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Sadly, I fell for the ad and ordered 5 items. 2 arrived--too big. I asked for info on a return and here is the reply: We are glad that you have got the order, but we are sincerely sorry for the size problem. According to our return & exchange policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself.
Could you please contact with your local post office ask for how much the shipping fee is? If it is cheap, you can return to us. If it is expensive, I can offer you a better solution to help you. **Note, no info on how to return, but she tells me the clock is ticking. We go back and forth, she never gives info on how to exchange the product. Not ever.
Meanwhile, I get a notice that 2 other items are out of stock. They offer to let me have credit to my account (for LESS than the value of the 2 missing items!) or to choose something else. Instead, I ask them to reverse the charges on my credit card. 3 months later, I am still asking. I found a name and email for FasionMia customer service help on Sitejabber. In the past 6 days we have gone back and forth--please refund, then she says sure, BUT... and expresses concern about international bank charges for refunds or asks for another piece of info (they have all necessary info from the original payment.) "Nina" has replied to my daily e-mails 7 times, stringing me along always with a road block or an excuse, never saying they have finally refunded my money. This has eaten up a ton of time, energy and worry, not to mention the money. And the clothes I did get are mediocre. I am so sorry I fell for this. As the Good Book says, "a fool and his money are soon parted."
Update: Thank you, Nina, for your posted comment, and moreover, for emailing me with news that you have submitted my refund. (Loud cheers!) I look forward to seeing the refund credited on my bank statement. Waiting with hope now;)
Update May 17,2016 Fashionmia reimbursed me. Be advised that they got hung up over crediting the card I used to pay. They kept asking for a paypal account--odd, since I never paid that way. I don't have paypal, but I finally had it sent to another person's paypal account on my behalf to finally be done with it. What a relief! Thank you, SiteJabber, for giving me a voice that brought results. God answered my prayer :)

Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews on this website before I ordered from FashionMia. This company is dishonest and a complete rip off! The size chart that was listed beside the items that I purchased were completely wrong so because of that, I ended up ordering my clothes two sizes too small. Clothes that a made where their company is located are made smaller than the clothes in the US. I also paid extra money to get my order expedited, but it still took two weeks for my order to arrive. When I emailed customer service, a CS Rep named Kitty (if that's her real name) was the one who took my case. I explained to her my issue and she tried to offer me a $12 coupon. This irritated me because the items that I ordered cost much more than $12. When I emailed her back and told her that I did not agree with this, she responded with review website links and told me that if I go to the links and give FashionMia 4 or 5 star reviews, I would receive additional cash coupons plus the $12 coupon, which would total about $55. I told her that I would rather get a refund because I have read other reviews of other customers who did the same thing, but they never received what they were promised, but Kitty assured me that I would. Like an idiot, I gave this lousy company great reviews. When I sent her screen shots of the reviews, I never heard from Kitty again. She was very responsive until I showed her the high (false) ratings for FashionMia. When I went back on the website yesterday, I noticed (in the return and exchange section) that they now have a USA address and phone number for the customers who ordered from FashionMia that live in the US. I found this as interesting because the US contact info was not on their website a few weeks ago. Well, just so you know, the US number is a non-working number and if you google the address, the only thing you will see is a vacant warehouse. Please take heed! Every negative review about this company is true and there's a high possibility that every positive review is false. Do not waste your time or money on FashionMia and do not return the items prior to receiving your money back. I still have my items, but there were a lot of customers who stated that when they returned their items, they never received their money back so they will not only get their clothes, but will also continue to hold on to your money. FashionMia advertises cute, cheap clothes, but trust me, it's not worth it!

My daughter was performing in the show Grease so she needed some 50s style clothing to wear. I found fashionmia online, prices were great for something she was going to wear 3 times. Picked out two dresses that she liked and fit her measurements. Ordered them with express shipping. Package came faster than expected. First dress fit well, but zipper was broken. Second dress didn't fit at all. Placed a second order of two different style dresses, again that should fit her measurement. We didn't received that order until after the show was over. I didn't even open the second order. I immediately starting contacting fashionmia to find out how I could return the dresses. Of course there wasn't a phone number to call. Only an email address. SoI I emailed them. They responded within a day or two of every email. Finally, after several emails back and forth, fashionmia gave me an address in the U.S. to return the dresses to. I emailed them when I sent out the dresses with the tracking number. They emailed me back when they received the dresses. So I know the package was received. I was told I would receive my refund within 10-20 days and to notify them if I don't receive it within that time frame. On day 20, I sent an email due to no refund. No response from them. Its interesting that before they had the returned items, I would receive an email response within 1-2 days. But now that Fashionmia has their items, they won't return my emails. Its now going on 23 business days with no response from Fashionmia and no response emails.
I know the prices look great but the quality of the items aren't worth even the small amounts they are charging. Their sizes are completely wrong. Their customer service is horrendous! They kept trying to offer my coupons for further purchases from them instead of refunding my money in the first place. I finally had to be very direct in saying I would never order from them again to finally get them to agree to a refund. I just want my money back. This shouldn't be that hard and time consuming. Save yourself the headache... Don't order from FashionMia!

Like so many I was attracted to website's lovely products and low prices. Love ALL the items (7) I ordered and would LOVE to continue ordering these really well-made items (my Momi is a semstress for over 40 years-I KNOW QUALITY); materials are Fantastic... although sizes do run VERY VERY Small. While I adore every item which I recently purchased, ordered around December, 2015 got my last item last week, April, 2016 which was the 2nd replacement item, I have to say that the delivery timing was LESS than satisfactory. Kitty in Customer Service was EXTREMELY eloquent and timely with regards to her correspondences with me via e-mail. She was both kind and courteous whilst describing the various explanations for the delay of my items which includes "Chinese holidays_about 2 weeks or so, material unavailability for the 1st replacement item (which took so long I was advised to order another!) which I did, and THAT item was put on "rush" or rather I was put "head of the line for that one" which FINALY did arrive! Due to SLOW delivery I will not, sadly, be ordering again... BUT if you're not in a hurry-GO for it. Ivette

Dresses came well made, nice flowy fabrics but the sizes are Asian sizes so their XXL is actually our M.
I'm a second time shopper with FashionMia, and I love the clothes, prices, and the great customer service I receive.
I am in America and did not realize I needed to order a Medium in dress since I wear a small since your dresses run small...
I placed an order to the tune of 70 in June this year and the items arrived several weeks later in dribs and drabs. All the clothing items were not as sized on their website and more of that to fit a china doll! Two necklaces i ordered were broken and unwearable and the general standard of all the goods were of extremely poor quality. I was advised on emailing them that they only accepted local postal return deliveries (at your own cost to china!) no mention of this of course of their website. The end result was that they advised that i give the order away free as gifts to friends and they would as a goodwill gesture, give me a £10 voucher to spend on their website moving forward!?!
I am now dealing directly with my banks fraud team to get a full refund of costs in full of my order and i can only STRONGLY advise you:

I ordered two dresses from FashionMia, one elegant to attend my niece's wedding out of state and another just to wear around the house. I ordered on 4/12/18 and according to them, they would be delivered two weeks later. Almost a month went by and no deliver. Called FashionMia, left two or three messages for someone to call me back and nothing. I finally Emailed them explaining my situation about my niece's wedding out of state and nothing. Finally, the week prior to the wedding, they send me a message that the order has been shipped out. I had called Pay Pal and they had agreed that if the dress was not received at least one day prior to me flying to Georgia, I would not accept the order. I finally get the order and guess what... only one dress was shipped out. Guess what? They did not send me the dress for the wedding, they sent me the other one that was more like to be around the house. Cheap material, buttons on the front were sewn slanted (/) just like you see inside that parentheses. A big opening on one side, when they never showed that in their ad. Long story short... the dress for the wedding never arrived and since this garment was received one day before flying. I had to use precious time that was reserved to spend with my niece and family, to go shopping for a dress to wear. I could not find anything because the wedding took place in a very rural town in Georgia. I had to wear a very plain dress that had packed for the rehearsal and wear a very old skirt and blouse that had already worn a hundred times for other occasions. I was miserable, it was my first time going to that side of Georgia and assumed that could find a decent dress at a mall there. Sorry, no mall at that town. SHAME ON YOU FASHION MIA! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL USE YOUR WEBSITE! I PREFER TO BUY FROM THE THRIFT STORE BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR BUSINESS! IF I COULD CURSE... I GLADLY WOULD!

Warning! Please do not order anything from fashionmia if you really value your money. 95% of what you see on their website is not in stock and also not good quality. I ordered some dresses from this company, they shipped out some and told me that they don't have others in stock. It took them up to 2 weeks to let me know what was happening after I was upset with their style. They offered to refund me the items that are not in stock. That never happened till date. That notwithstanding, the items they sent got lost at their customs in Hong Kong, they offered again to refund me in 7-10 days, that never happened, they changed it to 10-15 days, that never happened, changed it again to 10-20 days that never happened. Till this moment I never received the items or my refund. All their staff: Alice, Yolanda, Mandy, Catherine, Lesley, Diana and others that I did not list here were all writing me with false hope that I will get my refund but never did. As at the moment, they still have my money (Up to $100 worth of goods) as well as all the items I ordered. Paypal contacted them but all they did was to offer paypal $35 partial refund out of order that worth $100. I declined that offer. After that they stopped communicating to me. Paypal even made me to return the only Item that I received from them. After doing so, I still did not receive my refund or the items. PLEASE FELLOWS, DON'T BE FOOLED MY THE BEAUTY OF THE PICTURES YOU ARE SEEING ON FASHIONMIA WEBSITE. If you are ordering from outside China where this people base, don't waste your time and money else you will loose all of them as I did. I am currently working with a company to get my money back from this frudsters. I will update the outcome here once completed. Stay away from fashionmia!. Be warned!

I bought from this Company last year in December 3 items on the value of £ 70.00 and when I received them, I had a surprise to see that the items are not matching with the quality that they present it in their website pictures, plus the sizes are completely different than UK ones.
I contact them to explain that I will return the items back, I paid another £25.00 for postage sending the items back and since January 19, I called them and I had over 28 times conversation via emails, requesting my money back, around £ 100.
Guess what! With every reply that they sent me, they were delaying my refund, inventing million excuses, delaying and delaying and delaying my refund. The parcel has been sent to one address in China as per their advice and after few weeks I received another email saying to sent the parcel to another address in China but my items already has been sent it as per their instruction.
I thought that is a joke, but was serious from their side and my hell with them started. I will involve my Solicitor because I have enough with the Company who is cheating on people, playing with customers and our money, simple example from their emails " we will suggest to keep your item because if you will send the items back to China will cost you the postage more than your items and is not point to return your items" or another reply from them similar " If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. So we do suggest that you keep the items. "

Hello, wake op Fashion Mia, we are not stupid! We are online customers and you have to respect us and you have to respect your term and condition that you are adverting on your website in regards with buying and refunding items, otherwise we will have to take legal action! Everyone has to know what is going on with this site.
I am not saying that maybe was not satisfied customers but probably was a luck for them! Their quality products are far away from what they advert on their website.

Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
