After 7 months from the date I have done my order (2 dresses), but I received only one dress until now. I contacted the client service, one mail (from"*******@orderplus. Com") tell me, my order is out stock, it needs to choice another item, so I have changed item. At the same time, I have received 5 mails from "*******@fashionmia.us", they ask me to pay more money to obtain order. I have refused to pay more, so the "*******@fashionmia.us" continues to send the same mail contents to me. I show you their last mail yesterday below:

We are very sorry for the inconveniences your mail was received and it is important to us to help you. Our company has decided to help you to resolve your order and take care of all your worries. We will resend your package it will arrive within 3-5 days kindly, pay $3.87 for us to resend the items to your address.

Horrible

I placed two orders with them back in November 2015 being that it was my first time dealing with them. BIG MISTAKE. Since I had many items, they dispatched them by placing two or three items together in a bag and I started to receive them a month later in December. Since one of the items was stained and the clothes fitted too tightly I decided to return everything to the Rotterdam Netherlands address on the bags. It cost of shipping was over 55$ which was close to the cost of the clothes in the bag anyway. I emailed Fashionmia on December 24th 2015 since I couldn't find a number to call. I explained that I was returning the items and would like a refund. Lucy responded explaining the return policy never mentioning their return address. In the meanwhile, they kept sending me the remainder of my orders in pieces up until the beginning of January. Each time refusing the shipments at the post office so that I wouldn't have to pay crazy money to return to sender. I followed up with another email towards the end of January because I had not seen a refund on my credit card only to have Lucy tell me that they have not received anything yet and once the items would return to China I would get a refund. They also mentioned that they don't have a warehouse in the Netherlands despite what was written on the bags. I had to ask them to give me their return address which they did on February 1st 2016. I have spoken to the post office and they told me since I had not paid extra to track the parcel it is impossible for them to locate the shipment. According to the post office, all the other parcel I refused will return to the sender's address on the bags. If the receiver in the Netherlands doesn't accept them then the parcel will return to me. All of this could take a couple more weeks since they are far from Canada and if they don't send them back to me I'll lose my money which was close to 300$ worth of purchase. I find it unprofessional on their part to put a false return address on the bags and causing so many problems by not being transparent with the customers.

SCAMMED!

Believe what you read in all their reviews! This company is the worst! I purchased items ($110 worth) 1in the beginning of January (6th to be exact) in hopes to getting my order BEFORE Valentine's Day. That didn't happen. And when I got the clothes (material is so CRAPPY!) I immediately contacted them for a return because most of the items didn't fit. After about a month of going back and forth through emails (because they had "NO RECORD" of my order... which I think is part of their scam) They informed me that they only accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase and I was now OVER 30 DAYS! Well that's pretty convenient considering it was WELL PAST 30 DAYS THAT I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE! I actually just wanted to return the clothing back (I would pay for the shipping) and even get something in exchange. They wouldn't do that. They offered me $20 voucher to shop more at Fashion Mia. Really?

I bought a Medium, White dress and received a Small, Yellow/Green dress (in a completely different style), 3 weeks late. FashionMia refused a refund initially saying "we have no right to refund you money," and insisted I DID order this other awful dress. I even sent back to FashionMia their own order confirmation showing them their error. Then FashionMia offered a third of what I paid back in a refund and said they would "generously" let me keep the wrong dress which I don't want. After 2 months of emails (phone messages are not returned) and Paypal getting involved, they have agreed to refund me in full if I send the wrong dress back to China at MY expense - even though it was FashionMia's error!
FashionMia is a shady operation! They send any garbage not selling out in an order and their customer is out of luck. Save yourself the grief I've experienced and only buy from legitimate company's. FashionMia is not legitimate, it's a scam operation working under several names. FashionMia is only out to part you with your money and leave you with no product.
I've been buying online for years and this is my first experience being scammed by an online company... and the customer service... well, there is none.
UPDATE: After writing this review, I received an email from Fashionmia saying I would be refunded within 5 days (I'm still waiting). Fashionmia, today, accused me of plagiarism with regard to my review on this site and defamation. Fashionmia also stated that I've declined my refund by not contacting them ( I guess a dozen emails aren't enough for them). Shame on you Fashionmia for the distress you cause.
UPDATE, August 21st: still waiting for my refund which FashionMia stated would be within 5 days (on August 5th).
UPDATE, August 27th: no refund yet. Seems to take FashionMia a long time to hit the send button - 5 days has turned into 20+ days.

After writing my initial review, I was reached out to by Angie Wang from FashionMia's "VIP Customer Service Team" apologizing for the delay in my refund. Customer Service... what a joke. She said as follows: "I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused, here I have confirmed with financial dept. and had them refund just a while ago, you can check your account within 48-72 hours later." Of course, I did check and follow back up with her went it was of course not in my account.

Her follow-up response was "Since your payment was completed more than 2 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund. This may take some more time and we will complete it asap and keep you informed timely." First off, it was over two months ago (now going on ONE YEAR) because they didn't refund me when they received my return. Second, she never responded on timing.

So I gave her a couple weeks and followed up again, which in turn I received an almost identical response: "Have checked your refund. Since your payment was completed more than 2 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund. So it may needs more time to refund your account. Please wait patiently, you will receive your refund. Sorry again for this."

I mean, it's just excuse after excuse after excuse. And also, pretty illegal. I waited another month, and followed up again. Radio silence. I followed up again today. Honestly, i get that I am never getting my money back, but what I hope to do is keep this from happening to others. I am also alerting the Better Business Bureau and Paypal. If enough of us who have been ripped off by them do so, I know we can get them barred from selling in the US. FashionMia shouldn't underestimate the power of pissed off consumers.

WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY IS THE QUALITY HORRIBLE, THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!

If I could give this company a ZERO star, I would. I placed an order for a jacket back in January of this year (2017). The jacket delivered in February definitely did not look anything like the picture on the site, was poorly made, and odd fitting. I followed their return policy and sent the jacket back that same month. They received the return and sent a notice that would be refunding my money shortly. It is now a week short of October and I still HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY. I have been in frequent bi-weekly and monthly communication with their "customer service", and every email is answered with "We have made your refund urgent. Would you forgive us about this and give us more days?" EVERY TIME. At this point, they have basically stolen $50 bucks from me and while I will continue to follow up with them, I'm not holding my breath on getting any kind of refund. This is the worst online company I have ever had the displeasure of buying from. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
