Suck, horrible customer servive. They make you very hard to return the merchandize. Dresses are not the same as they show you in the picture.

Hear is an update to getting my refund from Fashion Mia. Right after i left a review here I was contacted by a different person telling me that I would see my refund in 48-72 hours. Meanwhile the girl who I originally communicated with told me it would take a week.

I tried to get clarification and proof that I would really get my refund this time. I was provided with a transaction number for the refund. Then I was told it would take 30 days to see my refund!

I ordered a dress in July that never came and I never got notification letting me know why. I contacted Fashion Mia early September to refund me, I was told that it would take 72 hours to have the funds credited to my wallet and from there I could request that the funds be refunded to my account. I did so and was told that I would get the refund back in 15-20 days. I waited patiently again and still didn't get my refund. I contacted them again and was told that there was an issue with their system and it would take another 15-20 days. I asked if she could ensure that I would be refunded for sure this time around because I was getting impatient. She told me she would make sure it would be done. So yesterday was the day I was suppose to see the refund and I still don't have it.
I was shocked to see so many reviews with the same issue. It burns me up that I just gave away money to a company for NOTHING. I want my money back!
I found out that my ordered was a dress and a jacket the material and stitching was high qualityand I would recommend it to all my family and friends
Never recieved my order. They charged 30.00 dollars more than my order, now I need to dispute order this sucks!

Since my initial review in August where I said I was trying to return the clothes - after I left that review, I got a message through this site from fashionmia that they had sent me a message - but either fashionmia lied or the message did not get to me (I am inclined to believe it is the former). After trying to call and email to no avail, I got fed up and eventually sent back the package. The shipping back cost me $26. But after a few weeks of waiting, still no refund. I contacted my credit card company, who told me because the merchant used PayPal (even though I did not use PayPal, it routed through PayPal because fashionmia uses PayPal), the credit card company could not help. So I contacted PayPal, which kept asking me for my PayPal account. I told PayPal I did not have one and did not use it to pay for the clothes; the merchant did. Had to talk to PayPal on the phone 2 or 3 times, kept being asked the same questions - tracking number for returns, etc. Then PayPal also emailed me three times asking for the same things- tracking number for returns. The third time I was really fed up and was beginning to think it was colluding with fashionmia. In paypals third email, it threatened to close the dispute if I did not give them the tracking number (yet again). But I guess third time is a charm - after I responded to that third email and told them I had given them the same info multiple times, after a few days, PayPal refunded me the money provisionally. It was not until another week or two later that PayPal refunded the money (I. E., no longer provionally). By the time this happened, it was already mid October - recall I ordered beginning of August. Also do not forget I had to pay $26 for returns. (My order was about $161.) And all this time it had cost me and the anguish it had caused me. During this whole time, fashionmia never responded to anything. If you are up for all of this, then go ahead and order from fashionmia.
In my opinion, one of the most important things about shopping online is the ease or difficulty of returns. Especially with clothes, since you never know whether they fit or loook good until you have tried them on. Some make it really easy - the package comes with a return label, and all you have to do is to affix the label to the box. Others make you do the work - you have to go to their website, print a label. Still others make you call customer service - well, we all know how "fun" it is to call 800 numbers. But fashion is makes all of the difficult returns loook easy: I ordered six pieces of clothing, received them Monday 8/7, and tried to return them the same day, and yet after two days of navigating its system, I have not been successful. One thing is that it makes you take and upload photos of the clothes you want to return, which is a first in my experience. But guess what - it will not allow you to upload them, and therefore you cannot complete the return request. I am still trying, but fashionmia is on my blacklist of never ordering from it again. Actually, I usually try to avoid ordering from sites that ship from outside the US, but I did not know it ships from Singapore until after the order. I am amazed at how many five stars this website gets, but I know foreign websites sometimes do the practice of paying you for good reviews (I have been asked to do that by websites). So, shop at fashionmia at your own peril.
I ordered the first of February and its now March 15th and I still have not received my order, but they were very quick to take my money.
I don't even know where to start... I ordered a dress top thing from there in January stil waiting for that now I've just got to a point I've stopped caring about it cuz I no its not goin to come. But two days be4 I ordered that dress top I ordered 2 dresses cuz they looked reali nice on the pic, but then I looked on the reviews and sin everything was bad that everyone was writing so I thought forget that I won't my money back for the 2 dresses but, I wanted to see what the dress top would look like. I cancelled it and they was saying they was goin to give me my money bk after messaging them 6 or 7 times they finally put my money bk in my bank 2day and its March when I asked for my money bk in January when I cancelled it. The dress top I had an email from a Chinese woman saying my order is at a warehouse and they need more money and that was £2.15 to get my order to my house within the 2days, so I paid for that and it still didn't come and when I told fashion Mia on consumer service they said it was a scam ffs I was pissed off. All I can't say do not get anything from the site all less u won't to waste ur money and ur time.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
