POOR QUALITY - DISHONEST -
I placed an order with this company around February 6th of 2016, I received one item around March 4, from the original order of 4 pieces. After seeing the poor quality of this item, I canceled the unshipped items and requested a refund of $61.65. I have a total of 20 emails from DIANA, ZARA, DAISY, KAREN, LESLIE, DORIS and KITTY. This company will give you the run around. You are better off going to a local discount clothing store. I was promised a refund within days. Today it is July 4th and no refund has been made. The latest email came from Kitty, (I don't think these people are real) I copied it below:
Dear Jodi,
I really want to apologize for the delay on your refund.
We have submitted your refund to our financial department, noted urgently. We will issue all refund together by June. 30, I am so so sorry about this situation, I beg your forgiveness and understanding.:(

I've ordered from Fashionmia a few times this year, really, with no problems. They arrived on time, fit good, felt good on. Until a few months ago. Not sure what happened, but the sizes started to "change". I always order a Large and have no issues with fit. I placed an order for three dresses at the same time. One arrives, and it's way too small. I contact them, upload photos (which is VERY weird to me as no one here in the States would do this) and then, they have the nerve to tell me and this is a direct email quote "Sorry to hear that it is small. As though you still like it but small. I sincerely suggest you pay us only 14USD including shipping fee. We will send you another bigger size. You can keep the one you have got and save returning shipping cost. How do you think so?"
What? Me pay them an additional 14USD for them to send me another dress and I have to keep the dress that doesn't fit? Um, no. I asked for a refund... seems they don't do refunds... they issue "store credit". Great. I order another dress as a replacement as they "gave me" credit... I get an email from PayPal that Fashionmia is asking for additional money be sent to them for shipping! Um, no again. Let's see, I'm still waiting on a Christmas dress I ordered in November and it still shows "waiting to be shipped". I never did get the dress I re-ordered with the "store credit".
So bottom line... if you can't return an item legitimately (without uploaded photos for goodness sake!) and you can't reach someone to discuss the missing items AND if you can't trust that the item will arrive on time (same season would be a good sign) then AVOID FASHIONMIA by all means. Clothes are very cute, but NOT worth all the hassle of returns/haggling for your refund.
Dont buy anything from this site they took my money and there is no item recieved and no answer from them since 3 month now.

This company has the cheapest items and their customer service will give you the run around for months. Even if you call their number during the times that they are supposedly open, no one will and you have to leave a voicemail which no one will return, but the will send you very polite e-mails, give you fake promises and still hang on to your money. I have e-mailed them and sent their cheap product back and I am still waiting on my refund. This is the last e-mail I received today August 29,2017 and it says

Good day. Hope you are doing well today. I pray this email finds you well and blessed.
Sincerely sorry that there is something wrong in our system, so it might need some time more on processing your refund.
We have asked our colleague to speed up the processing and refund you early once the system is back in normal. We got notice that they will deal with all of refund from 15th- 18th of Sep. I know you waited for long time and i can understand your feeling, i am so sorry for that again. I will try my best to take care the refund procedure. Please don't worry and wait for more days, i can guarantee you will get your refund.

I wish I can give them negative stars because even zero stars is still way too high of a rating for them. I am normally a patient person but this is abuse. I may have to contact my brother and see what legal actions can be taken to: 1. Get my refund and 2. Make sure no one else will have to go through this experience... etc. Legal is my brother's forte.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
