Have been waiting on my refund since January and this FashionMia have come up with all excuses to avoid paying refund. DO NOT TRUST FASHIONMIA
Two months ago I paid over AUD $ 206.40 for my orders, so far I did not receive a thing and now I have to argue to have my money back ASAP :(
Very bad service. It was taking 3 months to received my dresses. I ORDERED 4 DRESSES, BUT GOT 3 ONLY.
I purchased some dresses on February 14 and again on February 16. It is now
March 4th and Ihave not received my dresses. When I tried calling the number posted on their website no one answered and I was forced to leave a message. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order and got the following responses:

Be warned the items you purchase may not be available at the time of purchase so you may be forced to wait for more than 3 weeks before getting what you paid for. It has been such a frustrating process. I have never experienced something like this with an online business. And I was offered 5 dollars for the inconvenience as if that would appease me. I'd rather just receive my dresses. Good luck, you have been warned.

To all of you that had bad experiences with Fashion Mia, I just noticed an ad with the same clothes as Fashion Mia with a new name PopJulia.
Fashion Mia doesn't refund money in a timely manner. It takes a long time
Horrible products. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.
My credit card was charged immediately and I got a shipping notice. Except the tracking didn't work. First clue that this wasn't going to be a good transaction.
After waiting 36 days for my order to arrive I finally contacted customer service via email. They do not have a phone number. Second clue that this was not going to be a good transaction.
Customer service reply: "Thanks for your order in our store and sincerely sorry for the inconveniece caused. I have checked your order and found that 6 items of your package has been sent out. According to the tracking information, it is in your country now. Please wait patiently. Hope you will get your package soon."
I was also informed that the remaining item was no longer in stock and to simply pick something else for $8 or less and also offered an $8 coupon for a future order.
The next day my order was delivered. Two of the items I know I did not order. I would NEVER pick those colors or patterns. I went to try one one of the blouses. It was so small that it would be impossible to try on without ripping it. The blouses are also so sheer that a camisole must be worn underneath. I opened another to discover that it was actually smaller than the first. I never even opened the other items.
I immediately emailed customer service to get a return address.
Their reply: "Thank you for your order, but we are sincerely sorry to inform you the size problem since there might be some differences between Chinese size and US size.
According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
If you want to send the items back for exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. So we do suggest that you keep the items and give them to someone else who may fit into them.
A 35% discount coupon will be offered to you as a compensation for your future purchase."
Despite their earlier reply of: "Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
According to the tracking information, the parcel has been delivered.If you do not want to keep those items, please contact us and we will refund you as soon as possible together with the previous $6.6

So in the end I'm out $88. And instead of throwing good money after bad I will not attempt to return the clothing. Instead I will donate the poor quality clothing to a woman's shelter and hope that some anorexic will be able to fit in the clothes. At least I know never to order from Fashionmia again.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
