Hi, I need to cancel an order placed 6 hrs ago and nobody is replying on the customer service phone number and no link to cancel the order electronically. I have spent the last 5 hours trying to cancel the order that was placed by my niece by error.
MY order was placed on 18-11-2015, they took the payment the same day on paypal... Shipping suppose to be done in 3 weeks max... They finaly advised me it was shipping on 22 december... we are 6 january... and nothing received...
Tracking order... just showed me, that is in transit, but on the same airport Netherlands(PostNL International Mail) for weeks.!. I'm in Canada, I suppose is was shipped first in China... Starting to Think seriously that is a SCAM WEBSITE

Finaly receive my clothe... Thursday 22 January 2016... but the quality is not look like the picture on the web site... Poor quality. Never buy again there! Size not fit on shoulder's. Also.
I ordered three coats and a dress from this vendor. The dress fit fine but all three coats were just too small. Because of the expense to return the items, the company worked with me to give me credit for the items instead of returning them. How wonderful is that? I will donate the three coats to charity on their behalf. They were always prompt to respond to my inquiries and handled everything perfectly!
Oh my gosh! This company has great clothing and excellent customer service! I had not received my order, contacted customer service and they immediately addressed the situation. When I received my clothing it was too small. They said not problem, we will send you another one of the correct size. The clothing fits smaller than the normal sizing in the US but they were eager to fix the problem.
Don't have any complaints... even in receiving a damaged dress FashionMia is still my place to shop. Why I say this because the customer service is wonderful and the response is great. They had no problem in communicating with me and helping me to get another dress. I love this website. The material is great and the prices are wonderful. I am so glad I found this website. I will order from FashionMia again.
I ordered 3 dressed in November. Two of the 3 just arrived in January 4th. Sent an email asking where 3rd dress was, have not heard anything back as of yet. Not pleased with shipping time, receiving partial order, and lack of response.
I was very excited when I found this website. I placed a very large order of about 15 different types of shirts and sweaters almost a month ago, spent a lot of money and still have not received anything. They updated "my order" on their website stating they shipped my merchandise out in 3 separate shipments so far. They added the tracking information so I clicked on the track button and it takes me to some EC First Class website. The last update on there was that it departed the FedEx location on 1/2/16, but doesn't give a FedEx tracking number or anything. I contacted FedEx to see if they could help and they do not show anything shipping to my address. I have tried to contact Fashionmia and you just get a recording to leave a message, but it just disconnects you instead. I really do like the clothing they have on their website and was really hoping it was legit cause I would love to continuing ordering from them, but not if I can't get in touch with anybody or a response to an email or actual tracking information. I think I am just going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau, FTC among other and file complaints.
This site has to be a scam... I ordered one jacket, that was NOT on back order 7 weeks ago... Yes 7 WEEKS. The tracking site for this is foreign and never updates. I DO NOT recommend buying for this site no matter how good the deal is!

I bought two dresses on the FashionMia website. One dress was great and fit nicely. The second dress was also really nice, but had a fault with the lining. I emailed FashionMia and explained this. They are now going to send me a replacement dress! Looking forward to receiving it!
-Item Quality: It looks like when children have a fashion show and they let them make their own outfits. The material is so tacky the dollar store has nicer clothes. I would not give this clothes to my worst enemy to wear!
-Shipping Wait: Ordered more than a month ago, 1/3 of the horrible clothes have arrived. It said 7 business days not 7 business weeks.
-Return Policy: If an item arrives damaged, wrong size, or just plain ugly! All expense to ship that item back is on you! They send terrible quality clothes and still charge you to return them to CHINA!
-Customer Service: I emailed them through contact and yet have not gotten a response. I began to get frustrated and submitted a dispute in which they answered the next day. Although they are faster at responding through dispute all they do was send me was information I already knew and were not much help.
***Awful and stressful experience in general, do not waste your time and spend a little more on something else instead of falling for these "low prices".
Based on all the bad reviews here i feel i am just another victim. Paid for my item and getting the same "unknown" message when i attempt to track my item. Please advise this is not a scam by responding. Otherwise, i will pursue legal action if i dont get my item or a refund!
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 coats on 12-08-15 and still have no items 01-05-2016 almost a month. They have no contact phone number that should have been my RED FLAG not to order but the show such nice cloths at nice prices(that's the catch). I've email them 3 times with one reply change of size and two lies "This is to confirm that your request has been received. Our customer service will get back to you within 48 hours". No one has contacted me YET.
I ordered something a while ago, and it said 3-4 working days but I received nothing. I'm not sure if it's PayPal or FashionMia that's taking my money. So I don't recommend this site to anyone. Sometimes what you see is not what you get.

I ordered some clothes a while ago and still have not received anything. When I try to track my package it says unknown. I am confused only because if someone is paying you for a product you should be able to tell them where it is at. Starting to feel like they took my money.

Well, my order finally came in, 29 days later... and of the 7 items ordered (5 to one person and 2 to another) two of the seven were WAY TOO SMALL (She's a size 4, I ordered Small) and the other 5, eh, she will make do. Mailing the other two items to daughter today... so far, will only be returning two items.

I wish I'd googled this site before I ordered with the company. As others have said, the fabric is very cheap quality and is unlike the pictures on-line. The first package didn't arrived until 1 month after I ordered it, and it took over 2 months! For the entire order to arrive as it slowly trickled in, one package after another. Most of the dresses do not fit, but if you want to send them back, you have to pay international shipping to China! I'm hesitant to do that since I don't know if they'd ever arrive or if I'd ever get my money back. I suppose I'll just be donating the clothes to a charity instead. I guess the old adage is true here, "You get what you pay for."
