I love Fashionmia! I made an order which some of the parcel wasn't available anymore, however I was able to replace the 2 parcels with 5 parcels. Making the item change I was more satisfied with the many pieces of clothing. The customer service compromises giving the customer what they want.
All inquiries were responded promptly within 2 business days. I was happy with the quality of the products, although the sizes don't match the North American size standards, so extra care must be taken to check the sizing charts. I inquired about the return/refund and exchange policy and the customer service staff were friendly, gracious and helpful in providing the options available to me.
I ordered 2 items and got one. Both 2 dresses size S. First of all, they didn’t match S size (they were some kid size, they were not even XS), second the fabric looked soo cheap, and third - one of them came only. I started sending e-mails back and forward for probably 2 months to clarify situation (at least someone responded). The whole process took 6 months and finally I got the second dress which was from absolutely cheap fabric and super small. So do not recommend this website. I am not going to be surprise if the positive reviews below are fake. The design and fabric doesn’t match the pictures on their website at all.
Had a great experience with Fashionmia... The prices are great and customer service was excellent had no problems contacting them to exchange a size... Will recommend them and will continue shopping there.

I wouldn't even choose a star but apparently you have to. My order took 4wks to get here. The sizing is far from accurate. I ordered 3 lg shirts for mt daughter but they fit like a small. The material is really poor and the sewing is seriously iffy with a lot of loose threads. I would return the crap but you have to pay again for shipping.

I ordered dresses on December 12th and had to cancel my order. From what I had read from the reviews, it was a nightmare to cancel and get a refund. I panicked but still decided to give it a try, I opened a dispute with them on their website and got an email immediately telling me it had been submitted and someone would get back to me shortly. The next day I was asked why I wanted to cancel. After stating my reason, the amount to be refunded was confirmed and credited on the 16th of December. It basically took two days considering the time difference.
I ordered a dress that did not fit and when I contacted the company, they addressed my issue promptly and were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone.
The sizes are terrible. Both dresses are the same size yet one is way too large and the other too small. Poor quality too. I have contacted them but no joy so far. I did purchase through ebay so l may contact them.
Ordered two dresses and one top. Sub standard, shoddy, imperfect, dreadful cheap material, threads and rips everywhere. Complete lack of customer service, they absolutely do not care and i for one will take every step necessary to make people aware of this dreadful scam. Disgraceful AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR RETURNS.

I went looking for a dress and ended up with a dress, two jackets and two tops. I couldn't believe the selection they have. Everything! So many items have several color options, so if you aren't into green, they probably have it in black or red or white. :) The clothes are flattering for my body type (curvy) and my sister's (petite). The prices are great for people real people who love classy things.
This company has great prices that fit most budgets. Their customer service is very nice and understanding and will give you your money back if a mistake is made. Good place to buy beautiful clothes.
Ordered my stuff on Nov 30th and just received 5 of the idems. The rest I canceled because it was going on 5 weeks and the order still was not filled. The quality of the clothes are crap! Nothing what they advertised. I ordered XL for the tops as I went by their size chart, they are a size XS. After everything I went through trying to get the order here the hassle and the time I won't even attempt to send them back. I will chalk this whole ordeal as a once in a lifetime order from hell. Never again! Don't even attempt to order from here. Poor quality clothing and will fall apart after one wash.
My order took 5 weeks. The quality of materials were poor, the sewing was shabby, the sizing were all wrong. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend Fashion Mia to my enemy, yet alone my friends. Horrible experience! I have never been so disappointed.
Soooo I ordered from fashionmia around Dec 6. After many e-mails back and forth trying to find where my order was, finally on Jan 16, my order arrived... ALL WRONG! Nothing I ordered was in the packages! So, once again I contacted them to see about the things I DID order. They requested I send pictures of the items I received, which I did and sent them off. Today, I get an e-mail stating that I can return the merchandise, at MY cost and they will send me a coupon for $27. I spent almost $90! They want to give me $27 to buy more stuff I don't want!? PLEASE save your money! This business is a SCAM!

THE ONLY REASON I DID A POSITIVE REVIEW IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS BECAUSE I WAS ASKED TO BY THEM AND I WOULD NOT ONLY GET MY REFUND BUT OTHER BONUSES TO SPEND AS WELL... IN THE END THEY (STILL) OWE ME OVER $40... NOT MUCH TO SOME...
WITH THEM YOU GET WHAT YOUR GIVEN... NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS...

I really think this site is a scam... I ordered on Black Friday and still have not received my package... I have been given a tracking number that hasn't been updated in 2 weeks now and was told by email customer service that I just needed to wait since international shipments take time... That is crap! I work in shipping and I send things internationally all the time and things that need extra custom checks don't even take this long! Be careful buying from this company unless your want your winter jacket to be delivered in the spring!
