Ordered 2 dresses from them in Dec because of a huge sale and I think free shipping and just received them today. The dresses I ordered are not at all what they sent me (side by side pic for reference) I just opened a dispute with them and thank God I ordered through paypal because I'll get my money back if they try to screw me over.

Also: ALL of the positive reviews are fake/planted. Some or word for word on multiple sites.

I ordered Dec 4 my order arrived Jan 8th after inquiring where my order was 3 times!. When it arrived it was not as described, i ordered a heavy long winter coat, it was short, very poor quality, very thin and came in 2 pieces the size was to be a womens XXXL It wouldn't fit a skinny short 3rd grader. The shirts body was too short it was like a mid drift top with long tails. Very disapointing all around. Getting them to give TIMELY ASSISTANCE on a return and refund is a nightmare. Costly to return items to CHINA! Still awaiting that refund, i did everythingbthey asked. Feel like they were purp I sell dragging thier feet to be able to refuse a refund.

We ordered December 4th, 2015----arrived January 9th, 2016. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Two items missing from order, sack arrived partially torn open. No way to call Fashion Mia as the phone number provided hangs up on the caller when you attempt to leave a message each and every time. We wrote a number of emails to Fashion Mia, finally received a reply telling us that PART of our order had shipped, this was days before Christmas. The order asked us to chose another item as one item was no longer available. I asked for a refund, I have never heard back from Fashion Mia, no reply emails or phone calls from Fashion Mia. I am a frustrated customer.

They deserve a below zero rating! I ordered a jacket from fashion Mia. It took forever to be delivered to me. When it arrived the buttons were damaged and tarnished. I tried to contact customer service by email numerous times with no response yet. I also tried calling their number listed which is not real... It just disconnects you. They state in their return policy to contact *******@fashionmia.com. Don't even bother because they won't respond. I also sent numerous messages on their Facebook page and have not received a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THE BUSINESS THEY RUN IS HORRIBLE! Quality is bad and runs extremely small. I will be reporting them and disputing this.

I ordered dresses and coat and was worried that color and style will be not the same as in picture. Received my order and love it. Color what you see in picture. There is a chart for size, make sure to select right size for you. I will order again. For price what they offer it's worth it.

I ordered a coat from Fashionmia. I love it! It is everything I hoped it would be and better in some ways. Very nice quality and I love the design and fabric! I'm very excited about it! The only problem is that their sizes run smaller than I'm used to. I contacted their customer service and they have been super helpful in reaching a solution to get me a bigger size. I'm so excited for it to get here. Shipping took a really long time last time but I did order it during Christmas time which is the busiest time of year and to be fair they are located a long ways away from where I live. I recommend Fashionmia! They have beautiful clothing and their designs are so beautiful. I do strongly recommend getting 2 to 3 sizes larger than you normally buy.

Total waste of money. I cant believe that they are able to still sell here in the US because their sizes and representation is so off. Very poor quality. And just to give you an example of how off the sizes are, I ordered 5 count XXL size coats for myself and my two daughters who are normally a L-XL. I had to give all but one coat to a co worker for her 8 and 10 year old grandkids. It would have cost me as much to return the items as it did to buy the coats. Total waste of money. Next time I will just catch fire to my money.
