Firstly clothes took over 5 weeks to arrive. The clothes were NOTHING like the picture. Its like a blind person stitched them together as they are so badly made and cheap isn't even the word to describe the material! Complete scam. Then one of the tops I ordered never arrived so I contacted them, they told me it was out of stock that I could choose something else or get a refund which would take 5-10 days to get to my account... I choose refund - its been 26 days and no sign of my money?! They should be closed down due to false advertisement and selling $#*!E clothes!

Ordered a jacket because of the low prices. It arrived later than I expected, however I did not take into account that it was during the holidays and that the shipping center is in China. This, for me, was no big deal. The sizes run on the trim side. I ended up needing to get a larger size, I contacted customer support via email and they got back to me in a timely fashion and were more than willing to work with me to get the right size.

The price of clothes are excellent. This company is in China so the delivery time will be longer so you have to keep that in mind when you order. I am very pleased with the clothes I purchased except for a couple of items did not fit well so I had to contact them to return and the customer service was excellent in working with me offering some options for me to choose. They were very courteous and never gave me any problems. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

I ordered a coat that was described as a wool blend coat, but when I received it, it was thin and didn't seem to be a wool blend at all, It feels like felt material, cheap and thin. It was too small & I when I contacted the company to exchange it, I was told the only way to do that was to write a great review and they would send another coat. Poor customer service, small sizes and cheap material, not a good combination! Would not recommend ordering from this company.:-(

I want to know the status of my order. I placed my order on January 11 and cancelled my order on January 13. I have not heard if it is cancelled and my credit card charge has not been reversed! I just called the 1-888 number and it does not let you talk to a person. It tells you to leave a message, and then you get a busy signal.

It gets worse. I received an email letting me know they would like to assist me and to let them know what I would like to do. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. Then, they finally get that and want to know if I would want a $100 credit to use on the site or a refund. I WANT A REFUND! All the while telling me they are trying to help me. Stay tuned for more updates

Update: Last email from FashionMia received on 1/24/16: "Your refund request $95.75 has been received. It usually takes 7 to 15 days for our financial department to deal with your refund. I will try my best to ask my colleague to upspeed the processing time. We will keep you informed when the refund is completed. Please wait patiently.
If there will be any other problem, please let me know."

Update 1/30/16: Guess what I just received in my mail today? 3 dresses; one I did not order. Hmm wonder what happened to dress #4?

Update 2/9/16: Still waiting patiently. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I am writing one for anybody who may have doubts... Order your exact size... It fits PERFECT! It's literally one of the best purchases I have ever made on Fashionmia! I will be looking into the rest of their clothes to see if they have anything else! If you're considering buying this, just do it!
