I really like the dresses i bought from fashion Mia. They are elegant and fitted to wear. Dresses are exactly like the way it shows on website. As per the estimated delivery date they send the parcel on time. I like their customer service a lot as I had some questions they give me the feedback frequently. I already referred my friends and sisters and i m going to buy more dresses because the price is also reasonable.
FashionMia is getting rich. They rip people off of there hard working money, 34 dollars is alot for me. I just wanted to have a nice coat.
I received my order after almost 2 months. There are not even similar with the photos. Chipest fabric, teribel design. Never spend money, they are totally garbage.
It took nearly 4 weeks and when it came was cheap material and was nt sown properly, but I suppose what did I expect for 20 euros!
I ordered my clothes on December 20,2015. As of today January 22,2015, I have not received my order. All of my items were out of stock. They said that some items were custom made. It would take longer.
One of my items became available, and they said it would be sent out immediately. I can't track it with the UPS tracking number they gave me. They continue to send apologies.
Thus far, I am not thrilled with the way this company does business. This company operates out of China. I wished that I had did my homework before I ordered.
Today I requested a refund. Let's see how it goes.
Fashionmia is a big Scam!
I ordered 7 dresses and only received 6, almost 1 month after. I ordered on the 28 of December 2015 and received the order on the 22 January 2016! Bad quality! Nothing looks like the picture you see on their website. For example a long flowing evening dress on their picture, came to me as short urgly dress. I can't wear any of them, either they are big or too small. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Fashion Mia is a big $#*!! Not possible to contact them. They are really thieves!
I wanted this overcoat for a while and my husband decided to get it for me for Christmas. Yet he ended up getting the wrong size. When I contacted them to see if I can replace the jacket they offered to instead send me a new one for free without the shipping fee. I still can't believe how amazing they have been about this!
After being bombarded by ads, I decided to shop and selected several items. The first red flag? Items too cheep. Second red flag? My items totals $60 plus $13 for shipping. Totals $73 but when it was time to input my credit card info, my total was $91! What? Third red flag? Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and then hangs up at the beep. Thankfully, never gave them a cent! Should be investigated for fraud!
Do not waste you time or money buying ANYTHING from FashionMia. I bought a jacket that was super cute on their website but when it did arrive (after 2 weeks - Even though I paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping) it was too small - and didn't look anything like the picture, poor quality material and the fur looked like a DEAD Dog!
I ordered a dress on Nov 13th. It arrived on Jan 20th. And after all this long wait the item that arrived doesnt look anything like the picture. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund, but I am afraid that this will not go too smooth either. I will write another review to update about the return process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is a big scam!

I ordered 6 items on Dec. 7th 2015. I received 2 items one month later, 2 more items yesterday 1/21/16 and apparently I will not be receiving the other two items because there out of stock or some BS. First off it doesn't take that long to ship from China so idk what's going on over there but somebody is dropping the ball. Second I wear a size XL I ordered sizes XXL out of the assumption that they would probably run small. And even going by there size chart I should have been able to fit a XL. When I recieved the first two items I couldn't get the jacket arm past my elbow. I let my little sister try them on she wears a M and it was tight on her. How could they get the sizes so wrong? Did they switch them because they couldn't fulfill the orders? Also the shirt I got with the jacket wasn't a XXL it was an XL. Three weeks later I recieved the other jacket and shirt same sizes same problem three sizes too small! The only thing I can say is there customer service at least responded and offered to let me choose two different items to replace the two pairs of pants I didn't get, which I refused because nothing had fit so far. I told her I would wait on the other two items to see what they turned out like and they were too small so I emailed and am expecting a refund. I'm not spending more money to ship the items back I'd rather just take the loss and get my money back for the items I didn't get. So frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone!
I ordered several pieces of clothing. What I received is completely out of my order size is different. The dresses have holes and is of low quality... They shipped one item three times... I ordered a French coat never got it... The waiting time is weeks... what would I do with a 3 of 1 type of dress and the size is way larger than what I wear? The ones with holes and not the pattern I ordered? I need my money back and I do not need your product this is plain rip off...
I ordered a jacket, from Fashionmia and although there was a slight glitch, customer service was on it immediately! They kept in constant contact with me so that I knew what was going on. When I received the jacket it was exactly what I wanted and looks amazing! Fashionmia not only has great clothes for an affordable price, they have an excellent customer service staff! I will definitely order from them again!
All these ppl on here talking about they received their items in a timely manner and in good condition needs to stop lying! I know you're not REAL customers, you're the company's employees! I order in November 2015 and to date I still HAVE NOT received my purchased items. The tracking num is BS USPS can't find it. Had to file an international complaint theu USPS and the Better Business Bureau. I'm warning you guys stay away from this site it's not worth the trouble. SMFH
I had ordered a few items for a Christmas gift, when they arrived I noticed quality of clothing was great not a cheap knockoff. Only problem was when ordering sizes from over seas you need to keep into account they do run small. I recommend ordering at least one size larger. Customer service responds to you within 24 hrs with any questions and concerns, I recommend this company.
I recently purchased some items with Fashion Mia and when I received the order some of the items were too small. I immediately contacted Customer Service at Fashion Mia. I received a response with an offer to give the items that were too small to someone who can use them. I was offered a reasonable compensation for my loss. I will not hesitate to shop at Fashion Mia.
I cancelled within the 24 hr period of an order after reading the reviews and I have heard NOTHING from them other than an automated email that I will be contacted and I have NOT! They do not have a phone number and the consumer is at their mercy. CONSUMERS PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE! I truly intend to take this matter to a higher power than myself if I am not refunded in full.
My order was treated very fast and delivered earlier than I hoped for it. The customer service is also irreproachable. Dresses suited me completely well and even my husband was very satisfied with the purchase. I recommend to everybody!
I was very disappointed with the dresses I got from fashionmia. It took about a month for them to deliver and all the dresses look like something you could buy at a kids costume shop. Very thin and cheap fabric. I would not buy again
