Horrible customer service. Took my money but never sent a confirmation email until the day I received the items almost 2 weeks after ordering. In the mean time I emailed them several times and no response. Received the items and they were to big wanted to return because they have not given me any reason to do more business with them they won't let me. The size charts are not accurate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They won't return items! They only offer 10% off next order and since the post office can't trace the return back to China PayPal aren't helpful. Sizing is not accurate, quality is terrible Do Not Buy!
I tried contacting them. It is a complete different color than in the picture. They want me to pay to ship it back I will never buy anything here again and advise others to be careful.
Ordered the shoes for my wife. Used their size chart. The shoes are about a size and a half too big. Company doesn't want to do a refund or exchange. Only offering me a 15% discount on a new purchase and telling me to sell the shoes to someone else. I paid an expedite fee for shipping and still took over a month to receive the item. Do not use this site
This site is a scam! And the customer service is joke to put it lightly. You will only lose money going anywhere near this site. This is the response I got when asked for a manager
Absolutely awful. Quality is terrible, thin and cheap material, the worst company I have dealt with EVER. They don't give refunds either, and make returns exceptionally difficult. Do not buy from these people please.
I bought some clothes from this website and I was so excited! They came in and they were horrible quality and way too big! I reached out to them to return and get a refund and they told me no not without pictures of them on. I think that is so weird! I told them no I would simply return them and would like a refund. They told me they needed to decide the reasonable solution after seeing pictures. This went back and forth for days! They eventually told me to give them to someone else and they would give me 10% back. I did not want that I wanted a full refund as the clothes were for me from my husband for Christmas. This company is such a scam! Do not buy. I also paid for their "insurance" and that was a rip off!
If I would have read their reviews before I ordered, I would not have ordered. Unfortunately they don't let you see the reviews on their website, so you have to google it. Anyway, I ordered a "Mama Claus" shirt weeks before Christmas, and when I went to track my order it didn't even show up on my account that I had any recent orders, so I messaged them. The lady gave me a tracking number and told me my item should be here in a few days. One day I got a package with no receipt in it or any logo of where it came from with two rompers in it. I messaged the lady back and they wanted pictures. I sent the pictures and they told me sorry and that I can keep the items and they will give me 20% back. I told them no thanks, I want the shirt I ordered or a full refund if not. Then they said they will give me a 40% refund. This company is horrible! Don't order anything from them! It's a waste of your money.
First off I paid for expedited shipping and it came about a two weeks after it said it would. Secondly when i finally received the clothes (I ordered 3 shirts) all of them were cheaply made, material was of very poor quality, and they we're in NO way true to size. The material was so thin that when I held up each of the shirts I could see clear through the other side. Also, the graphics on one of the t-shirts I ordered looked nothing like the one on the website. The colors we're way off.
Worst customer service! Shipped package to wrong address and told me to pick it up where it was delivered. Didn't ship all my items and two months later it's still not resolved they want to give partial refund (so they didn't ship the item but want to only partial refund when I didn't get the item) that's stealing my money lol
Upon receipt of item I contacted the company to request a refund due to the item not fitting. I was asked to provide my measurements BWH and photos to confirm the item didn't fit. I refused and told them their request was insulting. I again asked for refund and return information. Response was to offer me a discount on my next order. I'll never order anything from them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting for a response.
Worst company ever! Poorest quality comes from on a slow boat from China takes a month to get! I ordered my standard size. I ordered $100.00 worth of product and gifts. They all came to small and polyester? (I would of understand 1 not fitting but everything a size to small?) Nothing like the product looked like or said? No packing slip I contacted company... they offered me $5.00 to shop again? Heck to the NO! Bad Company order NOTHING from these fools. Report them to the better business bureau and post a bad review daily about them so everyone will know what kind of crooks they are! Shotty way to run a business! Way to STEAL from the costomer!
They do not let you return items that are so cheaply made. Why have a refund policy if you aren't going to accept refunds. They ask to give you $10 to keep the items. I have been talking back and forth for a week now just trying to return the package. I know they are just stalling until I hit the 15 day mark and they can return it at all.
Fairy Season are a incredibly dishonest business. Although they have a refund policy it is bull*hit. Despite eventually being provided with the address to return the items (after countless emails) to China, it is up to the Company to accept the package, which obviously FairySeason didn't do, resulting in my package being returned and as such more money wasted in postage. As such, they then offered a refund of a small percentage of my spend which I accepted (better than nothing), however that too is just bull*hit as after 21 days I still haven't received it. Do yourself a favour and don purchase anything from FairySeason!
Shirts look different in person. Ordered 3 xl and got 3 shirts are different sizes (despite the xl tag) and none of them xl. They won't let me return or refund me. Did offer me 10% refund and suggested I give the shirts to friends.
Worst quality products I have ever seen in my life. Completely useless staff behind it. Don't waste your money. It's pretty much a scam business.
The shirt is not in American sizes so beware and if you need item within 2 months then don't order because it's so long to get item. Buyer beware
Save your money for ANYTHING else. Terrible quality, wrong size. Good luck returning it. YOU WONT WANT TO KEEP THIS CRAP!
They sent me the wrong size and items were missing they are very difficult to deal with to get a refund or even an exchange. The quality of the product is cheap low made in China quality. AVOID this site
I placed an order three weeks before a trip and paid to have this order expedited. It took almost a month for it to even depart and three months to receive the package. The package was then returned. When I contacted them to resolve the situation, they said I could not receive a refund and would need to pay for shipping if I wanted them to resend the package. Even though I paid extra to expedite and it took 3 months to receive. This is terrible service.
