Hi I reached out to Kohls numbers times 7/8/20 Gene D., 7/8/20 Joylen Z A, 7/9/29 Danika M, 7/9/20 Laramie S., 7/9/20 Edward R., 7/10/20 Lara S. And it's sad not once person chose to do their job and help answer my question. Beyond words frustrating and annoying. Poor customer service really makes me rethink who to give my business to. There's clearly a huge glitch in Kohls system that needs to be addressed and fixed. You purchase an item it shows up as one number then you do a return and it shows up as another number.

For example 6/17/29 4:52pm Millbury, Ma misses swimwear $35.99 numbers **************
On original receipt 6/15/20 5:58pm Millbury, Ma misses swimwear **************
Then again 3 more 1. Misses swimwear returned ************** $29.99 purchases number **************
2. Return ************** and 3.************** $38.99 purchased numbers ************** and **************
And junior bottoms returned ************** $17.50 purchased **************.
So it's more than one store so it's not even linked to just one store.

Then another issue is two returns coming in other than the total on the receipt.

What is going on? This is beyond confusing and doesn't make sense and makes it hard to keep track and to know if it's all done accurately.

They need to fix this yet they don't seem to care or want to.

I stayed at the Red Roof in for 3 nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday that just passed. Not happy first the bottom of door was broken so I put a towel down making sure no bugs etc came in after killing a bee. Then I had to be up at 6am for work Monday. 11 something pm there's SO much commotion Upstairs after 20 minutes I open my Door and all I smell is weed and group of young kids playing music partying. I called the desk numerous times no answer. I then sent a Facebook message and it was checked and no response. Then finally get some where and file with BBB and management tried to say the employee didn't answer the phone because they were out dealing with the problem lol yet I didn't see an employee or hear one and this went on for awhile so it's a lie. I would have been happy with a refund but they just lie and trying to justify things that's there's no justifying.

Not to mention the comforter is gross and has holes. I also have a video of the noise etc.

I was receiving mail to my house from door dash. My middle initial is D not J. I reached out to them many times and explained you can't do it online you can only fix your first and last name online. Yet numerous customer service were incompetent and for some reason couldn't understand that and fix it! Even filed with the BBB and they didn't even adddress it and say it was fixed. Hands down just 0 stars their customer service is so bad!

The executive offices have to be the worst hands down with customer service. They will respond to a complaint but not give their information so you can't reply. They refuse to admit when they mess up! They stated in a letter "In your submission, you stated that you reached out to Capital One numerous times without resolution. In your review if our call records, we were unable to find any calls as you stated in BBB" I replied asking how that is possible and happens since I spoke to Whitney at *******455 extension 291-7035 and dates and times and voicemail left like 9/25/19 at 12:26pm and left a voicemail again 10/20/2019 at 4:15pm. So it wasn't logged? Why not? And they replied with this vague response saying they already replied to this and agree with their reply none the less. Didn't address my questions or answe how it was possible it wasn't logged and never admitted they were wrong or apologized. Incompetent customer service especially higher up!

Worst customer service! Shipped package to wrong address and told me to pick it up where it was delivered. Didn't ship all my items and two months later it's still not resolved they want to give partial refund (so they didn't ship the item but want to only partial refund when I didn't get the item) that's stealing my money lol
