I ordered some shirts, when they arrived they definitely wasn't true to size and when I tried to return them they have done everything not to refund me and now their saying they haven't received items back which is a total lie.
I ordered 5 pieces from Fairyseason and when I received them, they were the cheapest of materials and SUPER small. When I asked for a return, they asked me to provide my measurements. Their clothes are polyester and not the quality of how they look in the pictures.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took a chance given their website boasts w money-back guarantee; however, when my dress arrived, it was a different color than the picture online, very cheap material, had no tags, and came with no packing slip. The address on the bag said it was shipped from NY. When I contacted the allegedly great customer service, first I discovered the email address in my purchase confirmation email was incorrect and I had to look up another address online. Next, they asked me to send them a picture so they could verify the problem. In response to me sending it, the customer service person told me it looked nice and that I could should consider keeping it. Then he told me they won't take it back because shipping to their warehouse in China would cost them something like $35. He asked if I would accept $3 to keep it. I referenced the "money back guarantee, but he didn't respond. Instead, a different person contacted me to see if I would take $10 to keep it. I haven't heard from them since I refused that. This is a fraudulent business, and I would rather report them than take their money.
Ordered this very pretty dress in all 3 colours - sizing described as XL being equivalent to a UK 18. As I'm a 14-16 I wanted to be sure they were loose so ordered the XL - when they arrived they were tiny -, looked like very small tight tops - nothing like the picture. Contacted customer services who kept trying to put me off and who have offered a 10% refund only. Really disappointed with them and their false information.

I placed an order for a dress online a few months ago and when I got the package to my house the size was bit large, so I decided to call the customer service department to request a refund and kindly treated me without any problem, returning the money from my purchase.
Horrible product and company. They sent a junk pair of shoes that were $35 and worth $2. They look nothing like the pictures. 100% misrepresented! Their customer service is worthless. They don't have free returns even for damaged or manufactured defects. They would rather ship you the same junk and make you pay shipping for the replacement.
How do I co tact these people? It's been 3 weeks and nothing, I'm really upset! Does anyone know how to contact them

I ordered a dress. Very cute in the picture. What I received was a dress that did not look like the add. The colors were not the same. Very cheap material. It is not even close to what I ordered. They have a return policy which I am hesitant to use because I could be out the product AND my money. SCAM!
I tried to add a little photo but no matter what I tried the photo would bot download!
I placed and order on 6/10 ordering 5 shirts then qualified for free shipping since I wanted my stuff faster I decided to pay extra for expedited shipping here we are days away forom it being 2 months since I placed the order and I've only received one shirt. When contacting company they are telling me they will only partially refund me for the shipping cost should've had my package in 3-5 days with what I paid and 2 months later I've only gotten 1 of the 5 shirts. Disappointed would be an understatement
To keep this review short and to the point, I placed an order on Fed. 3rd. The clothes came, they were horrific. Dirty, poor stitching, poor fabric, cheap quality, wrong sizes, etc. I paid $70 to ship everything back to them. My tracking number states that it's arrived in China where they are, I sent them proof of shipment, and still no credit. It's July 25th. After countless emails, I've come to the conclusion they are a complete SCAM.
Love that you can tell the 5 star reviews are fake. Nice try guys. Nice try.

It has been a month and I still have not received my order. I keep asking the customer service and I get told to be patient

It took over a month for my T-shirt's to arrive and the company sent me an email and said they decided to send me a size larger than I ordered because people say the shirts run small. They were all gigantic. Waiting to hear back from customer service if they will send me what I ordered since there are no returns or exchanges. Be ware of ordering from here!
Worst experience ever. This company stole my funds & never shipped anything, Never sent any tracking number. I paid express shipping but that service does not exist, it's the same amount of time as the standard shipping only double the price. The customer service is terrible, they don't respond to customer emails. I requested a refund but they delayed responding to a point where it was too late. I opened up a dispute with PayPal & then the company responded back to me by saying Close the dispute & we will ship your order.
Which just proves they are shady. Do not trust this company, Do not buy anything. They are thieves & really big SCAMMERS!
I placed my order on 5-7-19 and still have not received it as of 6-26-19. I have asked for a refund numerous times and still have not received. They only respond that there was an issue with my address and if I want to pay an additional $10.99 they will reship. My shipping address is 100% correct. This site is a complete SCAM! Do not order from here. I will be filing a claim with my credit card today.
This place is a complete joke! I ordered from them once before and it was perfectly fine this order has been a nightmare. I spent $230 on clothes and I got all clothes that I didn't even order. I got two shirts out of the 20 I ordered that I actually picked out. They have sent me 10 emails trying to get me to keep the clothing. Or sell to a friend. Or threatening me that I have to pay for shipping to send back. Or threatening me saying that I can only pick eight items of what I ordered and that's my order. I'm hiring a lawyer. And I'm suing this company. Complete joke! Don't ever order from them. I am writing a review on every single Website I can find!

Ordered shirts and a dress on May 28, it's now June 24, still haven't received it. Contacted the company and they said the package was shipped.? They won't offer a refund. This is a scam!
Payed for expedited shipping and received the item almost 3 weeks after ordering it. I emailed customer support multiple times about location of package and a refund on shipping. Each time I was told to be patient and wait a few more days. They ignored my request for a refund on the shipping. The product itself was poor quality and image was pixelated. You can see white lines around picture where it was cut before image was pressed. I will not be using this website again.
