I ordered on 4-23-20. On 4-29-20 it said my order had shipped. It is 6-4-20 and I still have not received. I did send them a email a week or so ago and they said someone would get in contact with me. This place is a joke

I would give it no stars if I could. The clothes are cheap quality and when I tried to return items that didn't fit AT ALL, they wouldn't give me a refund (after 7 emails going back and forth trying to get a return authorization). I greatly regret ordering from this site and will never do it again and will be passing it on to everyone I know.

Do yourself a favour and shop local! I didn't realize this crap came from China as it was Fairy Season Canada. If they ship to Canada, they should have a reasonable return policy. Total $#*! clothing.

I received my clothes and they were okay quality. 3 of the shirts fit and 6 did not. When I tried to email them about exchanging them they would take a couple of days to get back after I asked what to do and after each response. After going back and forth, they asked if I could give the clothes to a friend or family member. I was extremely disappointed. This was the first time I had spent money on clothes for myself in quite a while. They do not follow their exchange policy and expect people to eat the money. Not impressed whatsoever.

I ordered approx $130 worth of clothing from this site, 5-6 weeks ago. I was dumb and read reviews AFTER I had already ordered. I immediately tried to cancel my order for a full refund because reviews state products never get shipped to them, and was denied the refund. They promised to ship the item in a timely manner. I waited a few days and the item DID ship, supposedly, but it has now been over 3.5 weeks since the item was said to have shipped and the shipping information has not updated at all. I emailed again, requesting a refund as it appears that the product was maybe lost in shipping, the refund was denied. They responded that my package is in custom clearance and will ship. I emailed again and told them I wanted a refund and I would continue emailing every day until I received it, and that email has gone in responded to.

Will never be purchasing from this site again. Items do not in any way match images or product description (colour, sizing and material) and when contacting CS, they only give you options to purchase again at a "discount", or pay your own postage back if wanting a full return. Whaaa?

I'd never refer anyone here!

The shipping took about 3 months, (ordered on march 13, got items may 24). I ordered 2 swimsuits, and they were both in good condiion, sizing is correct and they both had padding, which I found really great. One of the swimsuits had a small black "stain", but it almost completely came off when I rubbed it, and I am sure when i wash it it will be 100% gone. So 4 stars because shipping was long but I think the swimsuits are definitely worth buying there. The shipping also didnt cost much, and for 2 swimsuits + shipping it was 13 euros, its great price and im happy with them. The customer service is also great and answers fairly quicly (in about a day or less). Other people here saying that they werent able to track their package was a little weird to me, because they let me track it using the website 17track. Be patient with them, because shipping does take a while and ive seen people be angry because they havent gotten their order in 2 weeks or a month. If you have ever ordered anything from china/aliexpress/any types of those stores you know the shipping takes VERY long.

HORRIBLE

I ordered 2 t-shirts they came in after a month and they are HORRIBLE fabric it's like cheap shiny polyester and they are pulled all over. I was really excited about my shirts and very disappointing and will let everyone know that they are not good.

Where do I even begin, when I purchased this order I received no tracking information I had to reach out multiple times to get sent an order number and the tracking link to take me to a page that was all in Chinese. It took over a month to actually get to me. Within that time I had emailed customer service and made comments on my tickets between 15 to 20 times asking for a refund I never received the refund due to the fact that the shipping took forever and I wasn't getting the information I needed. Once I demanded my refund, I finally received my order. The products are absolutely horrible and disgusting none of the sizes are correct the material is crap the dress that I got has slits in the middle of it and it's hand cut with no seams. Do not waste your money. Do not do not do not.

Shop elsewhere! I bought five dresses from this company, spent $85 - great deal-so I thought! First off it took forever to get the dresses. It was difficult to track the order and I was uncertain if the dresses would ever come. Once the dresses arrived I tried them on, they didn't quite fit right. I uses the measurement guide but still didn't like they way they fit. On a few dresses, I even bought medium and a large just to be safe to the sizes. One the medium was too tight and another medium was too big. One a large was too tight.
Per company policy, I contacted customer service via email and I sent pics of the items ordered. It took over a week to get a response back. They initially asked for my measurements, indicating I measured wrong or didn't reference the size chart. I am not an idiot, I know how to measure and read a chart. Nope that is not the case, so I sent my measurements to show I should fit in a medium size they said sorry the items didn't fit. I waited 2 weeks for a response and sent numerous inquiries between. They then recommended I should give the dresses to a friend or family member. They offered coupons and discounts for future shopping. That is not a remedy. I responded, I told them I want to get a refund and would need a shipping address etc to return the dresses. Another week went by before any response. Then their response is that shipping would be too costly and would take to long to process and they would still like to offer me a coupon. What a joke-a complete SCAM. Do not order from this company.

I received a large package of underwear I never ordered. I have never heard of this company and i don't know ow they got my info. The post office couldn't track it because it was sent from either Amazon or ups to the USPS. This is a total scam and I'm worried that my financial accounts have been compromised. Also, there is no receipt or phone# or e mail to contact them and the address turns out to be a gas station.

So I bought this dress and was so excited for it to come in. It took quite awhile for it to come in and had to keep in contact with them on where the dress was because the tracking info won't update. When I finally got the dress in I tried it on. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I followed the size guide and ordered a medium. The medium was way too tight in the chest area.
When I contacted the company to return the product I followed all that they asked for and their response was they think the best option for me would to keep the dress because it would cost me to much to send it back and it would take way too long to receive the dress. I should keep it or give it to a friend. And for my troubles they would give me a coupon towards my next purchase. I attached the email to prove what they had said.
I will NEVER but from them again.

Been a month and yet have bot recieved my clothes I bought! Tracked my number and keeps saying it's in transit. No one replies and no way to find where your purchase is. Will never ever buy from them again. Please dont buy from this company as you too will loose your money.

I ordered 2 shirts and a bathing suit. It has been a month and I still haven't seen it. They sent me a confirmation and where I could track my order but it said it was in California. I emailed them and they said that it was in 3 separate packages. After I emailed them it finally was sent out of "California". Absolute worst shopping experience ever.

Ordered 2 tshirts and paid $10 extra for "expedited" shipping OVER A MONTH AGO, still didn't get the tshirts. My daughter saw FairySeason advertised on FACEBOOK and loved the tshirt designs so I took a chance and ordered them for her. I should have checked these reviews 1st--who knows if the tshirts will fit or look like the pics. This stuff is made in CHINA and they are deceptive to say their products will be shipped to you in a couple days if you pay $10.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from the website. The clothes the models were wearing looked so nice. They were nothing like what I received. It took over a month to come in also. I totally forgot I made the order until a few weeks ago, when I got an email saying it was shipped. I then searched up reviews (stupid me for waiting) and seen what I read here. I was really bummed. But I'm glad I already expected what I got. All clothing made from (probably) a sweat shop in China. I thought this was an American Company? No. Please, do not order from this website. The clothes are all see-through, made with a material that feels like paper, it all looks nothing like it did online. I will be donating the clothing I received. Didn't receive a receipt with the package, and after reading what their customer service is like, I'm not going to try to get my $130 back. Learning lesson for me truly.

I have never written a bad review in my life, this is my first. A month later, without my purchases, I believe I have lost my money with this company. Understandably with Covid 19 some company's are having trouble and make this clear or close their companies. This company quite happily took my money and then AFTER processing stated there was a problem with delivery. NOWHERE before hand did the company make aware to customers there was a problem with delivery. Waiting would normally have been fine but I was wanting seasonal things due to weather, so I messaged to cancel as it was not make clear before hand. I then received a message saying it was dispatched and I would not get a refund and couldn't cancel, no acknowlegdgement to the issue was written. That was the first week, it's now been a month my items are still dispatching. I generally believe this company "dispatched" the items in order to avoid cancellation.
