DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their sizes aren't accurate and when you request a refund they have the audacity to ask for your measurements and then tell you it will cost you more to return it than to just keep it. Then they say, we'll give you a whole whopping 15% off your next item to keep the hundreds of dollar of crap you'll never be able to wear. Pathetic. Save your money, your time and your sanity and shop anywhere else. As usual, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

The item I bought had multiple mistakes due to lack of attention to detail with the original design. I reported It and the company and they didn't bother to look at others for sale to check if I was correct. They are still selling it without mention of the errors. In my case it was an ornament with all the scientific elements, except it isn't as some of the elements are incorrect. That was disappointing. However the way it was handled made it really irritating.

I purchased a pair of shoes and ordered a size up just to play it safe. However the shoes have sent me look like they were made for a kid and easily at least four sizes smaller than every other pair of size 40 shoes that I own. Fair enough mistakes happen. But it was their poor attitude towards me for their mistake when I emailed them photos of how small the shoes were. They insisted that I pay for the shoes to be returned and ignored the photos i sent, Stating that I ordered the wrong size?!

I bought a water balloon ball for my kid ($6.59 plus shipping) to play with on the lawn. It took a month to get here and when it did arrive, we attempted to blow it up and the seal broke before use. I went to the conpany page to contact customer service and the email is nonfunctional. There is no phone number to contact them either. So shady. I will be contacting the Federal Business Bureau to report that there is no way to contact the company. They are not legal. Dont buy anything. Its cheap faulty merchandise.

Do NOT order from this company! There are many others that will probably get back to you in a timely fashion and, speaking of fashion, actually offer clothes and look nice. I ordered a romper in the wrong colour and could not find my order number to change my order. So I ordered a second one in the correct colour and figured I would return one of them. Well they both came in miles too big for a medium! Then the so-called company would not allow me to return them, and suggested I "give the items to a friend or family member!" Who does that?! They took way too long to get back to me on any questions I had, and the clothes took over two months to get here!

I ordered three swimsuits and a tank top from this site. One of the swimsuits had a clasp that was not usable, the other two we not the same color as the photo and the fit of the swimsuits are so awful, they are unwearable. I ordered the cactus tank top and the fit horrible (it looks like a maternity top), the material is completely see through. I've been in communication with customer service, but after sending photos of their product blunders, I have not heard a word back, it has been almost a week. I don't think they plan on responding.

After waiting two months for a shipment supposedly coming from China i finally received a package sent to me from Kentucky. I was sent something similar to what I ordered, but different. I ordered 2 balloons that can be filled with water and measure up to 80 cm. I received two balloons that when filled with AIR, will blow up to about 25 cm max. The product name is different, the manufacturer is different, and most importantly it was MUCH smaller than the product i paid for. After reaching out to customer service, they responded by saying that they sent me the correct item and unfortunately are not able to send me a balloon already filled with water because their products come from China...? Wow. Great job guys. That's what i get for trying something other than amazon.

They send you what ever they want. I ordered a medium bikini, they sent me a large. Then I tried to reorder in a size small, they sent me xlarge. I then tried to get a refund, they promised a refund within 3-5 business days but I have never Received it.

I contacted them several times, they assured that it went back to my method of payment but it never did. She kept on telling me that it went back to my credit card ending 1278 but I have never owned or paid with a card ending with such a number.

This company is a complete fraud. Please be aware!
