Shipped wrong product we order a two dog control and was sent a single dog control they act like this is all our fault they we payed a restocking fee and payed to shipped this back. They shipped another control and this is the same as the last time and they want us to pay to restock and shipping again. Very poor customer service and they feel customer is always wrong. Save your self the hassel and buy some place else

Bogus DeWalt Product!

Ordered a DeWalt drill replacement battery. Was sent a battery that must be so old that I can find no record of the model on line, even on the official DeWalt website. Tried to contact factoryoutletstore.com with question about what type of recharger this battery needs but they never returned my inquiry! Will have to discard the battery!

I ordered a household item. I ordered with the promise of delivery with 7 business days. 10 days I did not receive anything. I called their customer located in India.
They could not track or tell me anything about my order. I emailed their customer. Not much better. They told me it was ready to ship and then, opps, the item was on back order. I had to initiate the call. They would have never contacted me. Do NOT shop this seller if if you think their price is good. It really isn't. Try other sources and you will receive better service and ultimately better pricing.

I was trying to save a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot. Big mistake! Advertised as DeWalt products, battery and charger. Sent me some off brand junk and and the charger was not compatible with the batteries. Bummer.

I purchased a cordless phone, when I received it. I came to find out it was refurbished. Okay I do not mind that it is refurbished however when I want to return it. They are saying I have to pay shipping again. I already paid 75.00 to have it shipped to Hawaii now I have to pay shipping to return it and lose all of that money plus a 15% restocking fee. All because I threw away the original box. WOW what a rip off. I will never purchase from them again.

Talk about getting the runaround. I ordered a Latex pillow from them and then when I went to cancel the order within the 24 hour grace period I was told that I couldn't cancel. Waited five days for a tracking number and then after several phone calls and e-mails I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After I filed the dispute I was sent a tracking number. I just finished filling out a return form and then was informed I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. The return form will not let me generate a bar code for the return when I click on the icon. Really getting taken to the cleaners with this company. STAY AWAY!

Purchased refurbished Garmin Forerunner 235. First issue was shipping said 2-4 days, but didnt arrive until 8-10 days later.
When i got the watch, it was useless! It was stuck on a test/service screen and everything i tried could not get it to reset. After messing with the watch for couple days, called FactoryOutletStore for tech support, but instead all I got was an email address... so i called FactoryOutletStore customer service instead. Customer service told me i should not purchase refurbished cause it was not reliable what WHAT?! You knowingly sell junk?
So i try to return, and at first they wanted ME to pay to return their junk / didnt want to send me a return label. Then they agreed to send a return label, but to this day I have not received one yet. In the end i paid to ship it back. Fortunately they processed the return well, so one gold star for them!

I ordered the wrong trolling motor online and immediately contacted them via chat. They said no problem, we've cancelled the order.

3 months later, a trolling motor shows up at my front door and my credit card is charged. I contacted them again and the operator was very rude accusing me of not cancelling the order. I told her it was done via chat and she advised they don't save the chats to back and look. She said all cancellations have to be called in.

I asked if calls were recorded and she said no. So clearly it wouldn't have mattered.

They reluctantly told me I could return the 1300. 00 trolling motor but told me I would have to pay the 130.00 shipping.

I'm guessing Covid has business down and they took it upon theirselves to take advantage using loop holes.

I ordered 2 water filters for a samsung refidgerator, the picture on the site was of a genuine samsung filter when I received the filters (3 weeks after promised date) they were 2 different brands of generic replacements. I called customer support and of course was told the pictures were for illustration purposes only. Both of the filters leaked and were useless, had to go to Home Depot and get a Samsung filter. I would not buy from this site again, use Amazon and get the real item for a little more.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!

When I ordered the battery, it stated it was "in stock"! It took 2 weeks to send and was finally sent on 5/27. I spent extra money to receive the battery within 2 days! It was a 3 day ship! I received the battery and it is not even the right battery. It was very difficult to insert the battery and remove it. When I turned it on, I got a battery failure message! Then I compared the batteries and there are significant difference's! I ordered the Phantom 3 Standard battery and this is not what I received! The new battery has a longer charger port and shorter contact strips! This company has not done a thing correct with this order.

When I was frustrated that the battery was not even shipped yet, I sent an email. I did not receive an email back until after it was delivered! As I said, it stated the battery was in stock, but the email apologized due to the battery being back ordered! This is a horrible way to run a business!

I ordered replacement brush heads. They have a 30 day guarantee. I found the needed brush heads for half the price somewhere else. I called to stop the shipment, but I was too late. The brush heads came. I returned the items following their instructions. I did receive part of the money that I paid. I was told that the reason I did not receive the full amount was due to a restocking fee and the initial shipping fee. This was not written anywhere. Sounds like a way to keep my money. Beth

I am glad there is a site to post for this. Factoryoutlet will send you old and damaged goods then charge you a restocking fee to send it back. They are all about the scam, and making money on restocking and other fees. BUY ELSWHERE

Defective products!
January 5, 2018

Ordered a water filter for a brand new refrigerator and the filter leaked. Thought it was the unit. Called a repairman and they did everything they could to stop the leak and it ended up being the defective filter. Tried to get the company to honor their product and they would not. Tried to tell me i damaged it when I stored it! I installed it the day we got it! Refused to replace it! Said it was after 30 days even though it was defective brand new item!

This company deceives and lies to the customers. Please take notice of other complaints and DO NOT do business with this company. I bought a refurbished Garmin GPS with Bluetooth. The bluetooth did not work correctly so I returned it with all the paper work stating refund for defective item. Two weeks later a guy called and said he didn't receive any paperwork and wanted to know what to do about the unit. I called right back and explained that I wanted a refund and a refund for extended warrantee. Two weeks later I received another unit. Surprise it was defective as well. It had lines running through the screen. Not only did I not want another GPS but was sent yet another defective unit. I called and they said I asked for a replacement. Complete lies...
I bought another GPS unit online supposedly new from another store -factory depot and it too is defective. Customer service is horrible and the time on the phone and exchanging the items is not even close to being worth money saved..

Almost acceptable

I just ordered the Plantronics M70 bluetooth earpiece about 15 minutes ago. For 15 minutes I have been on hold *******0376) waiting to speak to someone to claim my additional $25 Walmart or Home Depot Gift Card. Twice I have been hung up on after waiting on hold because the recording said"your call will be answered shortly". It never was. However, I was hung up on. If this is customer service then I pray nothing happens to my purchase because I'll just be hung up on repeatedly. Never shopping here again. I'd rather drive to the store.

They just lost a dedicated online shopper.

Ordered goggle lenses in January. Never said they were on back order. After calling they said they were on back order. They said they would have them in a week. Then after two weeks got an email asking if I still wanted order. I changed to lenses that were not on back order and they said they would ship that day. Never got confirmation then called a week later and everything was on back order again. Will never use this site again.

Factory Outlet Store shipped my purchase without a unit number in the address and they are making me wait until they receive and resend it with a unit number instead of sending me another unit and simply putting the returned unit back into stock. I learned of this by checking the tracking number they sent and when I called them they were aware of their error.

Wish I had read the review BEFORE placing my order! Product was shipped & received quickly but did not work correctly with my GPS unit. So, called today to return and guess what - by the time I pay the 15% restock fee, the ORIGINAL shipping cost and the cost to return ship the item... I will have paid more than the original cost of the item. ($15.95) What a way for them to make money - as they have my money but it will be less cost for me NOT to return the item. "What a rip-off"

RIP OFF? YOU DECIDE

The battery I bought from this company will not stay on when I take the cord off when it says it's 100% charged. If I put it on by itself with no plug in cord the laptop will not go on and my icon says "no battery" Has any one had this problem? I should of went to for the original Toshiba battery instead of a piece of crap like this. This place has to know that they are selling batteries that won't work, I mean it's their business they have to know but if they don't that's really incompetent business practice. I read they will want a restocking fee? For their incompetency? Really? How do I sent this $#*! back?
