This company is the wrost store ever to order from. Beware Beware. They false advertise and when you return your items they will not pay the return shipping for thier false advertising. Then the take of a 10% restock for the return of their false advertising. This is a very very shady company.
What I ordered was a Canon Batteries and that was pictured on the site. But what I got was cheap know off POS's that would not even work in my camera. When you call the customer service they hang up over and over and you will site on hold forever. This tells you even more about how shady this nasty company is. It toke me 3 days to finally get someone that could not answer why I didn't get what was pictured and the email you the return information to only find then they slap you with restocking fees for the false advertising. I would never ever ever use this POS Company FactoryOutletStore.
Website says that they have a special... same day shipping. That means that the product will leave their facility the day that the order is placed. Website also says that the item is in stock. They are fast. Charged my credit card the day that I place the order. BUT they did not ship and still have not shipped, 4 days later. Turns out that in spite of what the website says, the item is not in stock. Won't be for 10 days, they said... but who can believe anything they say at this point. At best they are sloppy. At worst they are deceptive. Don't buy from them.
False Advertising:
I ordered a phone system and needed a cordless headset for it. Salesman sold me one that he said would work. When it was received, it was not compatible. I called to send back the headset and was told I could not get a refund without the box. Because I was assured the headset was compatible, and it says so on their site, I threw out my boxes. When I mentioned BBB, they all of a sudden will take it back but with a 10% no box fee (which I understand) plus a 15% restocking fee. I do not agree with the restocking fee since it was their mistake. After finally getting in touch with a "manager" today, she hung up on me when I said I should only have to pay the 10% fee. She said "I told you what you need to do" and hung up.
Stay away from this company. False advertising, extremely poor customer service, and a rip-off.
I bought a filter for my Kenmore Refrigerator Freezer, using the number of the product. I received the filter and waited until the "red" light on my refrigerator told me to change my filter. The time period was two months. The filter did not fit. It is the wrong size. I tried to return the filter, but I was told that there are no returns after 30 days. I ordered the filter from Sears Parts Direct and received it. It does fit, same number, and I have one year to return!
The item they sent you is not original packing but they ask you to return with the original package. Quality is not as good as it is expected for refurbish goods. Y
You pay for the return plus they charge you sky-high "processing fee" for return. I will never doing business with this type of store.
This firm appears intent on deception of the consumer at many levels. They post an on line website which leads the customer to conclude that the are an authorized Tom Tom (GPS System) Franchise, which they are not. The products are not clearly identified as to limitations of features.
I purchased a TomTom Motorcycle Mount, and attempted to return the product within twenty minutes of receipt because of a non fuction, and found that returns are subject to:
1.15 % Restocking Fee. (For an item that was not as represented)
2.20% Penalty for damaging packaging (Packaging was sealed and required cutting to open the product.)
3. Shipping of the return paid by the consumer.
.. Never again... It cost me $77.00 to send back their defective HP that I bought... I tried talking to a man and his English was so poor, I couldn't understand him... So I had to pay for their crap. That I stupidly bought... Buy from reputable businesses... I learned my lesson...
I have been searching for a good GPS. I clicked to buy at premiumstore.com after reading reviews, checking BBB status, etc. Then something just tickled my brain and I left my PayPal screen... I went to another site for the same product and was directed to factoryoutletstore.com. Take a look! Same address, everything as premiumstore.com, I believe they may have changed their name/opened a new site because factoryoutletstore.com has a horrible reputation with the BBB, Ripoff Reports, etc. BEWARE!
Shambolic service. Bought 2 Simmons mattresses on Nov 30 which came with complimentary sheets and protector. Stated 48hr delivery. Mattresses delivered 2 weeks later after numerous follow up. Accessories not delivered with mattresses so had to follow up. Wrong size sheets and protectors delivered. Had to follow up again and awaiting second set of sheets etc. Dec 19 and counting... How this company stays in business is beyond me...
I ordered a three battery pack for my Canon (NB-6L) camera. My card was charged, yet nothing has been mailed. Each time that I call, I am always told that it's on back order. At the end of every call, I am told that I have qualified for a $25 Visa Gift Card. This smells like a scam to me... Everyone has an accent, and when I asked where the call center was, I am told Brooklyn. Me thinks it's Bangladesh. Time to cancel the order and let other potential customers know that this is unsavory at best...
I ordered Milwaukee 12 volt 3 amp hour compact batteries (5), I received knockoff 3 ah full size batteries. I returned them and was charged 15% restocking and shipping costs. Don't buy from these criminals
I ordered the reebok treadmill but I only got a ray-band glasses which I didn't order at all! They're scamming people! They send different stuff just to make the customer believe they're getting the product!
Second time I have ordered from this company, in two months, First order came in Quick time, Just what I had ordered.

Hey you with the bulava diamond, better get it checked, is probably a fake. I purchased a Samsung galaxy phone for my girlfriend. I got the phone in short order then traveled overseas with my gift in hand. The phone did not work. I took it to the Samsung tech center. The tech looked at the phone and said it had been opened. Opened? Means taken apart. The new phone apparently is a refurbished being sold as new. After over a week now dealing with Google trusted sites and the rude and unconcerned customer service I am out $400 for a defective phone. I ended up purchasing my girlfriend another phone. I will never shop here again and as far as Google trusted Site, that is a big joke.
Please don't use this company. Their customer service personal are not truthful and will just tell you anything to get the order. Then when you call back to get the order fixed its a run around. I am on my 4th call and still can't get the order done right. I order on line alot and have never had this much trouble. Will never use FactoryOutletStore again.
I spoke with the call center in India and was told they couldn't help me over a $10 battery even though I was within the 90 days of receiving the product. The american call center said that since the product came with a bad battery they would replace it at no cost. Really should keep the call center in America where they have way better customer service.
I ordered a Plantronics headset and lifter from. factoryoutletstore.com. It comes with a 90 day warranty. I bought the 3 year warranty because I always cover my investments. The thing about this company that turned me off is the 90 day warranty. I was sent a headset and it stopped working within the 1st 45 days. I filled out the return slip and sent it in. I received another headset that worked for 60 days and then died. I called because that headset was not within 90 days and told that its not covered. They sent me a headset with a defective battery and now are making me call the warranty company to get ti replaced. You should cover your products for the 90 days after they are shipped. If I wouldn't have bought the 3 year warranty, they would have sent me another defective product and told me to bad your out of warranty. How can you send 2 products that are such crap they don't make it past 60 days and then have some rude customer service person tell you that's are policy. There refurbished products are crap and neither made it past 60 days. Last time I will ever buy from factoryoutletstore.com. BUYERS BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a battery for my Nikon DSLR on Feb 1,2021. On Mar 21,2021 it stopped charging. I used it once. When I put it on the charger, the light was blinking really fast. I took it out and put it back in the charger. It blinked like it would normally when it would charge. I left it in and checked on it hours later. Still blinking. I put it in the camera and it was completely dead. When I asked for a refund or exchange, I was denied because it was after 30 day from my order. Look at my dates. This entire thing was less than 2 months. Don't buy from them. Just throw your money down the toilet. What a waste.

This company is bad, very bad.
I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for wrong filters and every time I get a different story. I returned 4 filters with UPS labels that they sent to me and never was told that I will pay shipping and restocking fee. At the end I was told that one of the orders was old and that I cannot get the refund. In the meantime they have the 4 filters.
Bought a batttery. They sent the wrong one. I called them to arrange to ship it back to them so they could send me the right battery- I had to call 3 times. First they sent me a form but no shipping label, I'm not gonna pay to ship the wrong battery back to them. Next they said they would send the shipping label but they didn't. Then I called again to demand the shipping label and tell them I was cancelling the order and ordering from someone else. This place reminds me of Dell, terrible customer service. They put you on hold for a huge amount of time and the guy who answers the customer service line has a TERRIBLE phone connection (echoing, cutting him off, etc). This most recent conversation ended with the woman guaranteeing that I would get the shipping label within 20 minutes and a refund when the item was returned... we'll see.
Answer: I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
