Since FOS sells water filters at a better price if ordering more than one at the same time I took advantage of that and ordered two. After having used the first filter for 6 months it was time to replace the rfirst with the second. The second dd not ift.
I called FOS and was told nothing could be done about it because I had the filter for more than 30 days. This does not make any sense to me when filters need only to be changed about every six months.
After my bitter complaint they accepted my name and phone number and was told the manager would call me regarding my wish to exchange the filter for a replacement
It has been weeks and I have now replaced the filter at my expense and have never received a call from the manager or any person from Factory Outlet Store.
I recommend you do not do business with this supplier.

BEWARE! This is a scam company. Ordered a mattress July 10th. Website offered same day shipping! 3 weeks later no communication from Factory Outlet and no tracking number. I called the customer service number several times and was only able to get through 2X, and could barely understand the person(obviously from a far away land) that I was talking to. Nothing but excuses. After 3 weeks I filed a paypal claim and got my money back after 10 days. Factory Outlet NEVER responded to the case I opened! This is a HUGE scam company and I am not sure how they are even in business at this point.
I reviewed the product choices and made a selection. The order was easy and fast to complete. I hope and expect my purchase to arrive safely and be exactly what I want. I will be sure to use factoryoutletstore.com again if all goes well as I expect it will.
I ordered a Garmin watch from them. Once I received it, the item was defective so I asked about a return. After shipping the defective item back at my own expense, they refused a refund. I had to go through my credit card company to secure the refund, and after the charge was reversed, they attempted to charge my credit card again, forcing me to open a second dispute with the company.
Picture showed a Norelco charger name with symbol on the charger it was clearly engraved with Phillips. What I received was not as advertised.The one I got has the name jet. I called customer service and was told if I didn't like it return it. I asked for a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting but would call later in the day which was 3 days ago and still no call. How can a company like that be allowed to continue in business.
The title says it all. I saw on the bank site that my credit card was charged so went to the FOS site and see the product is on backorder and will not even be received by them for "7 to 10 days." This is close to illegal and definitely against bank rules. I cancelled the order and will wait a few days to see if a refund shows up.
Edit 7/17: They must know who I am... correct amount was creditted. Separately, I found the product on another site for the same price, paid $15 additional and had it the next day.
I had to return the battery that I ordered, because it was the wrong battery for my drill. It cost me ten dollars plus a 15% restocking fee, plus the $2.95 they charged to ship it to me. You do the math, the battery cost $35.00. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay AWAY!
They sent me the wrong batteries. It was even confirmed by their operator that I ordered correctly and they still charged me stocking fees and I had to pay shipping. I don't believe the batteries they sent were legitimate Batteries either because even though they looked like Milwaukee batteries they didn't have the battery information sticker at the bottom of the battery that Milwaukee always has. I sent a notification to Milwaukee about this
This online retailer is an embarrassment to the online business community. I purchased a new Garmin unit and had it shipped to my marine dealer for installation. The dealer, who is a local Garmin dealer, got back to me and stated the unit would not work.
I contacted the seller and was told that I would have to pay for an additional unit and then return the defective unit at my expense. If it was not factory original packaging or showed signs of wear the returned unit would not be credited in full. Instead of providing any degree of customer service, they performed CYA for the entire conversation.

I purchased a Panasonic electric razor model ES3831K. I tested it once and the razor did not shave for crap. When I called seeking to return the razor, I was informed that because it had been used it could not be returned. Don't buy this razor and don't buy from Factory Outlet Store.
Customer Service suggested the wrong product, I paid $75 for overnight and it took days. I then called a few days after receiving it to tell them I needed to return it and they never sent a label. When I followed up, they refused to take it back because it was a few days over the 30 days. They deserve a negative 5
The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock when I called them 2 weeks past my order. They say 2-5 days shipping. I called them asking about my item and they r trying to sell me warranty and ignoring my question! They made me mad!
Wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order! The website says all orders will be filled in 1-3 business days. Says I would get an email for tracking purposes, when the order had been shipped and if the product was on back order I would be notified. After nine days with no phone and no email from the company I had to borrow a phone to even call to Factory Outlet Store. The service rep was very hard to understand. I "think" he told me the battery was on back order. I canceled my order and needless to say, I won't be ordering from this place in the future. Now I'm waiting for an email with the cancellation info.
I ordered a New Garmin GPS from this site and after approx 3 weeks it did not arrive,, I called and was told it was on "Back Order" and the date of arrival was unknown. I was leaving on a trip and ordered a "Refurbished" model of the same GPS. It had no instructions with it which I needed! Tried to figure it out and it would not work as intended, I called and ultimately sent it back sent it back, and paid the shipping. The refurbished model cost $164. And my credit to my CC finally showed up today... I got $128.) back! What a Rip!
Found what I think is what I wanted with no problem. Easy Check out and all was fine.
If shipping and delivery is as good as the shopping was easy, I will be back again. I have all Samsung TVs and Computer screens. Love Samsung products.
Ordered a charger for my Garmin 255WT. Should have been skeptical when it was marked V3Blackbery8100. This is NOT a charger for a Garmin product. When plugged in, you get a Green Line and picture of a computer on the charger. Same as I get when I am updating maps. I unfortunately did not try it within the 30 day guarantee period. Bought it because it was supposedly on sale from 24.95 to 15.95, with free shipping. Listed as limited time only! HA HA it's still on sale for the same price. Don't waste your time with this company to save money. You are just throwing it away!
Super disappointed. They told me the item I wanted to order was in stock, I ordered it. They took my money out of my account already. Then went I called back to get the confirmation #, the item I wanted to order was magically out of stock. They lied to me took my money and refused to cancel my order. BEWARE! I called my bank already to dispute the charges.
I ordered and received a Samsung cell phone battery... while the model number was matched the configuration of the replacement battery did not match the original battery. As per its instructions, I returned the battery and asked for a replacement. I neither received the replacement nor refund. I lost a few bucks, but it is the lack of response that is disappointing.
