Ordered a Garmin GPS. Got it quickly, went to use it and the power cord wouldn"t work. I emailed them and they emailed back, that they would get back in touch. They never have, even after two more attempts by email and phone.
Ordered a battery for my tablet. When it arrived it looked like it had been assembled by a 12 year old. Returned it for a refund (shipping at my expense) and only received a partial refund.
Not even a single word from them. I am turning this issue over to the credit card company.
The threat of turning this issue over to the credit card company did the trick. They grudgingly returned the price of the item and the "restocking" fee.
I would still avoid this place like the plague.
Used this site to purchase a Garmin watch. Was told I would receive the product in 2 to 5 business days. However after 5 days the item was not shipped. When asked they told me my item was on backorder. I told them that the watch still showed as in stock on their site. After 12 days the item has still not shipped and the site continues to list it as in stock. I was told now they have had 7 of them in their stock but for some reason my order was not filled. On top of all this they don't return emails or offer any compensation. I want to ask for a refund of the money they took out of my account day one but im concerned it may take a month to receive my funds.
Ordered a Garmin GPS. I received a refurb unit, which wasn't made clear on the site at all. I can accept some responsibility there, but my real problem is the customer service. The package contained a car charger unit that had the wrong connection for the GPS (had a mini, needed a micro). I emailed them using both email addresses I could find (info@... and processing@...) and never received a response. So, deceptive site, poor order execution, and horrible customer service. Not the triple play you are looking for.
Misleading advertising. Product description stated the product included a charging travel case, however that was not included with my Sonic Care Electric Toothbrush. I specifically selected that particular package for both the brushing options and the charging case. I travel a lot.
When I called them they blamed it on the mfg. They also indicated that the picture (not on the same screen showed the regular case. They did not deny the printed description said it was included. No satisfaction from them. A few days later their website has been corrected to say standard case.

Stay Stay away from this company! Its the worse company even though I cancelled my order they still charged my credit card when I called them up he was so nasty on the phone and hang up the phone in my face.
I wasn't asked for a discount code... I have an Elite Flip (2 years old) which won't hold a charge anymore(about 15 minutes of talk time!). I called the customer service number about possible battery replacement and was told that wasn't an option but was given a 10% discount code DANKET3N but wasn't able to use it with my purchase. Still a good buy with the sale but 10% more would be even better!
Finding exactly the accessory I needed for my Garmin was exceptionally easy and checkout was very fast. And I love the free shipping! I would order from this company again and will recommend it to my friends.
I ordered a graph for my Charter Fishing Business. After 11 days I contacted company to find out where the unit was. I was told the transducer was back ordered so it wasn't shipped, which wouldn't be a problem but they failed to notify me. So after I called them and found out info, I ordered another unit. I needed to pay $80 for over night shipping because it's become very urgent I get this boat up and running! Guess What? It happened again. Called to find out where the unit was, oops it's back ordered, should be there in 10-12 days. Also no call from them. Unless you want to be frustrated do not use this company.
This is our second purchase of a Pet Safe patio door panel. One for our house and now one for our daughter's place. The door from Pet Safe is so easy to install and of such high quality, we would not even consider buying any other brand.
I received a damaged laptop battery and contacted company. I received a RA but had to pay the return shipping. About 10 days later I receive an email charging me a return fee and shipping fee for the replacement. Will never purchase here again.
I just had a conversation with a customer service rep who said the company is not accepting any returns including mine. Prior I had been told to get ahold of *******@factoryoutletstore.com which I tried several times but never received a reply, now I know why. I find this highly unethical, the company advertises 'easy returns', yet doesn't accept returns at all.

I ordered a replacement filter for my Bosch refrigerator. The wrong filter was delivered. When I called the customer service line, initially I was told I would need to mail back the wrong filter at my expense.
I called a supervisor who told me to keep the filter and that a proper correct filter would be sent at no additional charge.
They sent the same wrong filter again.
I ordered from another site and the filter was correct the first time.
This company is difficult to work with and gets the order wrong.
Will never again use this company for any purchases.
Tried to buy a genuine lenovo laptop battery but they sent a third party battery instead. Battery didn't work so I asked for a full refund. They didn't return all my money so this deal was a total loss..
Ordered a backpack- site says 2 day delivery. No bag after 4 days no emails on why. On hold twice for over 14 minutes. Agent says back ordered - will have in 5-7 days. I ask for supervisor. On hold again for over 5 minutes. She says back ordered and no known ETA for shipping. Got my money back. Never was told bag was not in stock, never told accurate ETA for arrival. Will never use this company again.
The "DeLonghi replacement" coffee filters I bought were not DeLonghi, did not work in my DeLonghi espresso machine, were clearly different than a real DeLonghi filter at the water intake point, which is where they were not working. I bought 3; tried 2 with same result. FactoryOutletStore refused a refund because it was more than 30 days since my purchase. As if we test our coffee filters upon delivery! Complete ripoff. The photo on the website is so vague that you can't see that these are not real DeLonghi brand.
The sales guy on the phone assured me the scanner I ordered would come pre programmed for my city. He told me everything would be programmed into it all I need to do is turn it on and listen. He lied to me the scanner came blank and when I called they switched me to 3 different people then gave me a bad number to call for help. This company lied to me then made it difficult to make my return.
It took 3 calls to get to the point they would do something. They asked for a picture of the wrong battery they sent and I sent that 3 times. Only because I would not get off the call they agreed to send the correct battery. Then they checked and it was not in stock and wanted me to wait for it. I asked for a refund and they agreed. Long phone waits then holds just poor service all the way around.

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
