I had a personal experience within the subscription box world... A girl named Amy, was assigned my ticket & helped me with the error. She was so kind, sweet, amazing all the while, definitely knowing her stuff. This young lady was very very helpful to us!
A little disheartening, this is the second time I missed an item, and this one was going to be a part of a Birthday gift. So although I'm glad it's being shipped to me, it will be coming 4 weeks too late.

FabFitFun has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Both times I've contacted them they've been helpful within a day and done exactly what I needed no questions asked. I love the idea and everything in the boxes! Not cancelling anytime soon.

I've been an annual subscriber for years now. There's always something fun and new in the boxes. I love discovering new brands and trying new things. Every once in a while a product will disappoint, but customer service can usually fix it!

FabFitFun is very difficult to communicate with. I would like to talk with a person! They keep sending boxes after I have cancelled. I don't get one for awhile and think I've taken care of it, then another one shows up. Very frustrating! I just want it to stop!

The annual subscription is worth all the name brand products for such full size very expensive products. You can customize your box and try many different items. I love it My daughter loves checking out what come in the box. And a plus the boxes are beautiful so I use them for storage

This started off well but each box gets worse. Quality has gone down hill. One quarter they included bathroom wipes as an item. Not sure how that spells glamorous to anyone out there. The last box had a bracelet with the word LOVE on it that might work for a 7 year old, but no one i offered it to from 16-40 wanted it. I received a necklace that turned my neck green, and a jewelry holder that appeared to be from the dollar store. The gym bag that was included in one box had the zipper break on the second use. Would loved this to be something that I looked forward to getting and was pleased with but unfortunately that was not the case at all.

Changed my membership when updating my payment info but did it in the wrong order so my previous card was charged over my new one. Jessica not only called me back and apologized for not answering the phone but she made it so easy to refund and recharge on the correct card. Other companies should strive for this kind of customer service. I will continue to use FabFitFun as my gift to myself for life.
Requested gift from a family member. Liked I could give one box and cancel. She can now sign up herself and do the survey should she choose to continue.
Only problem with the box is she got about size 4 house slippers which was way to small for her.
She enjoyed the box. Going forward you might create a special holiday box

I am so seriously pissed off at the whole experience with this company. They have my money, but didn't make it clear I needed to order a gift card rather than a box for my niece to have the subscription. No way to change it, and there are no cancellations. Wow, who does that? The WORST customer service imaginable.
Hi Terre! If you've ordered your niece the box then you have successfully created a subscription for her. If you created the subscription in your name or email and would like her to receive the updates on the account instead we'd be happy to change the name or email on the account. You don't need a gift card in order to create a subscription for someone else you would just use your billing information and your gift recipient's shipping information. I have been getting fabfitfun boxes for about two years. Typically I don't have issues but lately I had a few and every customer service rep I have spoke with has not only done their job exceptionally they send follow up emails. Their customer service really is top notch other companies could really learn from them.

I've heard great things about Fab Fit Fun and decided to give it a try. My first box came and some of my items were missing from what I customized online. They gave me some other random ones instead of reaching out to let me know they were replacing it. I was disappointed with the products in general as well. I don't think I'll use most of them. I feel like it was a waste of money.

Worst company ever, I signed up for the fall box and they messed up the shipping not once, but three times. I finally get the box and it's missing half of the items in there.
Shortly, after all that mess I cancelled my subscription around Oct 14.
But I guess cancelling your account with this company doesn't work, cause today I got charged for I believe would be the spring box. I called customer service and got my money back but the fact that you believe you cancelled something 4 months ago and than having to deal with it again.
Just a nightmare of a company...
I've been a subscriber for about 2 years now and almost every box my customization picks get switched out without notice. I still haven't received my February box even though it "shipped" on 2/16/22. I just do not feel like the products I am getting are worth the money. They are not products I would normally pick or buy for myself which to me does not justify the price of the subscription. Customer service is fast but they do nothing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have cancelled my subscription and will spend my money elsewhere for a subscription more suitable to my liking.

I'm not saying they are bad, I had a great experience with customer service. Being overseas and part of the military, subscription boxes are fun when you are far away from home! I know it seems silly but it's true! The reason for a three star is because they are the only box that does not ship to me. They did offer it with me paying for shipping I just find it weird they ship to AP and not AE. I've only heard good things guess I'm just booty hurt! Enjoy your boxes!

So I signed up for a subscription and decided to cancel, well there is a convenient loop that you get stuck in when trying to cancel, ultimately you have to contact them via chat. Very frustrated that signing up took only one simple click and when I chose to cancel it took over 30 minutes, due to what appears to be an intentional glitch. I took another step to let the customer service rep know about the issue and was completely blown off.

Fabfitfun is a lifestyle subscription box where you pay 59.99 every three months and can pick 6 out of 8 products in your box. Or you can pay a whole year upfront and choose all 8 products. They also have add on where you can buy items at up to an 80% off discount. I love getting this box for household items and jewelry. Last box I got a necklace and earrings set from Ciach and earrings from Kate Spade. Anything I don't really care for makes great gifts.

I placed an order after watching a video by Eva Longoria promoting her Summer Box, showing ALL the lovely things you would get in YOUR box if you sign up for $39.99. So I did. My gut told me it was too good to be true and I should have listened. I only got two of the things she showed in her video and a bunch of crap I will not use. $40 down the toilet. Misleading and a disappointing waste of money. They have a policy of no returns but said I could return it if I paid the return ship. Unsure if I trust this company enough to put out more money for shipping. I really just want what I thought I was paying for.

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
