I subscribed in July (four months ago now) and never received any boxes. They told me the summer box I signed up for was out of stalk, then again my fall box never came. This is a scam and I do not recommend. It took 5 calls and multiple email chains with customer service to get any money refund. Very unprofessional customer service and response time. I would never recommend this to anyone. I have no ability to speak for the products since I never received anything.
Customer service is one of those things you don't give much thought about, until you need them. Fabfitfun has the best, quickest, friendliest, poorest customer service I have had to deal with. Keep up the great work!

I have been an annual member for a few years now and have had nothing but the best experiences with them. Any time I have had questions or needed help of any kind, they have been right on it and they are all super friendly. I have rarely had issues, but if there is one, they promptly resolve it. When you call you actually get to speak to a real person without a huge hassle and that's rare these days. Also, the value of what you get for what you pay is nothing short of amazing.

Every quarter is like holiday time! My daughter and I have so much fun opening the box and checking out all the goodies. I've found several brands I love that I would have never known about. Their customer service is amazingly helpful and so pleasant to deal with.
I love the sales between boxes and discounts to represented companies in each box. It's such a great way to discover new products and treat yourself!
I have received 4 boxes now, 1 for each season. I personally love the assortment of beauty, personal care and lifestyle items. I am able to customize 3 picks each seasonal box.
The shipping is slow, boxes ship within 30 days of payment and then it takes about 10 days to arrive after ot actually ships.
Other than that, I really enjoy the box

One product out of five boxes I fell in love with. Unless annual membership you have to fight to personalize boxes with inventory. Not a service or products for me most the time so not worth the extra expense. Customer service is wonderful everyone though. If it's for you, definitely do it

I spoke to customer service, about not getting my box because I moved. They made me feel comfortable, didn't blame me, or try and charge me for another box, just said another box will be sent out within 3 weeks. I have never experienced anything so easy. Thank you so much FabFitFun!
The product is great, but everything else is awful. Horrible customer service. Horrible at organization. I ordered the Editor's Box, never got it! They just charged me for the spring box! Their live chat is just going around in circles. Completely unhelpful! I got a box for myself in december and loved it but have only had issues with getting the product. If you do it, make sure you are following up consistently otherwise you'll get SCREWED OVER!

I love getting my fabfitfun in the mail! Every box is packed with products I love, and some of which I end up buying again. As a work at home wife, I really appreciate the pampering, because sometimes I forget to take time for myself.

I love fabfitfun because the boxes are amazing and anytime I have an issue they resolve it in an instant! I've been played by Birchbox multiple times and no one ever responds to my emails and never let me cancel so fabfitfun really impressed me!

Second box, came as a surprise. Had not requested it and didn't feel I needed it but still kept it because the boxes are all so yummy.

Anytime I have had a mistake on my part the FabFitFun team has been willing to help me however they could. They are compassionate and I am so happy with the service. I have had an annual membership with them for a while and plan to keep it as long as I can. I have even gifted my mom annual memberships because she always loved what I received. Now we have fun mom/daughter date nights to open our boxes together.

They always send great quality products. If you ever have anything wrong or you want a different color you can let them know when they will send you the color you want. Customer service is very easy to work with polite, kind and they solve your problem.

Used live chat for in-time help cancelling an order. Representative was very helpful and understanding of my choice. He even offered an additional product, but after I declined did help me cancel. I appreciated both of these options and prompt response.

I received two boxes so far. The fall and winter boxes. Both had items I liked very much and items I was not very interested in. That is the luck of the draw.
The items are of varying quality and type. Things I am not interested in, I save for gifts to family members and friends. I like this much better than Sample companies because no matter what, the items are full size, and thus have longer use for me or the ability to be given to someone else.
I have no had to deal with customer service as of yet. I cannot speak to the quality of their responsiveness. I will say however, that it would be wise to read through the website if you have any questions. I was concerned at one point about my subscription, but then found the answers rather easily.
It's more of an investment than $10.00 a month, but I think is is worth it. My sisters liked the items they received for Christmas, and I love knowing that once every 3 months I'll be getting a cool surprise in the mail.

I had several issues from Undelivered packages to damaged electronics and a product that came less than perfect. He understood and helped me find a solution that was reasonable and fair. I'm really happy with the experience. I was frustrated by so many issues but in the end all was made right. Excellent customer service!

Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
