My 1st box was great but after that, everything starts going downhill. Every time I place an order for seasonal boxes, add ons, and any other sale, it takes forever to ship to my house. I still haven't received something from add ons and I contacted customer service at FFF, the reply was, "we don't normally give refunds but we will do it for you this one time." Really, you took my money but didn't send me the product so now you are being nice and refunding me? That has to be a joke, if I didn't get a refund or the product I paid for, that is considered fraud so it's so very nice of you to refund me. You've got to be kidding me, what a way to treat your customers that you are making money off of. I can't wait until my subscription is up so I can cancel. For those thinking about getting a box, DONT DO IT!
