I can't wait to get my box every season and see all the fun things! The products are amazing! I like that the boxes are for each season. With other services that send you stuff every month it gets overwhelming.
I was missing an item from my seasonal box and the customer service rep answered my inquiry very quickly- you could tell it was not an automated system and you were talking to a live person. The rep was able to request a replacement for my missing item as I requested. I am very happy and impressed with the help provided!

FedEx said they delivered my package but when I checked, it wasn't there. I checked every day for six days and still it wasn't there. I contacted FabFitFun and they were able to resolve the issue immediately and send out a replacement box which I did receive a few days later.

I just love everything about this company! I love getting my boxes. It's a present to myself, so I don't peek at what's inside until it arrives. And I love to use some of the products as gifts.

I have been an annual member for several years, and enjoy the items I receive very much. Customer service via text chat has always worked well for me when I have questions. Overall I think FFF is a great subscription

I recently made contact with Fab Fit Fun Customer Service. I only contacted them because I had realized something regarding a previous order. I made contact through CHAT. These days everything is too expensive. FFF makes getting my favorite shampoo brand possible, while also introducing me to new products I wouldn't have otherwise had the opportunity to check out. (Luxury face mask cream for $28?!?) It's a blessing to get a box full of gifts every quarter for the price of just one item in one box.

But I contacted customer support and they got back to me in a timely fashion and absolutely resolved my issue in a matter of hours so I was delighted by that! I placed my order 6 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I contacted support a week ago and the lady said she didnt know exactly why my shipment was order but shed check into it and email me back. Another week goes by with no email so I reached back out to support. They said my "order was not in final stages of processing" but they still could not provide me a clear timeline for when it would ship. I asked them to refund my order or expedite shipping to make up for this extended delay and they refused both. I was escalated this issue. Dont waste your time or money on companies who cant even keep up with their own operational timelines.

Being new to this subscription program, I was not sure if I had done everything correctly when I signed up-to be able to access the savings and free extra box. Customer service was very prompt and answered all my questions clearly. I felt much better with my choice of joining, really looking forward to my continued experience and box!

I had renewed my subscription and missed the cut off for the customization period. I was afraid I would get a random box filled with items I wouldn't use…
When I reached out, they were very helpful in giving me a list of items to choose from to create a box of my wishes. I'm very happy I reached out, because I didn't want to miss the renewal offer, but I was too late to customize in the usual way. I'm pleasantly surprised with the resolution and am looking forward to my winter 2024 box!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
